I watched as a Marine Corp vet walked in today, Sept 11, and asked to hold some guns (an M240 among others)...they reminded him of his days in the service. He obviously had no intention of buying anything. But Kris stopped what he was doing, pulled the big guns off the wall, and let the guy take his time. It obviously meant a lot to the vet.Nice for me and my son watch a small gesture to a vet on Sept 11.
Dropped of two .22 rifles to be cleaned and one rifle needed a new front sight stud.Charged $130.00 + $10.00 for sight for the above services which I thought was very high.Pricing isn’t straight forward. If you pay with cash it’s one price and credit card is another price. The front sight stud replacement was not a match for the rifle and was a part they had laying around, they didn’t notify me that the replacement would not be a match for the gun.A simple Google search found a matching front sight rifle stud on EBay for $10.00 for my rifle. My experience with Titan Ammo isn’t a good one.Not true professional Gunsmiths.I would not recommend.
Kris and his staff are all quite knowledgeable about their gear, guns, and gadgets. The shop is well organized, clean, and prices are fair and reasonable in this crazy pandemic gun buying world. Titan specializes in unique and hard to find firearms, parts, and accessories. Their gunsmiths are talented and thorough. Ive brought in 70 year old pistols for maintenance and 21s Century rifles for service, all jobs were completed properly and with respect. Kris and his crew will show you the respect you deserve. Dont come in with an attitude and you will be treated like family. I send all of my friends to Kris for their firearms needs.
Ive done many flawless transfers and transactions with Titan Arms. The selection of firearms, ammo, accessories and NFA items are second to none in the Lakeland area. They offer great gunsmithing services as well. The only thing that could be improved is if they had a few spam cans of 7n6 for sale at a reasonable price for a loyal customer. Just sayin.
Great bunch of helpful people. Wide variety of firearms.
Very clean and organized, personal were great to work with. All sales staff were well versed. ..onproducts
This is a dishonest and disorganized organization. The owner will steal from you if you give him the chance.
Stopped by inquiring about stripped lowers. I was told they had PSA over the phone but when I got there they didnt. Then the guy says the closest he had is a Stag for $150. That lower goes for $90 ON A GOOD DAY. I confronted him about his pricing and he started cursing at me. Extremely overpriced and terrible service. Will not ever be returning.
Amazing place and even better batter people Chirs and is people are so friendly and nice they will help you. And his price are great! And some much Glock parts! 100/10
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very helpful throughout the process of purchasing suppressed weapons and accessories. Stay out of the big box store and get better service!
Excellent customer service and lots of AR15 accessories .
Everything you might need for life and liberty.
I had always heard good things about Titan Arms but never made time to go and check it out. I was at the Lakeland Gun Show and they had a table. I picked up a Spikes colorfill SnowFlake lower from him & ended up buying a Glock 19X the next week at his shop. Both items are hard to find but were still priced right. There are several gun shops in Lakeland but Titan is definitely a step above the others. Good attitude, great selection and competitive price.
Super friendly and extremely helpful staff.Bought my last three guns here and will continue to get all my guns here. They also do an awesome job at repairing firearms quickly and at an affordable price. They fix my wifes bodyguard and now its working perfectly.
I have had several good experiences here. Kris has been very nice in handling whatever needs to be done. He is very helpful and I feel comfortable asking him questions. He has never been rude or condescending. Besides being very knowledgeable on firearms and providing great customer service, hes very cool.
Excellent place to get your guns
If you want the best firearm and accessory store in Lakeland, make Titan Arms your ONLY choice. I have been going for years and always leave satisfied. Prices are very competitive, especially on accessories and smithing. Chris and his staff run a very clean and friendly store. Best place in Lakeland for a “No BS or cherry on top” firearm conversation when making a buying decision.
Dishonest
Ive been bery happy with my experience. Chris has always went out of his way to helpMe and I would send anyone over here without hesitation.
I have bought at least a dozen guns from Kris. I have also had them build 3 guns (2 assault & 1 bolt gun). They have cerekoted two guns for me as well. Every time they have exceeded my expectations.I buy quality! They deliver quality! Ive seen a few negative reviews on here, mainly dealing with price. If you own quality weapons and want quality work, you will pay a fair price (fair for all parties). There is no where in Polk County that you will find the knowledge and quality they can offer. You may find cheaper, but cheaper isnt always better.
Great selection and prices. Staff was very helpful in my purchase of my assault rifles.
A great store. I highly recommend shopping or having your weapons worked on here.
Best in Lakeland. They know what they are doing. The only place I shop for quality parts and gun smithing.I am 70 and US Army. I still ask questions because humbled by their knowledge.
Knowledgeable friendly owner and staff. Pleasure doing business with Chris, Joe and the rest of the guys.
Absolutely knows his way around firearms, ammo and Gunsmithing. I travel 45 miles just to go to Titan.
I had Roger fix a split wooden grip on a revolver, and I am impressed with his workmanship. I will definitely be using him again.
Nicest guys around, super knowledgeable and very helpful!
Gunsmithing services have no set pricing on their website. I came into the store with research and knowledge on how much shops normally charge for cerakote jobs. Bearded guy said Uhh.. tell you what, Ill do it for a 100 dollar bill. That is for just one color on a ff 15 handguard without having to detach or install it onto my rifle. The most Ive seen that job priced at online is $80. Thats quite the markup. It seemed like he just makes up the price as he guages how much he feels like doing the job. I called AAA Gun & Ammo in Plant City and they only charge $55 for the same job. Ive only been there once. I wouldnt use their gunsmithing services.
The owner decided to leave and go out of town for a gun show I believe and now my gun is just sitting there collecting dust for who knows how long. Fed ex tells me it was delivered and less than an hr later I was there. Closed. ???!!! So I called the next day and I asked the guy were they open now. He says no the owner is at a gun show. Ooooook, well youre there so can I come and pick up my firearm? He says oh no, I cant do it. ???!!!! If you knew you were leaving maybe stop accepting xfers or at least have someone there who can do a xfer. I could have made other arrangements as I needed the pistol days ago. That is super bad business and after I pick my firearm I will never patronize this place again. You can have someone there to sign for packages because youre super thirsty for the $15 but they cant do the background?! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the ammo prices and xfer fees are some of the lowest around. Oh well, I am willing to pay a little more for better business.
Good people. Only shopi deal with and online orders are sent here.
Nice people very knowledgeable.
Great guys working there
Number one full service gun shop in the Lakeland area
