Ive been going here for several years. Awesome Doctor who gets my vision corrected perfectly every time! Staff are also helpful and all my needs are met. I receive quality glasses as well. Awesome long term doctor for me!

I will start by talking about the positive, when I went to my appointment I was able to find the ideal glasses for me, the people who helped me were very attentive and answered my questions. Now I am not saying this for bad. In my appointment they told me that they would send my glasses home, for me it was excellent, they said it would take about two weeks, today almost a month I have not received my glasses. Call and see what had happened, the very kind person let me know that the tracking number was created but has not yet been sent. They gave me the option to pick them up and I will. I wrote this here so that they work a little more in the communication with the client when we go to buy our glasses it is by necessity. I hope you can understand that I am not upset, I just give you some advice so that the company can continue to grow.

I went to try on contact for the 2nd time since I couldn’t get it on the first try, and they were all so kind helpful, and patient. I ended up getting them in, and they were all so sweet.

Wish I could give zero stars. Find a different place for buying glasses. They did a bait and switch on their special prices for exam and glasses. First you cant even look at the glasses before your exam. They are in complete disarray, the ones for the 2 for 99 (also a moving target have emails for 69 and was told 79) are all mixed in. Prices are NOT clear because the disinfect the glasses constantly. When I asked for my RX only the added an extra $20 to the exam from 49-69. Well buddies it was not my fault your selection sucks, I was not allowed to look before my exam and your selection is in disarray with prices not clearly marked. Find a different place to get your exam and glasses, this business is very unscrupulous!!!!

The attention and service provided by Esmeralda and Angelica was far and beyond of what I was expecting. The Customer service and attention to details to get the right glasses for my son was on point. Keep it up! I highly recommend this Optical.

We have to say Esmeralda was impressive between answering the phones, translating, helping selecting choice of glasses and inputting info into computer wowww she is definitely an asset to this Optical Outlets!

Took my daughter to get her eye exam and sat outside for over an hour having an appointment at a certian time. While other customer came later got seen asked if my daughter was going to be seen today. No one replied out of the three workers that were there do not recommend bad service in every way.

I took My son in to have a eye exam and to get glasses and or Contact lenses. My wife Normally would handle this kinda thing, so I really had no clue of what we needed, or needed to do.The customer service was great, and everything went very smooth and easy! The Young lady Cynthia, helped my son pick out the glasses he wanted, and gave him several options to choose from. Definitely I good experience, I highly recommend Optical outlet.

I understand the CDC rules but they had a rope up not allowing anyone in the store. The sign says no more than 10 people allowed inside store. I wanted to look at frames while I waited ...asked 3 times to enter they ignored me twice then 3rd time they said i will be with you in a minute.three people in the store and one couldnt help me? No other customers there.Another issue was while I was instructed to scan an app 3 of them stood there speaking in Spanish to each other. I do not speak Spanish and felt insulted by them doing that. I dont understand Spanish and thinks it is rude to do that. I will go where I am welcomed.

This poorly run business is typical of the pandemic lip service that will lead to a state wide lockdown.All about the money, poor service,poor product. Terrible overbooking going on.Disrespect for patients time and needs.Be safe, be deligent, insist on premium service and avoid this shop and all others like it. Be a proactive patient and help shut down these money Mills.

Apparently, youre not entitled to receive your prescription and measurements, unless buying glasses specifically from them. Despite having paid for the eye exam. Shady business practice, Id advise avoiding them.

Excellent Customer Service-Helped me get frames for an Elderly family member during Covid-19 shutdown.

Optical Outlets is an establishment that has excellent staff, affordable prices and quality eyewear. I waited 60 days to write a review to assure the glasses was worth it. Im very pleased with the frames, lenses and all options I selected. I will return for sunglasses next. I recommend them to anyone who dont care about a name. But care about quality and saving money!

I had a scheduled apt for 5pm and I called to let them know that I was running late and will be there in a few minutes and the receptionist said ok that’s fine I will tell the doctor. I get there at 5:10pm and the lady says well the doctor just left if your 8 min past your scheduled time she leaves!! Seriously?? I called and said I was on my way there’s no reason why the doctor couldn’t wait 10 min. Will never go there again very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Just that lake wales location. Very unsatisfying. The Dr. Seemed to care for my issues or wuestions. Didnt ask if i had any questions. Didnt ask me about the issues i listed i was having, seemed as if she had better to do than attend patients. Left with a prescription that does nothing for me. Really frusterating knowing i paid for someone to give me a quick eye exam and send on my way. I called another eye clinic and and expressed my frusteration and they were very surprised as to how the handled my insurance and gave me information that didnt help me in any way to purchase eyewear or contacts. I have scheduled elsewhere

Great people, but I spent 3 months waiting for my glasses only to receive at the end that they didnt follow though with it. They were very dodgy about whos fault was it after calling every day. Excuse central.

Courtney was so kind and sweet to my father when he needed an appointment and was unsure about his insurance coverage along with aligning his nose piece on his glasses and finding the perfect pair for him. She has amazing service, especially since my dad is a heart patient and is weak to walk and comprehend. Highly recommend her, she made that place GOLD!

My wife an I went to get glasses . although the initial visit was great . we where told both our glasses would be ready in a week . now a week has been passed and mine are in and hers are not . when i called i got one person who told me it was two weeks to get them in,but she would check and call me back . never got the call. day two called and got a different person again this person told me they werent there yet however she would call me back..again no call back. day 3 the manager Debbie answered my call and she told me she did not know where they where and they would be here in another week . not what she told us from the beginning again i was told i would be called back. once again no call. just placed call 4 and got another run around answer so we will see how it goes

Im on medicare and my insurance gives me $100 toward purchase of glasses this company has a special 2 pair glasses for $89 but will not let me use the money from my insurance for this. So I figured that would just use my old frames and use money from insurance toward the lenses ....but now they want to charge me a $30 fee for using my old frame on top of lens charge therefore trying to cost me out of pocket money that I really dont have. This is just plainly discriminatory.

The staff there is very friendly, theyll accept you even if you dont have an appointment and Dr. Ishmael is hilarious. I absolutely love it! Also i did my exam on Friday my glasses were ready on the following Tuesday

Made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior was not seen until 45 minutes after appointment time. I sat in the office for 1 hour. When I had spoken up about it the people around me also complained of waiting too long. I ordered a trial pair of contacts and they said they would call. I called them myself after waiting so long and they said they had gotten them in not too long ago when I set up the appointment my doctor was out for the next 3 days and they said she would be available from 10 to 7 so I asked for 10. They told me the doctor is usually 15 minutes late so they scheduled me for 10:15. Doesnt sound like they have their stuff together very well. On a positive note they are very friendly and do offer a decent selection of eye wear. Slightly less than what you would see at say a Walmart store. I would recommend trying alternative stores

Irresponsible. I had an eye exam and I had to pay some money and at the time I didnt have them and I told the woman who attended to me that the next day I would call to pay them. Then I called twice to pay them by cell phone and the call was not returned and it will be 1 month since I took the exam.

Everything was horrible. The eye doctor was VERY rude. They told my girlfriend her glasses would be in 5 days. 2 weeks later and they still arent in. I would never go back to this place or recommend this place to ANYONE! This place should be shut down. Everything about this place is horrible. Avoid it all cost.

I was very happy with the service . I love my glasses.

Very bad service.1. They didnt explain my son eligibility insurance and the options.2. The ophthalmologist seem to play around with my eye prescription, first try this pair of contact or didnt work lets increase it then before the day was over I have to go back because she still got me into the wrong prescription in my left eye.

Very unorganized. Took appointment times after us before us. Disappointed in their selection of glasses. Will not be going back.
