I know they don’t have some of the best reviews - but hear me out. It’s always buyer beware and do your homework. They have helped us out 3 times over the past 11 years. Miguel and Mike hooked us up today. They went above and beyond to work with us to be able to drive off the lot today! I don’t know why anyone says they are rude - they are the most down to earth guys. We are happy with their service. Have been for 11 years and that’s saying something.

Highly would recommend. They told me my part for my trunk was on “back order” for a full year, I paid my car off and he told me “there is nothing we can do about that at this point” ! The owner is rude along with the workers! They also charge a repossession fee for them coming when they use a regular pickup truck with a lift on it and hide it down the back alley and pretend they don’t have your things or the car . They have their daughter to try to fight you when you come up there (happened to a friend) . They lie and say they “fixed” everything on the car when you first get it and that be a lie. ZERO STARS ON VEHICLES, ZERO STARS MANAGEMENT.

First they had the car then they said they sold it...Luis called us and was like hey we have it !! Come by. We drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale as fast as we could and when we arrived the car was sold and someone was already going off on them. Please run a better business !!!!! We are so upset !!!

I do understand the other reviews stating they wish they could rate this place lower. They are scammers. They sell junk for high prices. I bought a car for $4000 and the car didn’t even last a week, had multiple terrible issues with the vehicle. The car broke down on the highway almost killing me and I never drove it since because it wasn’t able to even move after it broke down. I towed it to my house and it’s been sitting ever since because cost of repairs out value the purchase price of the car. Also a common theme in these reviews is that on their online listings via offer up and Facebook marketplace. (Which is never updated to remove old inventory) is they lure you in by saying whatever car you’re looking at is available but when you get there the car just so happens fo be sold, and they tell you to look at their other vehicles on lot. Another common issue is they lie about fees. The sales representative Bill I believe stated that at the time of purchase that the tag and title was included in the purchase price, but when I went to pick up the new plates and title they made me pay $430 and told me that it was not included in the purchase price. A little disappointed in Bill as he is a Veteran and expected a little more honesty from him. I unfortunately told a friend about this place and when I went with them a week after purchasing my car. Bill forgot ever selling me the car Huge red flag I didn’t see before. To summarize take your money else where.

So I have been a customer of all approved since 2009. I came from across the country literally.I came from Colorado with a bad car. I needed a car to search for a job and had 5 kids. I got a minivan. Since that day I have seen the peoples on Dixie come in and go. A lot. All I want to say is I do my job for them and they go above and beyond for me. Paid cash fan doesnt work now car overheats with ac on blows smoke whenever I start it up although none of those problems were there when I drove it. Need two control arms two tire rod ends for back, front brakes and new valve cover gaskets. Had I known any of these issues I never would have bought the car.

Please, please do not go to this place and purchase a car. I normally do not write reviews, but without exaggerating they are the most dishonest people in the world. They sold my 19-year-old son a car that he was able to drive for literally ONE DAY. He drove to work at 9am and my husband and other son were out pushing the car with him, to safety at 715PM that night (we have records). We had the car towed back to the company the following day by AAA because Mike from All Approved, said they would look at the problem and fix the car.3 THREE weeks later (apparently it took their mechanic 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong with the car). They finally reached out to us and said my son drove the car too much on a bad radiator and it blew the engine. Please note Mike said (on a recorded message) that their mechanic had just put in a new radiator. Huh? Please read back where my son only had the car for ONE day and drove it to work and halfway back. The owner blatantly refused to even work with us.It is sad that the State of Florida allow companies like this to take advantage of people who are trying to survive in an already chaotic world. It is dealers like this that give this State such a bad rep.I wish I would have read the reviews on this company prior to even dealing with them. This is a really bad experience for a young man and his first car purchase. I truly hope this company is investigated and shut down. These practices simply should not be allowed. They literally ONLY have bad reviews. This must stop.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THESE CROOKS. They sold me a 2002 Chevy Tahoe (Friday March 19th, Monday (March 22nd) my vehicle burned down from an amp and speaker they sold with the vehicle that was straight wired to the battery and extremely dangerous. They do not properly review vehicles before placing them up for sale. I purchased this vehicle out right and they refuse to replace my vehicle nor will they refund my money and still want me to pay for a tag that I do not need because my vehicle is gone! Please save yourselves from their terrible business and for your safety take your business else where. My 2 year old, 3 year old children, and 10 year old sister was also in the truck when the inside of the cab caught fire.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My Ex-wife took my daughter and bought a car here years back. Hi price piece of junk to start with. Then the car was in an accident and was at the shop waiting to get an estimate. So while the insurance company was figuring out whether or not the car was going to be a total loss or fixed these thieves went and picked up the car for missing one payment and basically repossess the car for a $75 payment. And not only did they keep the car they took the insurance money.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! This is the worst business I have ever been to in my life. Let me begin. When we first got there Miguel helped us and showed us a few cars. We liked one of them and he told us the price of it with a payment plan and $1700 down would be $2,450. He wrote us up a receipt for that amount. We gave him the $1700. Then he told us it was $2650, then 3600. It kept going up and up. He answer was he made a mistake. 3 times I might add. His excuse was he was new. He wasnt. He had been there for months. So we told him nevermind we would like to cancel the transaction. Well he wouldnt Ive us the money back so it was either lose our $1700 or be forced into doing this deal. Lucky for is he put the $2450 on the receipt so Sean had to honor that price by law however he just hit us in every other kind of fee to make up for it so we still paid the same amount. So we continued the payment plan. We asked at least 3 times to clarify that this price included everything including the title and the tag and registration. They said yes. Well today we made the last payment. Guess what. Another $450 for the tag that we made sure was included. This place if I never have to see again it would be too soon. The place is horrible. Business is horrible and customer service is horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I were you I would run!

BEWARE!!! this place will sell cars that have had fixes to hold them over for a few months before they die. Then you contact them to have payments moved to the end of the term (just a couple $50 weekly payments), they agree to this (verbally with John or Sean), then they repossess the car anyhow and tell you that you need to pay over $700 to get it back.These people are liars. Total SCAM ALERT! Responded to a Facebook ad showing a 2003 Jetta and someone that called himself Sean said it was available and when did I want to come down. I got some time and told him I was on my way. Got there and some guy told me he didnt know what I was talking about and that Sean works from home. I text Sean and all of sudden the text came back that he deleted his account. The guy at the lot said, well theres a really nice Suzuki out there for the same price. It looked like it was rolled. I would given No Stars if possible!!

Terrible customer service. The guy that received me at their main lot had no people skills. He sent me to their second lot down the street, and never showed, so we left.. The car I wanted to see was posted on facebook as a private seller - Surprise! Its a dealership with most of their cars were a little too high priced for their mileage and conditions.

The people who leave bad reviews for this place just plain broke and want a hand out or a freebie from someone who doesn’t owe them one. As long as you make your payments here on time and ask these guys to fix something instead of treating them like they owe it to you, they will always help you. There has been a car alarm going off in this lot near my house since 5 a.m. and no one has fixed it. Ridiculous.

Let me start off by saying this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Sometimes when you go to places like this, you get what you pay for, but we didnt even get to enjoy the car for a day before it broke down on my fiance and I. Turns out it needs major repairs, a new engine to be exact. To top it off, the salesman (who gained our trust honestly) sold a story of the shop taking care of some of the things needed to be done like the brakes and oilchange, those things were never touched. And that the tag and title were included in the fee, nope. A month later we owed for that. Total bait and switch. Save up a little more money, go to an actual dealership and save yourself the headache.

Terrible dealer. It was a clear bait and switch. I arrived and the car had an extra 50,000 miles than was reported online. They then refused to let me take a car to a mechanic for an inspection. I agreed to pay for the inspection and have them drive it there. Every other dealer in the world that isnt selling stolen cars or lemons will gladly take a vehicle to be inspected. I dont know what they are trying to hide but they wont work with you at all.

Got a 2000 gmc Sonoma from this company, first of all the truck wasn’t cleaned out or even washed when I was signing paperwork, then I had to fix it myself because they was going to charge me extra to even fix it, and then the truck wasn’t reliable because it left me stranded a lot of times, and when I sent them a payment in the mail they didn’t put that towards my payment and said that I owed over $400 when I sent the payment in on March 19th 2020 and they have the worst customer service, and they also towed my truck with everything in it because of the supposedly $400 I had to pay, and I had to pay an extra $450 to get my tag and the title and that was also for the tax for the vehicle, and when I got it, the truck color didn’t match the color of the title, when I went up there to see how much it was to get my belongings out of the truck they wanted me to pay them $225 when the owner of the all approved said it was $125, and another thing when I was up there to see how much it was they told a customer that they needed to bring their vehicle up there and see if the vin on the vehicle matched the title vin, some very shady thing going on here and also they don’t know how to work with customers especially when there is a pandemic going on (yea they towed my vehicle during a pandemic) so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for a vehicle

I put $1000 down on a car that was shown and recommended to me by a salesman here. The guy was very straight up with me and was happy to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle I purchased. We did some paperwork and I drove off of the lot with a car that I am still pleased with to this day a year later. I just made my last payment and I couldnt have been more pleased with my entire experience here. These guys do it right, great prices and customer service. I will do business here again.

They had a car advertised online with 131,000 miles... I wrote them saying they were over an hour ride from me. And said Im just confirming that it has 130000 miles and a clean title. They said yes. Im looking at similar cars online and found the exact same car, posted under a different name with 181,000 miles on it... I showed the origional person the post ( was on Facebook and offer up the exact same way) and teld them theres no way its a typo after I confirmed mileage and the response was whats your point... I said you said 131, when its really 181... They ended the conversation right there.

My cars original price was 2999 now after signing papers it’s 3500 plus tag and title which is not included. Had my car for over 2 weeks now & my check engine and gas cap light came on. & I’m having problems with my starter. I’m really skeptical about buying cars ever since leaving this place. They do not fix cars and they do not have any professional customer service. U would think that if u are spending your money they would be more friendly but that’s the complete opposite. SCAM LIKELY!

They tell you if you if you pay an additional $450 you will get your tag and title everything included, that they have to order it from the state and it takes about 2 weeks then you can come in and pick it up. THEN they call you about 3 weeks later to let you know your tag and title is ready but you MUST pay them an additional $450 if you want it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! The DMV only charges you $300 DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY FOR TAG AND TITLE DO IT YOURSELF!! REPORTING THEM TO THE TAX COLLECTORS AND DMV INSPECTORS. I recieved 3 tickets for driving with an expired tag because they refuse to give me what I already paid for!!

If you see a vehicle listed on a sales app or online, drive by and look on both lots. If it isnt on a lot, they dont have it. Theyre just slow updating inventory online. Theres a Jeep listed I know sold the day I visited in September.
