I purchased a slightly used truck from Andy, which they put together for me. (Barko 80xle, with a hardin box). Truck arrived at out facility and was immaculate. We had a few issues with codes and a few other things, but andy reimbursed me for the small amount of issues that had arisen, and in a very timely manner. These things can happen on a used truck and I appreciate Andy taking the time to get this situation remedied. I will buy from them again!

Over the past couple years I have had many dealings with Andy at First Fleet. They had built several grapple trucks for us both center and rear mounts. This place is great Ive enjoyed it. My business partner and I came in 2 weeks ago and we placed a custom order on a new grapple truck and the new addition exceeding my expectations. On top of that they gave us a custom paint job free I was extremely elated. Andy is such a great person and will address any of our needs.

We are from Michigan and just bought a crane truck from Andy. Hes not a very truthful person. He lied and said everything worked great on the truck. The remote crane doesnt work, there was an issue with the transmission. He hides behind his secretary and wont call you back. Secretary calls me back and says we got a good deal on the truck they arent fixing it. I highly recommend that you not do business with this company. Shady business.

Purchased a used chipper truck from Andy sight unseen. Had some power issues with it and got stuck on a few hills but Andy stepped up and helped me out with the repairs and getting it back to working order. I Would definitely purchase another truck from him in the future.

We were recently shopping around for a used Truck and I came across First Fleet Truck Sales. Not knowing what I would come across with, since my prior experiences from used truck dealership havent been great.....one because they lie and sugarcoat everything not knowing you are getting fooled. They are the exception. My husband recently bought a Grapple Truck and it was in great condition. Andy bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and there were a few adjustments that needed to be performed after the sale. Being it was a used truck and Andy at First Fleet Truck Sales brought in the truck and fixed the minor issues at no charge. We would be back again to buy another truck without a doubt and We recommend First Fleet truck Sales to anyone who wants quality truck at a fair value.

Bad experience! Bought A truck in early August and met Andy at the yard. Andy told me Truck would be finished completely reconditioned and ready the following week. I finally received the truck in mid October. 2 months to get Truck after Andy told me it would be ready in a week. I also paid 6k for for a new serco grapple, when Truck arrived in Idaho it had a very old used grapple on Truck, Andy only refunded me 3k. Andy never apologized for anything. Many things wrong with Truck when i received it. Andy talks a lot about himself and how great he is, how wealthy he is but in my personal opinion guys that talk like that are con artist. Be careful when buying a truck from Andy, lots of false promises. Shady used car salesman! I could go on about a lot of things but I think u get the idea.

Me and my girlfriend are calling from Monday, every day, we were promised we will get the call back the same day.... now is Friday 3:10pm, still didn’t get the call back. Unbelievable

Ive recently went here because I was in dire need of a elevator bucket truck for my landscaping business as the one I had was out of service. First Fleet built my 2018 Peterbilt Grapple Truck w/Serco Loader- I contacted a few different companies regarding a new grapple truck and I had a lot of questions. Andy at First Fleet is the only one that could answer every question on the spot with a straight and direct answer. Everyone else was unsure of this or that and would need to get back to me etc.It was not a hard decision for me to see who was best qualified and would provide the best customer service for my build.Andy kept me updated throughout the entire process including pics of the build. During the build I called First Fleet with a question and spoke with an employee, Paul, who also was a straight shooter with all the answers.Final result, I ended up with one awesome truck that was finished in nearly a week sooner than the quoted time.

I’ve bought a good deal of used equipment and I can 100% say I’ve never been as burned as Iam currently being roasted by paul and Andy at first fleet. I payed up front $80,000 for a grapple truck. Long story short this truck has not seen one jobsite. The truck was delivered to my front door.. which I was very grateful for..actually my dad and grandpa came over that day cause we were all pretty excited... I pull the truck off the trailer and make it not even a full block down the road when I can hear a LOUD sound... a very loud sound... and no I’m not a mechanic, as paul constantly reminded me.. but I’m also not deaf and the GRINDING was not normal. So now Ive got a $15,000 bill coming from international next week when I go to their repair shop to pick up my new truck! Lol truck needed a new cam and new transfer case....keep in mind the only place I have drove this truck since I signed on the dotted line is the mechanics.... paul tells me I bought a used truck, “ just put it to work tyler” thanks paul! The part that pisses me off the most is that they can’t reason with me and make this right. How the hell should I be held accountable for this? all Iam told is “put it to work tyler” “the trucks fine” ya ok guys! Tell that to international. call the Service center and ask for jay he will give ya the run down.I’m sure some trucks at first fleet are great. Just know that if you get stuck with a lemon. Your on your own.

I went down to see a truck listed on internet...got there only to have some old man act very rude and arrogant and tell me they had no truck to sell me...i called again the number listed and spoke to andy ..he came within 5 min..took me to a different location and showed me the the truck in question...i liked the truck..and although it was not finished ..he told me it would be 69k out the door and i agreed...i left a 1k deposit to assure our deal...he gave me some ladys number for the financing...but she wanted to screw me with no vaseline at a 21% interest rate...he then told me i got a different guy...ill send u the number ..hell get you financed no worries..that truck is yours.. called guy no answer ever..called him..hardly any answers...told me truck would be ready in one month...never got a ph call back...when i called first fleet..they told me andy was unavailable on vacation..and that they had returned my 1k deposit last week....they never gave me an explanation or even let me know what they where doing..meanwhile im waiting on a truck that they were never going to sell to me...everything was a lie...The best part was i told him in email and txt messg ..that id buy it cash ...that i got the whole amount and didnt need financing and they still ignored me...very rude..very unprofessional..very uneccessary..lost a good customer and good word of mouth...i found the very truck he was selling on a previous auction for 25k...thats what andy paid for it...he put a bigger bed and four new tires and paint..im pretty sure he was making a profit at 69k...it was a 2005 international..log truck..thats about what they run for..In the end it was better for me..i found a 2006 sterling dual axle with less miles and in excellent condition condition..auto...with prentice grapple retired from city of orlando for 65k cash....i will buy my bucket truck next..but it will not be from first fleet ..They have no buisness ethic ...and specialize in run around tacticsHow do you return deposit and not even let customer know...i found out a,week later...and only because i called looking to speak with andy..if not i woulda been waiting two months ..to only find out they sold it to a higher bidder possibly...unethical and low!!First fleet is not the best choice in my opinion..be careful !!

Spare your self the headache I bought a 2000 international grapple truck it was a mess there was a lot wrong with it I have not been able to make any money with with it due to all the problems steal working out the bugs Andy told me he did the best he could for 57000 thousand that is bull the truck was suppose to be ready to work it was not so I have had to spend a lot more on it have not been able to make any money with it yet

We Recently Purchased a New 2017 Peterbilt Grapple trick and had problems with the bed the way they mounted it and we brought it back and they had it for a week and damaged the bed and cylinder and painted over it !! They blame Peterbilt and we r going to a couple of others shops to get there opinions . Needless to say we r losing money everyday the truck sits at the dealer !! Called Dec 27 and left message on cell still no call back . Save yourself the time !! Go Elsewhere
