We ordered from this company for several years. However; when Erica took over odd things started to happen. Signs would come out miss printed, we wouldnt receive the total amount we ordered, 1 box of signs would show up and our other boxes would be a week or so apart. The last time we ordered our signs showed up but a steaks did not. She claimed it on UPS, so I asked for the tracking info so I could contact them my self. She never gave me the UPS tracking info but assured me she was going to send them FedEx overnight and if have them soon. After waiting yet another week I asked for the FedEx tracking. She never gave it to me and stopped answering phone calls or returning emails. We got her to answer 1 time when my office manager used a different number and posed as a customer. She abruptly hung up when she realized it was not a new customer. We ended up having to buy our own stands and will never order from them again. I miss Dian, she was honest and took care of business.

I recently purchased some signs for my company through these guys and let me tell you, they are INCREDIBLE. Fast, courteous, and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

On March 11th I ordered 100 yard signs and stakes and I only received 98 yard signs and stakes. On March 19th I sent an email to Erica, the person who sold me the yard signs, to let her know that I only received 98 yard signs-stakes. I followed up with her on April 19th and June 28th and I did not receive any response back. I understand that 2 signs and stakes may appear petty to the company, but I paid for 100, and I expect to receive 100. They were not even polite enough to reply my multiple emails. I consider that what makes companies great is the after sale service, and clearly Advertising Signs, LLC does not care about customers after the sale is done.

DO NOT OREDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I’ve tried to place multiple orders over the last 3 weeks and come to find out nothing was placed and then they tried to change the prices when I called to ask where my signs and business cards were! Extremely unprofessional and terrible run business and that’s coming from one business owner to another

Don’t do business with theses people. I paid them $500 for signs they never sent them and won’t pick up their phone. They straight up robbed me.
