I want to thank Party City for making this delivery extra special for my friend. The delivery person was so sweet to send me a message saying how sorry they were that my best friend had to spend her birthday in the hospital. I responded to the person asking them to let her know that I sent them and that I love her. The driver was not allowed into but hand wrote a note for my friend to know. The driver sent me pictures of the note and the balloons I purchased which were beautiful. Thank you again unknown driver. You’re special and keep doing what you do. You make a difference during a difficult time.

Ordering online is easy, store is stocked with a plethora of party items for any kind of party you have. I ordered online and picked it up the next day, it was exactly what I ordered. My only complaint is the staff. They seemed put off that I came to get my order. They were rather snappy and rude when I politely gave my name and said I was there to pick up my online order. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.

Went there looking for one thing and decided on another. Tell all end all was able to find something fairly easily and check out was simple. Everything was clean and orderly. Thank you for reading everyone. Be very blessed.

Athena (Manager) went above-and-beyond when it came to customer service!She was very knowledgeable, and cool to be around.She went as far as helping walk the big order of balloons out. She is a great Ambassador for the company, and it is easy to see why she is a Manager. This is a great location for all of your party needs!

Didnt have what I wanted but have great service.

Went in last night with my granddaughter to pick a costume. The sweet young lady on the floor was so nice and helpful with her. She was so kind and patient and came out with the perfect costume size. I hope to get to see her great customer service again this week for Halloween costume hunting. Just hoping we dont get the same cashier she wasnt very friendly... Whatever she was going through i hope it gets better. Especially since its a party store. Kids coming up the the register like to talk and are excited. They dont want to be ignored. I do recommend this store.

Waited 10 mins for a curbside pickup to have to go inside and no one even know I was there. They shouldnt offer something they cant complete. Curbside pickup is a joke.

I told the cashier rileah I would leave a good review for her. She was so helpful considering the craziness of the Super Bowl game day prep. Line was long and I was getting irritable until I got up to check out out and she was just a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Very engaging with my grandbabies and animated in conversation. Provided helpful advice about my decorating for the game. Everything turned out great thanks to her!

The selection was a little limited but I think that was them switching everything to Halloween theme.

I was supposed to leave this review yesterday for the two wonderful people that help me with my daughters birthday balloons. From the minute that I called them to the moment that I went and picked up her balloons these two wonderful were amazing, they made my daughters day she was one very happy birthday girl. Went in looking for some decorations and to get some inspo for my cousins surprise gender reveal . Shopping in person is always such a different experience compared to online, and it always makes me nervous thinking about if things will arrive on time so i try not to when i can LOL ! Soon as i walked in the cashier welcomd me (i didn’t get her name though but she was a just sweetie pie,) and when i was looking at the gender aisle one young lady asked me how i was doing and what i was planning on and when i told her about what im planning she started showing me her favorite themes for the baby boys and the baby girls and giving me all sorts of recommendations . Its so hard these days to find real customer service so thank you riley and the cashier god bless you all !!!

Good customer service but I couldnt find anyone e on the floor to help me for 10 minutes. The cashier was backed up, and she finally got the store under control, then all of a sudden all the employees started showing up asking what they could do to help. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Other than that, great variety. I was able to get what I needed and get out.

I’ll be honest, I expected more of a variety for Halloween decor, costumes, etc. Virtually everything in the store is greatly overpriced and made of cheap plastic/rubber materials. I was a little disappointed. I really didn’t think it’d be as expensive as it was. One item was $6 at party city and I saw it again later that day at the dollar tree for $1—same exact product.My advise to the owner?Lower the prices to be competitive.Get a bigger variety.Stock up on some higher quality materials.

This place has everything you need for entertaining or throwing a huge lavish PARTY. They have the best costumes for Halloween and decor for every holiday.

Went in for my sons first birthday party supplies and a balloon bouquet on a windy day in January. Staff was helpful, pleasant and even replaced a balloon that popped before we left the parking lot. Lots more birthdays in the future and we will be back!

I wish I knew the names of the two ladies who helped me today. It was a whole process that started over the phone to visiting the store twice in one day. All because I need a superhero costume for my 6 year old daughter. They went above and beyond and never made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them although they Ran back and fourth between the back and front of the store. They made this thing that was driving me crazy a easy fix. If they hadn’t been so kind it would’ve made it even harder. Thank goodness for great customer service and people who still take time to listen to the customer.

I actually feel sorry for the employees. They ALL looked miserable. Sad and obviously fed up with customers. I went for specific birthday party supplies. With Halloween just around the corner... The place was packed. It was a good idea to look online for my supplies before I got there because I highly doubt I wouldve received any help from how busy it was. I found what I needed, stood in line, and waited. Then when I finally got to the register a man asked the lone cashier for a hook to get an item down since he couldnt find help. She just walked away. No, hey Ill be right back or sorry sir I cant assist you but let me find someone that can. She just left. Another employee came up and I was able to move my items to her register. The previous cashier returned to her register with a look of utter disgust at the line of people waiting to check out. They had a great variety of party supplies... Hence the 3 stars. As for the employees good luck finding one that doesnt need an attitude adjustment. The name Party City screams fun, but the employees are the furthest thing from it.

Very clean, employees were very helpful. Some items were priced a little high, other than that pretty reasonable. Good clearance section also.

Always a pleasure going in. They seem to have the greatest balloons for any occasion. They also have great Halloween decorations (its my favorite time of year) as well as the other holidays through our the year. Lots of people forget they are more than a birthday store.

Bought my mom a birthday balloon and it was a very good experience. The manager Athena went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. It was pretty crowded due to Halloween and she was very patient and still managed to greet new customers as they came in.

Several times now, weve ordered balloons - either over the phone or online - only to get to the store to find theyre out of stock or out of helium. Never a call before driving and very difficult to figure out how to get a refund. Rarely a manager or more than one person at the register.

I really hate to even give it 2 stars.The only reason is they have everything you could possibly need, well...Staffing sucks, 8 people in line and 1 cashier who’s afraid to ask for help that’s crazy!!This is a constant issue that’s why I can’t justify more than 2 stars I hope they improve and quickly.

This store is so-so. They kind of have junk but if you dig around, you can usually find some good holiday decor. Their Christmas card selection is very small and not very good.

Purchased toy story party supplies here, spent $65 including a $19.99 buzz lightyear balloon. I was told I could bring it back on the day to be blown up no problem.Brought it back 3 days later to be filled with helium, waited 15 minutes in line. Then because I did not have the paper receipt both ladys working there refused to fill it. Made me feel like a criminal like perhaps I had stolen the balloon & was trying to get them to fill it.And They couldnt look up my receipt or info on their computer because it wasnt working. I had two small children with me, I left went home found the receipt & packed my kids back in the car to go have the balloon filled. Not only was I met with rudeness when I returned, my $20 balloon was not securely fitted with magnets/weights to hold it down. I had carried it to the car, so only when I got home & brought it into the house it floated all the way up to the ceiling. Got the ladder out & got it down. I was not about to pack two small children in the car with that balloon & deal with those ladies again so I taped a battery & some other things to the foot to keep the balloon from floating up. Disgraceful will never buy my party supplies in that store again.

This party city location is the best in Lakeland. I went to the south Lakeland store looking for birthday party decorations for my daughters birthday coming up after checking inventory online and was told what I was looking for was in the back and not unpacked yet. I called the north Lakeland store and she checked for me that what I was looking for was in stock and on the floor! Then when I got there I was able to get the decorations I was needing AND she gave my daughter a free balloon while we were checking out! I think I’ll be making this north Lakeland location my new favorite party city store!

What can I say about Party City that hasnt already been said? LOVE this place with all the decorations and party supplies.

They dont know their inventory enough to be able to tell whether they have what the customer needs or not and dont know the area or aisle where the customer should look for themself. The staff ISNT very friendly at all

Was a ok experience. went in for costumes for Halloween for my kids. found most of what we needed.my daughter wanted to be a dog. when I asked the lady in the costume section if they had a dog outfit or what she just said no. we looked around tho without her help or suggestions and found the pieces to make a fox outfit instead. would have been cool if she had just said not a full dog costume, but u can look over the next few isles. so I felt like she really didnt care help or literally had no idea about anything except the wall in front of her.the changing rooms sucked, was just two partition wall room in the middle of an isle. not really private. so it sucked having to use it.a/c was out in the store the day we went so the air quality sucked. but they were making the best they could of it. they had portable a/c units to mitigate the heat. it made it better than no a/c. but u could definitely tell the air was stagnant with body odors. the a/c issue I can probably let them slide on. i will call it a fluke and chalk up not having an a/c repair guy there to fix it because it was a Sunday.at checkout counter they do balloons. but the cashiers do both balloons and checkout. when we were in line there were like 6 people in front of me with 4 out of 5 or 6 register lights on. but only one guy at one register actually checking people out. two girls were blowing up balloons for some lady and one guy I had actually seen in the back working with inventory. he came back to the front and jumped behind a register and then magically one of the girls returned to her register and all of a sudden the line was moving again.so... the customer service sucked, and they really didnt have the spirit. seemed like either employees were under paid and over worked (tired of being there), and/or they had people who just sucked. but they had what I needed, it just took me forever to find it. if I had not the aptitude to go find stuff myself and walk every asle. then I would have never found what I needed. someone else might have just left empty handed or argued with their kid on another costume.management should really get their team to be a team with a clear goal. if ur name is party city and all ur employees arent stoked to help people with party needs. then the customer really feels like they are at a dollar store of party stuff. right across the street was Spirit Halloween. when u went in there it was like the Hot Topic of Halloween. less selection but far better moral of employees and atmosphere.
