T Mobil customer service people were wonderful in helping me with my phone problems. I am elderly and have difficult time standing they found something for me to sit on..that has NEVERhappened at any other phone store I have ever visited. On top of that they were very knowledgeable about my phones problems. There were two males and a female assisting me. Not only did they correct theproblems I was having with my phone but also were nice enough to explain other parts of my phone that I wasnt able to use. Fortunately the store was not that busy and these peopletook the extra time to explain more advantages on my phone the I had no knowledge of how to use. I am very grateful for the patience and kindness they showed me so I can better operate and enjoy using my phone.

Our family needed to switch 3 lines and the process could not have gone any smoother. Tom Chung helped us tremendously navigating the process; from making sure our lines were transferred correctly to helping us ensure that promotions were correctly applied to ordering our new phones, the entire affair was as painless as we couldve hoped for. Ive had to visit/work with other T mobile locations and I cant say Ive had anywhere near the same experience.I would be remiss if I did not highlight Toms level of professionalism and helpfulness towards my family. He was super patient and super understanding and really just held our hands the entire way so if youre in need or help be sure to seek out his assistance, you wont regret it
Went in tonight to switch 4 lines from another provider! Everything that could go wrong did! Carli was amazing! She was patient, cool, calm & collected! Not only was she professional, her attitude kept me calm! We hit snag after snag regarding my switch of service! Honestly, I truly appreciated how she handled herself & was so sweet explaining everything to my family! Class act all around. Makes me even happier I made the change to T-Mobile.

I purchased a Galaxy Watch but ended up returning it. Since I paid with cash, the store told me that they cant refund me and that corporate will send a check in 1-2 weeks. I waited close to a month and called corporate to check on the status, who had no paper work on my refund and said they cant issue the refund, the store shouldve. I got intouch with the store, and supposedly the manager (Anthony I believe is his name) opened up a ticket to resolve the issue. He was supposed to call me back 2 days ago with an update and of course didnt. Terrible customer service. Time to switch to a different company.
Went in today because one of our lines got cancelled out of nowhere. Varo helped us out and had a awesome attitude the whole time. He got everything sorted out in no time no problem and apologized for any issues. Great service and awesome people working at this place!

My phone was out of service for 3 days because one of the staff replaced my sim card and could not get it back to work! After several attempts to go back and hours waisted I ended up going to another store in McHenry and Mia saved the day!

I upgraded my phone here last Sunday. The guy forgot to transfer my previous data plan to my new phone (2GB plan, not even unlimited). So, next Monday I did not have any data until I called T-Mobile and they fixed issue.T-Mobile has $20 upgrade fee and I expected more accurate service for my money.We live nearby and usually use that store for upgrade. I used to have better service here previously.
Waiting times are extremely ridiculous. Employees seem unprofessional in attending customers or even greeting them as they walk in. Very disturbing. Would be nice to include some chairs so that we can sit while we wait.
When every time they dont try to sell me a phone until, I had to buy one Jonathan Wolicki,was the salesman, made it easier.
I am updating my bad review with three stars I gave earlier. Turns out, there is a new manager now that really cares about customers. He replied to my comments and took care of the concerns raised by me promptly. It seems old manager and staff that worked at this location has been replaced. The new management is good. If you had bad experience before, you should definitely give this store a try again. Very happy with the response.
Signal coverage in city area is fine, however when I travel close to lake or mountains, signal lost rapidly. I have to use phone from other carrier to provide GPS guidance.As royal customer, I still upgrade my phone at the end Feb. to latest Samsung Galaxy S10 in the store (1007 south Rand Rd., IL). The store promised $150 trade-in from old phone which they have accepted in good condition. But I only got $5 so far. What a liar! I have contacted the store 5 times, call center 4 times. They told me will fix it in another 3 weeks. I am so disappointed. When I puchased S10, salesman tricked me purchased unwanted items with the phone and told me they are free. Actually, they are not free at all. Be very careful when you shopping in T-mobile.I dont think good business can last too long without good credit.
I called the store today and asked if they were open because my daughters tablet wasnt working and the person who answered told me to look it up on YouTube on how to fix it very disappointed

The staff was great...very friendly and engaging. Giuseppe is the man...he gets it done efficiently and well and made what usually is a pain in the butt process actually enjoyable for our whole family. Props to Tino from the Schaumburg store too for setting us up with a great plan. This isnt even the closest store to my house but Im going here whenever we need anything!
Its safe to say I will never be going to that store again there was a short woman in her mid-30s extremely rude I asked for a clear case and she said you dont want that thats what all the Gurleys useThen she proceeded to sell me or try to sell me unlimited plan and told me my speed was slowing down as it stands now.She was basically lying to me to try to get me to upgrade for more moneyI will never go in that store again

The service in this store was terrible! I spent an hour there with 2 kids under 3. I went to exchange my phone. Which after an hour into doing the switch over, I said give me back my old phone Im done. They treated me so rudely and made it more uncomfortable to be there then it already was with 2 little ones. I eventually got a hold of someone on the phone who can ship me a replacement phone so I can switch over my stuff on my own. Seriously worse service Ive ever received in a phone store. (It was early in the day and the store was dead, there was no excuse to be treated so poorly)
Buyers beware specially if you are looking to buy one get one free. The store reps of this store will give you inaccurate information and will sell you two phone instead of offering the buy one get one deals.
If I could give ZERO for customer service, I would. When to replace a phone under warranty that had a scratch. The employee believed that the scratch is on the protective film and try to delaminate the film. Unfortunately there was no protective film, so he delaminated the screen. After that he told me that they can not replace the phone under warranty because of original scratch. Now I have a phone with scratch and delaminated screen and the store manager and T-Mobile tells me is my fault. Please avoid dealing with this store or T-MobileReplied to owner reply and still no feedback.
A bit of a mixed bag. Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and others dont have a clue. All the employees are friendly and eager to help, but some just arent capable of doing much beyond looking up the answer.
