I asked a staff member stocking a wall where I could find something she looked at me like I was speaking another language, which is funny because she was stalking exactly where I wanted something. I went to the front of the store and one of the managers (very personable) took me over to the product I was looking for right away and very friendly. The first staff member was not really friendly at all. They have a plethora I was surprised including a whole wall of a manicure items.

Not the biggest one but it always has what you need. Neat clean isles that are well stocked. Wigs, hair, hair accessories and cosmetics. Friendly and helpful staff.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist who really like shopping at this store. However today, around 10:30am, I walked out because the attendant was very rude and unprofessional. Highly doubt if I will return. I was trying to buy some hair and the employee Nova had her back towards me the whole entire time. I was asking questions regarding closures and she was just saying you have the flyer it’s all on there and continued to do her makeup in the mirror across from the register. She directed me towards a few things but did not turn around and try to help me find it. There was nobody else in the store so I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get any attention. I literally put all my items back and walked out. If I’m spending over $150+ I deserve a little bit more than an employee doing her makeup at the register. Very rude and unprofessional.

This store and the manager is very unprofessional. MAKE SURE you want what you buy!!! After being told I could return unopened items, she refused to take them back WITH THE RECEIPT! NEVER GOING BACK! Im now shopping with ALI Beauty supply. BETTER PRICING ANS SERVICE!

It was a horrible experience. One of the 3 sales ladies was yelling at an older lady who was a customer. The sales lady was aggressivelyScreaming real loud. The 2 younger sale ladies stared blankly and looked to intimated to tell the older sales lady to stop yelling at the customer.

I visited this establishment because they have a gigantic sign advertising wigs and I am at the age where I am tired of fixing my hair all the time. This store is enormous and they carry many items dealing with hair, skin, nails and even jewelry. They have a large selection of wigs and pieces but my hair color was not represented to my chagrin. I spoke to a sales associates to ascertain if I was accurate in my assessment and she was very helpful, and kind. I have been looking on line for a wig so I am familiar with the pricing and this store was half of what I have seen online. Perhaps I need to change my hair color! I likely will find a reason to revisit this store since everyone was so friendly.

Rating has dropped from 5 stars to 1.I bought the VIP card for $10. I have it in my phone, I travel by bicycle and dont carry a wallet or keys.Do NOT waste your money or time here. The manager is a straight up jerk. No VIP treatment. The other manager, Rita, was always helpful, went out of his way to take care of customers, new guy just lost 2.Bye bye.
