I lived here for years, & they still cant seem to get the problem of people parking on the road fixed, it blocks residents from attempting to leave there driveway. Especially in the afternoon when all of mangment is gone. Besides that, its a nice quiet place.

Management needs to do something about the people who are illegally renting to other tenets it’s ridiculous at mobile home 3227 .E. Mayaguana Lane they have about 4 people not on their lease & there’s police there all the time & that’s what happens when the home owners rents to other people illegally the home owner of that mobile home needs to be penalized that’s against the mobile home park rules against the policy that makes this community look bad all tenets needs to be registered with the office they have had multiple renters at that mobile home location something needs to be done after management is gone they use multiple extension cords to get power from their neighbors which is a safety hazard

Well I purchased a brand new manufactured home to 2 so I did not have to worry about fixing anything but weve had over half a dozen leak issues which cause damage its been going on over 6 months now it has been took care of and not finished and also I promise to put skirting around my trailer within the first month its going on seven but other than that this place is great delete my stuff outside dont get stole I dont have to worry about people breaking into things Im very happy that you about this face except for the issues whats they are going to go thank you

I think they should just really add a gym and add fences around the basketball court because there have been a lot of basketballs go into the lake.

Management has gone down hill in the past five years. Cost of rent has gone up (especially during Covid, why?!) when the quality of living (the grounds up keep and people) went way way down. Glad I moved out. I dont really recommend living here.

Office never answered calls, always answering service, useless. Dont come here, we are leaving so sad...

These are people are not too intelligent at all. These homes look like where true trash lives. Dont waste any time!

Management is worthless, they shut the water whenever they feel like it and don’t even let residents know, they are always increasing taxes every year, no security at all, don’t leave any valuable stuff in your lot because it will get stolen, they don’t even try anymore to improve this place.

Its okay, but the only thing I dont like live in Lantana Cascade is theres a lot of snitches, careless parents, thieves and the people who works in the office are blind and careless for the people who live in this places they only care about there trailers, money and whats around the community. There was a actually 3 grow house in the trailer community and I dont know how long it took them to notice it, and the manager is a hypocrite has a attitude problem and love to over power her position. At first I thought it might be interested, great to start a family here but until we noticed that they love to point fingers and threat on the people who live in the trailer park and they love to mess around with the rent ever year, never update on the playground for the kids, the gate is always breaking, they love to mess around and turn off the water, they rarely notify it. The security they have just drives around. Hack anybody could come in here on there own willing...

This HOA has become the EYE SORE OF CONGRESS ever since they cut down their wall of beautiful trees along Congress. Every time I drive by, all I see is a wall of ugly, run down mobile homes with blue tarps. It’s a mess.

This place is has some issues to fix, The gate each controller is 40$ and we don’t even use it just a waste of money anyone can just come in. Plus with the recent paper that came in talking about we can’t work on our cars nor have no cars that have registration or nothing or they will be towed away that’s some bs what’s the point of that. Is lantana cascade going to pay for me to go change my oil at the shop instead of me doing it myself or any mechanical work I have to do to my car I don’t think so. People in the office love to screw up the things around the community. I’m just so fed up with all of this stuff.

Despite the gates never working, the development is okay. Usually the pool is open and you can actually go in the clubhouse.

They raise the lot rent every year like clock work and charge a raised/increased pass thru tax each year too. Front gate works 1% of the time... literally. You receive no credit back for purchased remotes for gate @40$ a pop. Always being bought by a new management company...which changes the conformity of things.

I would like to live here however never any vacancy unless youre looking to purchase a mobile home they have a few for purchase.

Love this place. Ive seen management come and go, various problems come and solved. This place is what you make of it. Great Lake. I know of no other trailer park with such a wonderful lake. Ive been here about 13 years. Love that security guard, Mr. S. Kelley (karate instructor, too). Need more respect from guests and tenants at the gate to stop ramming through the gate and/or following another car in.

I lived in Lantana Cascade from 1989 to 2001 and it true they raise the rent every september.it was a senior park and age had to be 55 over and was a 4 star park. I t went downhill so fast rent went up to 525 and we had to pay our owned water that stink like h.... they started selling to family and pool was rented to day care center across the street from congress. I gave my home to the park and move out dont regretted leaving. I had my home a 6865 S Adderley Cay. The person that says it wonderful he need glasses

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this place would be BETTER off without the racist manager currently working there. Unless you fit a certain persona she will hound you and harass you. My husband and I were considering buying a home there as a starter house but after everything I’ve witnessed I’d tell everyone to steer clear!!! People will park their cars on the street and she won’t say nothing to the majority but if she has a personal thing against you she will make your life a living hell. She’s so vulgar and disgusting, honking her horn in front of your home and threatening those she considers beneath her. GET THIS RACIST LADY OUT!!!!

Very clean, nice streets, nice view, has amenities but some of the rentals are very small and too much money for the little space

I lived here for 3 years and I can tell you this place has its fair share of white trash. I had a nasty drunk living across the street from me, the management were rude and disrespecful and thought they owned the park. There was no gate security and there were many break ins. They raised the lot rent every year and you got nothing for your money. I was lucky to sell my trailer and get out. Most people end up loosing there home when they want to move. Do youself a favor and stay a long way away from this place. Chances are they will sell the property to a condo development soon and everyone will loose there home. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

They really need to clean it up. Trash everywhere.

The fact that basketball players cant take a sports bag to the park anymore cause of some drug dealer so how are we supposed to bring our water bottles or what if we need to bring basketball equipment for when we practice? Point blank we need our bags at least let us bring a see through one(mesh)!.And havent done anything for the basketball courts yet such as fix the cracks and big holes we have on the side cause we are always getting injured due to those cracks and holes and when we miss the ball most of the time the ball goes off into the lake cause our court is right next to a lake!. With no fence or anything from preventing that and then almost every week we get 1 to 2 people who fall in that lake and we dont even know whats in there!! I speak for the behalf of all the players on that court.🏀🙏🏻

Its ok. Lived here for 6yrs now. Only issues Ive had is laundry rooms are never opened or locked earlier than its posted, so I just use the laundromat across the street. And idiots who always damage the gate.

This place is awful.The lot rent goes up every year in September,The pools are not heated and are closed half the time and when they are open they are closed early,you are not allowed to use the clubhouse but an outsider is allowed to come in and teach karate and charge.You are allowed to rent it but no alcohol is allowed.They have no security 99% of the time so anyone can come through the gate.Therefore is not gated! You don`t want to leave anything in your yard or driveway as it will get stolen.Need I go on???We are looking for a place out of here asap!!!!!

It is a very clean place and it is well cared for and from what I saw the administration takes care of repairing it there is a quiet environment and the lake in the center gives you a panoramic view of the place

The water always goes out, they do not warn in advance so that one is prepared, also the gate never works and the swimming pools are always closed, at night the streets are very dark, the lake is not close, and there is no space to walk since They are very small streets, the taxes are very high and the rent is increasingly expensive.
