Tried Midas based on their reviews. I asked for an oil change and diagnostic so I could compare rates. The prices were as expected. I was greeted by Ken who was great, very welcoming and informative. I was updated by Brian who was awesome throughout this process. I don’t think I’ve ever had as thorough of a service. He made everything easy and gave me piece of mind. When he couldn’t see anything that could be causing my problem he called to ask follow up questions to make sure he triple checked everything. Nothing was pushed on me after recommendations were made. I knew my brakes needed replacing, and due to the great service I wanted them to take care of that. he was able to get and install everything same day. He made me feel comfortable about calling back if my issue wasn’t resolved and again he was also really informative and friendly. He actually ended up taking care of a completely unrelated issue he found. I will be returning in the future and recommending to anyone who needs service. Thanks for being great with your customers!

I always come to Midas for my oil change, specifically the Lake Worth location. Brian and the team are great. No promotion specials this month but Brian was able to still get me a discount. Who doesn’t love saving a few bucks?! Not only did I get my synthetic oil change the cheapest in town (I called around), but I also get my tires rotated included and I feel by a much better and qualified team. I was in and out in a jiffy, see what I did there? Bathroom was also very clean. Thanks Brian for the great service and speedy service and for saving me some money on top of that.

I have mixed feelings here. The experience was better than expected, but also disappointing in several ways. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and the same guy when I arrived at the shop. I was there at about 8:30am and was immediately taken into service. This was great. I was given a 3 hour window, which considering the scope and scale, I was fine with. The initial diagnosis found more issues that needed to be addressed, hence more cost. I was fine with this.The timeline for completion was around 4pm, which clearly is beyond the 3 hours quoted. I also didnt mind this necessity.What I minded was that my car was covered in OIL. Inside and outside.There was oil on:> Steering wheel>carpets> doors> windows sill>sun visor>wheel wellsThe car has a light colored leather interior. So, the oil marks visibly show up. I know this shop is a small shop and they dont wash cars, but oil all over the inside of the car, this was a huge turn off and disappointment.I then had to take the car for a detail cleaning inside the car. Extra $100Mechanically, they did a great job. Front desk customer service was great too.This would be my reason for a 3 vs full star score.Thanks,Chris

I went in to get an evaluation on the brakes. I was informed they needed to be taken care of sooner than later by the dealership. I was expecting to replace brake pads, but when Midas look at my brakes they said I had 80% life left. I was also paying more for oil changes at the discount auto place I was using than what I was quoted at Midas. I am switching to Midas for all my car care!

I was so impressed by the ease of the whole process. From the online booking to the kind and attentive staff on-site, I couldn’t be more pleased. My car dealer told me that my front brakes were very thin and needed replacement. I had Midas replace my pads and rotors less than 2 years ago, so they offer a lifetime pad guarantee. I took my car in for the brakes, and Ken told me my pads had 8cm out of 10cm left! He even sent me photos to show Delray Honda...shame on them!!Thank you Ken and Midas in Lake Worth for your integrity and honesty! A rare find these days.

Brian and Ken took great care of me and my car! As a first time car owner I was unsure what work my car needed so the courtesy check was a huge help. The air conditioning unit kept blowing hot air and it was fixed but now it has gone back to blowing hot air again. The guy did state I need to come back in 2 weeks so he can figure out where the leak is coming from. Im making an appointment again with them. :)

These are some good guys here, my landlord is a 70-year-old lady thats been having major problems with her van shes had major work done on it by several places a few of them also big name that I wont mention and none of them could fix those fan or figure out what was wrong with it these guys spoke with her for 5 minutes they figured out it was the heads cracked head out of everybody that she went to and spent money with these were these guys were honest I didnt get any of their names when we pulled up in her car to explain the situation on the van to see if we could have it towed there one guy said that he thought he understood what was going on but he want to go get his manager he went and got his manager we explained to him and he told us honestly what was going on and advised us of our next step these are good guys these are good men they could have done what the other places have done in the last couple of months take the van in for a week or two start replacing random parts and sending her outrageous bills but they didnt do anything like that, I will be a customer for life these are good people

I went there on March-17-2021 and they told me I had a blown head gasket and I was going to spend $2500 on a new engine there technician gave out the wrong information car still running hot after they charged me $805.42 on March-2-2021 will never go back there for false information or to be rip off cause a technician mistake. Midas is all about taking money and passing you off to the next person. Poor Business

First of all I want to say that the High Level of Customer Service provided at Lake Worth location #3702 located at 3855 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33463 by Store Manager Adam is second to none! in one word Excellent. I took my car in for Full Synthetic Oil Change with Tire Rotation, upon them performing the vehicle inspection they advised I replace my tires since they were worn out on the inside of all four tires also they recommend to do wheel alignment in order to correct the issue that caused the tires I had on my car to ware out unevenly. As per Adams advice I went ahead and completed the services of replacing all 4 tires and alignment. Adam provided me with a great deal on all the services and made me a customer of him for all of my services in the future for both of my cars, also I will be referring him and his team to all my friends and family to get their car serviced with them.Thanks Adam for your professionalism and always looking out for the best interest of your customers!

No problems here. Check in with Adam or Mike and youll get taken care of in a timely fashion. My last trip in was an oil change and they were up to it to our way, but its worth it given the thorough inspection they give your vehicle. They take pictures of many points of your vehicle and you will receive a text with the pictures along with any recommendations and how they should be handled.

I was so happy with our service/experience at Midas....the whole visit took less than 10 minutes! It was something minor, but I have had experienced times from other types of auto repair shops where they try to sell you everything under the sun.....assuming as a customer you will do it. However, the mechanic simply screwed the clips in and we were on our way. NO CHARGE! SIMPLY FANTASTIC! THANK YOU!!

Came in to add an additional exhaust hanger to my after market megan racing exhaust. They were very professional and showed me where the hanger will go and showed me the results. Very pleased. I definitely recommend. 2003 Nissan Maxima.

This is the best place to go by far. I walked in not knowing they closed in almost 15 minutes with a list of things. They pulled my truck in and took care of it. They put all of their guys on it and got it done fast. I checked their work and no missing/ loose lugs. Drain plug was on, oil light reset, etc and the manager Adam is excellent at his job. He knew everything about my truck and didn’t need his computer to figure things out. Comfortable taking all of my vehicles here

From pulling into parking lot very organized. The lady at desk was very professional, as well as the techs. The tech who worked on my vehicle was very good took his time and was very detailed . I will have any other work done here if I need it, Adam the manger was very professional keeps the place clean and keeps all employees busy. Highly recommend for exhaust needs. This was the 3rd shop that we had taken my brother’s car to for an opinion/quote. Ken, the manager, showed us exactly what needed to be replaced, and what could be easily salvaged. Ultimately, he quoted us a cost less than half of what previous shops had. Ken reconstructed the exhaust system with a skilled welding process of preexisting and replacement parts. Trustworthy staff with quality service that is cost and time-efficient

I have never had such a good experience anywhere as I had at Midas. The manager took my appointment and I was shocked when he said to come right down. When we went over all my mechanical problems he offered to drive me home since it was going to take a few hours. I decided to wait . Everything that had to be done was explained so that I understood it. The crew were kind bring me water and later some chicken for lunch to hold me over. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire patch thinking I’d probably end up waiting a while since that’s not exactly a money maker for the shop. I was totally wrong. The guys jumped right on it and had me out of there in ten minutes. I’ll definitely be going back there in the future.

I dont even know where to start. I called and spoke with Adam in regards to a dual exhaust muffler install for my F150. Adam explained everything in detail. I took it in, Ken did an exceptional job installing it and Adams recommendation for the type of muffler was spot on. Excellent service with fair prices. I highly recommend.

This was by far the best experience I had not only at any Midas location, but at any auto repair shop. The communication was incredible. Ken explained in detail what needed to be done and approximately when my vehicle would be ready. After taking my vehicle to two different repair shops with unsatisfactory results, I finally struck gold at this Midas location. The repair was excellent as was the service. Will return in a heartbeat.

This is an honest repair shop to deal with. If you don’t have a regular mechanic to service your ride, I highly recommend this shop. I drove 50 miles to get my car serviced there. This team is amazing.Blessings my friends

Oil change good price but when the check air filter they didnt close back right so dirt could hot all in my engine and my coolant hose was loose it came off as I drove caused my car to run hot I pop hood and thank God a stranger pointed out hose never again will I go to this location west palm beach location so much better n nicer

I had to have a tire replaced on my car. My tire size is an odd ball 19” tire. Mr. Ken who took care of me was absolutely amazing!! He got me in and out in a rush and had to get my tire delivered from a different location and was done in just over an hour. I will return and recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks Ken

AMAZING SERVICE! I went just to get help with opening the hood on my car because I thought the latch was broke and Adam helped me figure out how to open it and let me ask him a few more questions and put some fluids in my car. He was so AMAZING! I highly recommend this place.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing, and had the most wonderful service. The mechanic stayed late for our oil change! Excellent service! Ive been a few times since buying a used vehicle and everytime was 100% satisfied with the services done. It feels more like dealing with good friends rather than a chain store. Last visit was for a noise I couldnt figure out. Literaly took seconds for them to identify and turned out to be a simple fix that they could have charged me an hour of labor for but didnt. Ask for Adam and tell em I sent ya !

I am a 64 year old woman. I have beef to several mechanic shops over the years, and left unsatisfied or feeling like because Im a woman i know nothing.BUT ADAM is the best!!! My grandson recommended him and since then he sends EVERYONE there! Even when my daughter had a problem the shop didnt fix...he knew what the problem was and who to send her to.I have no problem telling EVERYBODY how great the service was. I was lustened to, respected, asked me questions instead of assuming I know nothing about my vehicle, the estimate was explained throughly and offered different solutions that might fit in my price range.I am completely satisfied!

I woke up this morning ready to go through my usual routine. The worse thing to wake up to is to find anything wrong with your car. The anxiety of going to any auto shop, having to wait, the cost, etc... I walked in and was greeted by Adam, manager of the auto shop. Very professional, very personable,, I told him what I came in for, went to my car, no problem. Exchanged a couple of laughs. Painless. Done. Didn’t just want the business, he wanted the relationship. I hope to have minimal problems with my vehicle but if I do, I found a place to go.
