The owners have been there almost thirty years and greet customers daily. They are very easy to work with, do not try to upsell you, have great prices and deliver on time. I will never use Firestone in lake zurich again.

I have used this service for over 30 years. They have always been honest with me and their work has been exemplary.

The technician quickly determined why three of my tires were leaking. He found a leak on the rim of one tire, a valve needed to be addressed on another, and a blown radial on the third. Two new tires and the others repaired, quick and easy! This is the place to go for tire service!

I went to get my new tires (that I ordered from tire rack and shipped here) today. My first visit and chose this place based on great reviews besides being a local business. Reviews were on the spot. I’ve to say I am very happy with the service and work quality. I was an hour ahead of scheduled time by accident and still they started and completed the work within an hour. Waiting room was comfortable with coffee and wifi etc. I was advised on misalignment on both front and back wheels, but was not pressured to get it done like some places do. Very happy customer. Will do business again. I highly recommend this place.

SUPER caring staff! Husband was out of town when his car blew up on me. Headed straight to LZTire with no appointment on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. They took my car in and stayed open LATE for me to finish the car. Picked it up after 5pm. Crazy. Who does that?! They do. Jim, Adam and Paul were excellent and took GREAT care of me when I really needed it. Thank you SO very much for ALL that you do for your customers and for Lake Zurich. You. Are. The. Best!

I requested a quote online for four new tires and received a response shortly after I had sent it. The estimate was very good as was the personalized email from Paul to coordinate getting the tires in their shop and on my car that afternoon. Needless to say, the service and work done were both excellent! Got an oil change while I was there too and didn’t need to spend my entire day waiting. This will probably be my go to auto service provider from now on. I highly recommend them.

I just had tires put on yesterday (11/12). Staff here is fantastic. I dropped my car off and it was ready half an hour after my appointment! I was attended to quickly and professionally and couldnt be happier.

AMAZING SERVICE. I went here today for a slow puncture in my tire. I had visited two other auto shops earlier that day for the same reason who each quoted me 2+ hours for the work. I had a 17 month old with me and did not have the time to wait that long. The guys at Lake Zurich Tire and Auto were friendly, efficient, and beyond helpful. They took the car back straight away and I was in and out in under 30 min. The tire is fixed and is working perfectly. They even gave me advice on a seperate issue free of charge, and did not attempt to nickel and dime me. Highly recommend for good, honest, and efficient auto work.

I stopped by the Goodyear Tire Store right after work today. I needed to get my tires rotated and I also had the low air light come on so I had them check my right rear tire. It only took them about 25 minutes to rotate my tires, they found a screw in my right rear tire, plugged it and I was done. Thanks again for your help and being so quick!

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Lake Zurich Tire and Auto. On my way home, I noticed that my coolant temperature indicator was in the red. I stopped by Lake Zurich Tire and Auto and they quickly diagnosed the problem without any charge. Since the needed part had to be ordered and would not arrive until the following day, I told the service manager that I wanted to drive the car home. The service manager gave me tips on what to do to prevent the car from overheating on my way home. When I got back in the car, a service technician had already lowered my windows and turned the heat up, a little tip I didnt know. I was prepared to pull over or shut the engine off if the indicator light went on again, but it did not. I made it home without incident and got the needed repairs from another Goodyear location near my home. I would definitely recommend Lake Zurich Tire and Auto for their expert service and care.

First time customer. Just wanted them to inspect suspension/tire issues I had that a different shop quoted me at $2000. I waited less than 45min and they gave me honest feedback and understood what work was necessary instead of adding a bunch of non-critical work. Honest, friendly, treated me with respect... even though they knew I often perform my own work. They inspected and quoted at no charge! I will definitely be back to have new tires installed.

Dishonest, incompetent, and completely unfairly priced! Will never go back to this place. I Went in for an oil change and brake pads, routine stuff. i made an appointment and dropped off my car. Firstly they said i needed an air filter and cabin filter replaced (like all mechanics say), they took 6 hours to complete the job, and then 12 hours after i pick it up, the engine starts vibrating and the check engine light goes on. Plus, they overcharged outright for their parts and their labor was significantly overpriced compared to any other auto shop we called in the area. To date, i have had to bring it back in to be serviced 3 times, over 4 days, my car continues to act weird, and yet they continue to say nothing is wrong and deny responsibilty. So they basically damaged my car while doing basic service, and refuse to take any ownership or fix the problem. And they wouldnt even give me a refund for the incompetent labor i did receive so i can at least afford to get it fixed elsewhere. This place deserves to be reported... and will be.

Very good shop, fairly priced because its repaired the first time. Have been using this shop for repairs for 20 years and will go another 20 without question. 10 stars folks

I blew a tire back in January and stopped in on a whim, although they didn’t have my tires in stock they were able to get them there in two hours and provide me a car to drive in the meantime so I could go about my business. I am very happy!
