In general they are awesome. Just things start to mess up just days after the warranty is done. Electronics are great beds not so much have had my bed less then 3 years and have to look into another one looks like Ive had it for 10 years and have done nothing but sleep on it dips and sags everywhere. Staff is nothing but awesome treats u like family. Overall a great place for stuff.

Looked online first to see what they might have that would interest me. Found this beautiful couch and ottoman (which I purchased). Couch is amazing!! Cushions are firm but have enough give to let you sink into them to feel comfortable!!

Horrible customer service will never spend money there again. Run around the answers and then tell customers you are to busy to help them cancel backorders then hangup repeatedly.

I am extremely pleased with my sofa purchase from Badcock - Linda, my salesperson, was awesome! They delivered my sofa 2 weeks earlier than expected as well! I had a great experience overall and will certainly be back to purchase more furniture!

I ordered a couch, I was given a delivery date, the day before that date they called to tell me my furniture was not there for delivery. They gave me a new date. I had to cancel with the company I hired to take my old furniture away. The day before the new date I got a call telling me the furniture had not come in, again I had to cancel pick up of old couch. Was given another date for delivery the day before that date same thing. I went down to the showroom and asked them to deliver the floor model, I wasnt going to do the canceling of old couch removal again. They finally sent the couch. It arrived without the pillows, I was told they would order pillows and I would have them in 2 weeks, in 2 weeks no pillows, in 4 weeks no pillows, 6 weeks they recieved 1 pillow, now I am waiting for the other pillow. I will never buy furniture from this company again. Nothing but a run around.

Aweful! Sectional broke after 6 months. I purchased the warranty and was promised a new piece to fix the sectional. It took 2weeks to have the furniture assessed. Then the piece was never ordered. Ive been waiting for a total of almost 2 months. Still broken sectional. Requesting refund.

Linda was great, took time with us, gave multiple choices with mattresses, always keeping in mind our concerns for my husbands back problems. Wasnt rushed even though there were others in the store looking at recliners. Did not appear that anyone else was coming out onto the floor to assist the other couple, though we noted that the owners son, the manager was there, but went back we guess to the offices. The 4000.00 we spent was well worth the time and assistance, that Linda interacted with us. Cudos Linda!!!

Ive had a great experience at every Badcock Ive been to! I originally went to the one in Auburndale & we bought a TV and a bed, the staff was great, very nice, professional, helped out in every way possible!! And I just bought a sectional from the one in Lake Wales. We were buying a place thats why we didnt get 1 at the Auburndale location. We wanted to wait & get something we knew would fit & go well with the room size. I LOVE MY NEW SECTIONAL!! It had to be ordered so Im picking it up tomorrow!! It was a GREAT price, with an awesome warranty, 4 years cant beat that!! The sales associate that helped me was AMAZING!! I feel TERRIBLE because I forgot her name-Im awful with names!! But Ill get it when Im there tomorrow and add it to my review!! The financing, that was so good!! I have the worst credit!! Its REALLY BAD!! But I was given credit through Badcock & its helping me build my credit back up!! I originally got a TV, paid it off about 6 months ago & just got the sectional for our new home!! If you need ANYTHING for your home, go to Badcock first!! They finance EVERYBODY, they have great stuff thats AMAZING quality!! The staff is extraordinary!! My whole experience EVERY SINGLE TIME just blows my mind with how nice they all are!! Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!

My family and I have been customers at our local BADCOCK store for over 16 years and have never had any problems with the store or the personnel there. In fact we highly recommend it to our friends and aquantances.

One star because I have to. I went in to try to purchase a living room set. They were not able to finalize my purchase because the address on my DL did not match the delivery address. Never heard of this. The delivery address is a second home that I was at for the weekend trying to get furnished. Linda was the sales person taking care of me and gave me her email to send her a bill showing the delivery address with my name on it and then they could finalize the purchase. I did send the email with my phone number for her to call back but never heard back from her and I had to head back out of town. I did a follow up email with her letting her know I would be back in town the following weekend and could bring the bill in person and that I did not want to miss out on the sale price. Again, no response at all. So I went in there today as I said I would be back and it took forever to get anything done. Told her I had some other errands to run and I would come back to sigh any paperwork. came back about an hour to an hour and half later and still nothing. Needless to say I cancelled my order and I will purchase somewhere else. Terrible customer service and move like snails. I would have furnished my whole house with them, but never again will I walk in there.

They tell me its going to be a few days and one day before the delivery they tell me that its on backorder and that Im stuck for another 5 days with no furniture so I cancelled my order and now Im going to Ashleys
