I have to say now that they have started to give it a face-lift and started to keep up with the landscaping it has definitely gotten an extra star on my 4-star rating.

I HAVE WITNESSED THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIOR IN A CONSISTENT BASIS. KATHY THE OFFICE MANAGER TREATS HER TENANTS IN AN UNACCEPTABLE MANNER. I BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DISCRIMINATED DUE TO THEIR LEGAL STATUS. THIS EMPLOYEE MENTIONED ABOVE ASSUMES EVERYONE IS AN UNDOCUMENTED INDIVIDUAL THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. BY LAW IF THERE IS A COMPLAINT OF A TENANT THE OFFICE SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY HAVE PROOF OF WHATS GOING ON, INSTEAD KATHY JUST SENDS YOU A NOTE TO YOUR DOOR THREATENING YOU TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS TO HAVE YOU VACATE. THIS GOES ON HERE ON A DAILY BASIS. THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMMUNITY ARE THE WORST. LIVE LIFE LIVE IT HERE BUT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH YOU CANNOT LIVE LIFE IN PEACE HERE.

This is a very bad place to live at and its true what they say about kathy she is very rude, mostly to the hispanics. once me and my friends were playing soccer and the ball went over into the fence of the dumpster and a friend tried to climb the fence to get the ball and a small peice of wood broke off and she called the cops for that one little peice and even the cops told us that it is very dumb for her to have called the cops on us . plus the other day me and a friend went to the pool and we had our bikes leaning on the chairs and she just banged on the door and said to take out the bikes in a very rude tone and also we were going to record a scene from a play for a project and i told my friend to ask the manager first because he had a fake gun which we were going to use and he said he was about to ask her and she automatically said NO afterwards she let him explain.

A good place to live and just waiting till they open the pool to have fun

Nice park but I aint get approved cause Kat the hbic said I needed 700 cr. Score I think its because Im black but what can u do when ur manger untrue cut the off and find some place new I need a new lot come thru we moving our home everyone else should do the same shes costing the park to lose a lot of money

I use to work there ... key word is use too ... management is very rude to residents... I would not recommend living there or working ... its really sad how this place treats its residents and certain employees... I worked there as security and really changed things around... this was the first security job where management was not happy because it was too quite ... uuummm isnt that a good thing ... Im glad I moved on .. yall should too ...

Please dont live here they unprofessional they dont know anything about managing this property well who ever is reading this please dont give these mind less people your money they dont care about you or your family they only it for your money they make your life a living hell thrust me its a warring dont live you have been warned

Management (kathy) ridiculously rude and threatening to court proceedings.Its just horrifying how residents here have to live.

No good to many administration rules.

Rules are every unclear and management is every unpleasant

Community is good, Ive live here for more then 15 years, previous management were very good but now running by Kathy it’s been hell for tenants, she’s unprofessional, rude specially with Hispanics even the community workers said she always threaten with court proceedingsTRANSLATION:The community is good, I have lived here for more than 15 years, the previous administration was very good but since it is Kathy (the office manager) is managing it has been a hell for the tenants, she is despot, not professional especially for Hispanics, maintenance workers say they always threaten tenants to send them to court
