I brought my 08 Hyundai in with the check engine light on. As I walked in I was greeted by Paul with a friendly and professional manner. Since I came in right at closing time, I left the car with them and he even found me a ride home. He called me the next day and told me what was wrong with it. I gave him the go ahead to fix the problem and they did it in a timely manner and for a fair price. I will definitely recommend the guys at Apex!! Great place, honest and friendly! There’s really no words for a good natured company like this. This is how a mechanic should be, I went in because I had a battery repair. Brian had my battery in stock and got it repaired in less than an hour and I had customers in front of me, they also informed on key things they noticed in my car that I should get fixed. Don’t worry it gets even better, I went in again to do a complete checkup, they did every test available and provided me with a detailed report on what was wrong. The mechanic that was fixing my car also even came out and told me that he went above and beyond and fixed some small things he noticed as well. If I could go back and pretend that there was something wrong with my car just so I can get that amazing service again, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Thank you Brian and team for a job truly well done.

Moved from NY to Florida and I own an SL55 AMG. The car is no longer under warranty so I brought it to Mercedes-Benz and they were charging a fortune for general repairs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!Went there because of the Costco discount for a simple serpentine belt change. I waited on-site because they told me it wouldnt take that long. After 1h40 of waiting, surprise, they realize they dont have the right belt in stock. My car was ready after 3h, no apologies, they even denied it was their fault.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Lake Worth Apex location. Brian is always so helpful anytime I have ever called or dealt with him. My last visit I dealt primarily with Paul. He truly went above and beyond to help me that day. I took my car in for what I thought was a standard oil change but turned out my car needed a lot more work than anticipated. Apex took care of a transmission issue Ford would not. Simply, the staff at Apex informed me a Ford Customer Satisfaction program existed and that I could get this $1,500 repair done for free at a Ford dealership. Ford denied my claim. Apex stepped in. Not only did Apex complete the repair but did it at a fair cost. Customer loyalty is nonexistent at Ford. I have no reason to return to a Ford service department. Apex will get all future business.

I dropped my car off early in the morning expecting to have it back the next day, as parts had to be ordered and there were other cars being worked on. I was very pleased to know that repairs to my car were completed that same day. Apex Automotive goes above and beyond every time I take my car in to be serviced. Brian takes the time to go over everything with you and even break it down to layman terms since I know nothing about cars. He is very honest; tells you exactly what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait. I will always use them as my mechanic and I would recommend anyone 11 times out of 10 to go there.
