I purchased a king size mattress set & it is the worse mattress I have ever had and it was not cheap. My back hurts immensely when I have slept on it. It sinks, a brand new mattress that hasnt been slept on 6 months sinking, I dont think so! If I didnt know any better, you would think that it is a ten year old mattress. This definitely shouldnt happen. I have to sleep in my guest room. I also had partial order on backlog for almost a year.

I noticed a pattern, for every bad review there is a good review. The world wonders, are they fake profiles or friends of the family. But anywayI really wish there was a way for me to post a recording. To hear Alex belittle you and lie straight to your face is degrading.I wouldnt recommend this place to my last enemy. The quality of the furniture is the same as anywhere else. We spent two hours in this blame store to still be unsatisfied.&& Lets not talk about the famous lines your not going to find a better price or got a minute to save yourself some money! The famous lines of Alex. RUN save yourself disappointment and headachesThe customer service is horrible. The place falls apart without one lady. The wife of the owner is lost. The workers are totally sick of it and as a customer I am too.It has been months of waiting for an order. Alex gets very upset when you stop by. I understand COVID happened. Shoot it happened to all of us. However, COVID does not effect communication and customer service. A business is only as good as its leader & in this case......👎If you ask for a refund, they like to refer you to a policy that does not apply. Then charge you a restocking fee. How in the ancient Egypt can you charge a restocking fee for something you never had in stock? If the order is still in China or overseas, are you sending the restocking fee to them? I highly doubt it. Just quit with the antics and give us hard working people our money back.

Dont walk RUN Forest RUN. Customer service is the worst. Owner rude and nasty. For example I placed an order on 2-4-2021 and paid over $500 dollar for setup and delivery. Only to get a partial delivery. With some items missing or broke. Whole$1000 dining room table broke, night stands missing. Bed without the support piece for the mattress and this is the $1400.00 bed set with wood chipped on headboard. Owner is RUDE and is only about money. Forget a refund for the items not delivered.Employee took the same rudeness class that the owner was in and they are better at it. I called and asked if someone could tell me about my order that was placed in Feb, delivery date in May and it is now August 14, 2021. She asked if I had my invoice number and I had it in hand, but she promptly told me rude and nasty that she didnt have time to stay on the phone with me all day because she has customers in the store. And of course they already got my $6000.00 Plus, so I am not important anymore.Time to take someone else. I told her to take care of her customers and I will call back. (I have home training and was raised better than that) I did not say that, l just hung up. I will call back next week. I will also post this review on Better Business Bureau (BBB) and forward to a few friends. If they keep doing this type of business some sue happy lawyer will have them in a class action lawsuits. I 10/10 would not recommend this place. My girlfriend and I purchased their Savesto couch and in the year and a half that we have owned it, three different sections of the couch have broke. We do not have children so no jumping or any type of poor maintenance has occurred other than the fact it is just poorly made. For the last month we have been trying to contact them to see what options we have available to have them fixed/replaced. The only response we have ever received is “I will forward this to my manager and she will get back to you” which has clearly never happened. Their customer service is below par and I truly do not even understand how they are still in business. Please read all of the other reviews to see how common this is with them and do yourself a favor and just find someone else!

Charged me for a sofa they never had in stock TO BEGIN WITH then they will blame the pandemic on delays fully knowing they are scamming customers with merchandise they NEVER had in stock. I really dont know how they stay in business given the type of customer service this business gives...please explain how a person can come into a business, find the furniture and pay upfront for it only to be told three months later that the furniture is going to be at least two more months late in coming. Please tell me how when you call and ask when the furniture is coming and inquire about a refund the so-called owner says that someone should be giving him a refund for all the trouble he is going through. The best he can do is give a partial refund and when he is told that there is nothing on paperwork that says anything about a partial refund he continues to give an excuse which are many. This business being in a warehouse that is cramped full of furniture it is wonder how anybody can see any furniture at all. Anyone looking for furniture that is a good quality and where the staff is looking like I be glad when this is over look PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! And if you cancel your order and looking for a full refund--forget it--the owner is something to be desired---and thats putting it in a lightly.

Horrible customer service! Estimated delivery time was 8-12 weeks but after 8 weeks was told it would be another 18 weeks. No one could answer why and I was told I would have to pay a 30% cancellation fee. Also, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to let me speak with someone else. Still waiting on my order since I didnt want to pay the cancellation fee of $600!!!! Will NEVER use this company again!!!!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This place was horrible. We purchased our reclining couch in October and it broke already. Its only been 5 months. When we went to go lean back in the chair the wood snapped inside of it. It is very cheaply made. We ordered a bedroom set and they told us everything would be coming in increments which we understood but then everything kept getting pushed back. It took months before we actually received our whole set. They would tell us a day, then I wouldnt hear from them so I would reach out and they would tell me it would be another month. This happened MULTIPLE times. When we received things, it had water damage and the pattern was ripped off from the duct tape that held everything in place while being packaged. The communication there is horrible & The old lady that works there is sooooo rude as well. Save your money and go else where.

I still haven’t received any furniture and they won’t respond to any text messages or return any calls after you leave messages. If I knew they were this unprofessional I would’ve never ordered furniture from them. Please go elsewhere if you’re interested in furnishing your home.

Do not go head please beware! You order your furniture with them they will give you a specific date and if the date continues to get pushed back even months you can not can your order or receive refund without paying a 7% for custom orders. Fail to tell you all orders are custom atp if they have nothing in the warehouse and you have to wait for it to come. My items were missing screws and nobody cared for back with me. And their excuse is Covid has things backed up and Texas it was a hurricane yes I know that but get back with your customers, notify them. I been sleeping on the floor 3 mos now because I been waiting on them to deliver me a bed set. My clothes are piled on the floor because I have no dressers but I have them my hard earned money over $3000 and I have nothing to show for it! Then you don’t want to fuss because they will push it back more on purpose now. Help what can I do

Yes they offer incredible values and a wide range of furniture and mattresses - but the shopping experience is made better by more than just a price focus. Highly recommended if looking for a new mattress or home furnishings in the area of Aberdeen, Ft. Bragg, Raeford, Fayetteville, etc.

Would never in a million years recommend this store. The owner Alex is extremely rude and very childish he will not confront or address situations when there is a error on behalf of business. He will simply cus you out and hang up. I recommend never leaving a cash deposit because if you want to cancel he will then want to charge you a 30% restock fee which is not stated in their policy only a no refund, return, or exchange. How can you return refund or exchange and item that for one never arrived to their store and you never received? With that being said check out the Yelp reviews also and if you live in Fayetteville check out the other local furniture stores and see what they have to say about this business as well. By the way if you use progressive he will then threaten to charge progressive on your behalf although you no longer want the items, progressive says they can not charge until customer has signed and received for the items.

Unbeatable prices. Mediocre customer service.In their defense, the reason their customer service needs improvement is because they are really busy on the phone at all times. And because COVID has slowed down the supply chain. Maybe after COVID things will get back to normal. But as it stands, this place will get you the best prices on all furniture by far. Just be prepared to have a hard time speaking to a rep, getting a callback, receiving accurate shipping times, or shipping updates.In my opinion, the prices (of high quality furniture) they can get you make it worth it.

I just read the last review on All American Furniture and it said Alex the owner was rude and short with them well that was NOT my experience I just had over there at all. Alex was great with me and my Dad. Alex spent time with my Dad and made sure he got the chair that was most comfortable for my Dad. Alex also had no problem taking the Loveseat back that I mistakenly bought that my didnt like and exchanged it for 2 recliners that my Dad liked better and made the switch and took half off the delivery fee. So as you can tell I cant say enough about the guy and his future store.

I like the day bed that I purchased. I paid about $350 less than I would have paid at the Ashley Home Store or website. That being said, we live an hour away, told them when we purchased on Tuesday that we would pick it up today. I tried to call twice on the way over, left a voice message, couldnt speak to a real person. When we got there for pick up, we presented our invoice, were told to drive around back and someone would bring our order out. We waited about 30 minutes, and no one out back spoke to us or would make eye contact. It was a cold morning, and I went back inside to find out what the hold up was. The owner snatched the invoice out of my hand, asked if I had been issued a pink slip, then threw the invoice back at me and told me to go wait outside in my car. Alex is a mansplainer who has no customer service manners at all. I also see on his Facebook page that hes arguing with customers whose problems he wouldnt address. Not okay.

Horrible service. You pay for your product and get told a date, then once that date comes you get no response and when you finally do youre told your purchase wont be in for another month, and it just continues to get pushed back further. Never buying from here again.

Ok, so first of all...we have to drive about an hour to shop here and we are repeat customers until today. God bless her but an older lady was helping us and did not know any information on furniture and we were being very patient as she would hunt other coworkers down to ask questions. Needless to say, she gave us wrong information on the furniture and basically wasted a whole hour. Nicely I asked another gentleman working there if we could possibly have someone else help us and he was very nasty and rude. Trying to communicate with him I could barely get a word in because he was talking over me. We walked in with cash money ready to buy a living room set and instead leaving without any furniture and the feeling of being racially discriminated. I am livid and shaking. Do not shop here!!

Love this place, I am filling my home with there furniture alot of it from different designers at warehouse prices! And they will match there competitors prices! They will deliver and put it together ! However Im not that far and I order more than most..so I get a deal on delivery. .I do think delivery cost is a little steep, but you must way your odds...they put it together and they have to replace it if they scratch or ding it.

Upon moving to a new apartment we ordered a bedroom set from All American Mattress & Furniture. The set was very well priced (definitely the lowest we found), nice to look at, functional and well put together by the awesome guys who carried it up the three flights of stairs to our apartment. My husband and I went here and spent a good amount of money on a bed set (even bought extra pieces). I was told it would be delivered in 5-7 business days and it has currently been over 3 weeks with my furniture still not even in their wearhouse. Every time I call, I get someone who answers the phone rudely and says my furniture is on backorder (which I understand). But every time they say it will FOR CERTAIN be in their warehouse by this day or it will DEFINITELY be here by this day, it somehow gets pushed back further and further. Every time I call to talk to someone, they say they will call me back and they never do. I am the one who keeps having calling them, simply to get what I paid for. I wouldnt have a problem with this if they didnt keep GUARANTEEING me that my furniture will be in by a certain day and giving me the run around. I asked the woman if she could waive my delivery and setup fee because Ive waited (patiently) over 3 weeks for my furniture. She said she would talk to her manager and call me back. Did I get a call back? Of course not. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra few hundred bucks somewhere else, because this is not the type of business that I want to give my hard earned money to.

Its okay. Not very professional at all. Kind of like the BigLots of furniture stores. They have very limited stock and the showroom is a mess. Customer service didnt seem that great. They all were too busy with other work to help us much. We did look to purchase a sectional but they only had one peice of it - the rest having to be ordered. Ive found that most furniture stores lately have the exact same items and prices, all having to be ordered. We ended up getting a beautiful sectional elsewhere, same day delivery, for half the price.

Will not deal with them EVER again. Debbie lied charged me $195.00 for a $70.00 mattress. I spoke with her over the phone and she still continued to lie and say I had a more expensive mattress than I actually had. They ended up cutting me a check for the difference but it’s not about the money. It’s about having poor customer service. When you knew from the start that you had over charged me. A simple “I’m sorry I made a mistake would have been ok”, but she continued to lie about the paper work. It was just to much unprofessionalism.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

So I havent gotten my couch yet. In fact, I am still in the process of ordering it. However, as far as customer service is concerned, you couldnt ask for better. I second guess my every decision. From calling me back on his day off, to answering my every single text message (at least 50), Alex has been there every step of the way. I have called Brooke in the office no less than 10 times and she has been informative, attentive and polite EVERY SINGLE TIME. I decided I order my son a bedroom set and contacted the company as Ive done business with them in the past. I initially was going to go through progressive and get it financed but later decided to pay cash. I spoke with Brooke Saturday and first requested a cheaper mattress, then told her to take it off. I later said go ahead and add it to my order since it wont be over $800 she said oh no it wont be that much. I get it delivered today and theres no mattress. I call and she apologizes. I speak to Alex and he kept cutting me off saying hell deliver it sometime tomorrow and I said when bc Im not taking off more work, hes like I dont know. I told him I am writing a review and he says well Im not selling or bringing you a mattress you can get it from somewhere down the street and hangs up.

Purchased a mattress set less than a year old. I was told to send photos in because the mattress was to soft and caused back issues. I was told it looks fine and dont look like a warranty issue.I was told by management that another customer switch out a mattress that was to firm and was in the store. I let them know that my bed was king and what was in the store was queen.The response I received next was we cant take back used mattress. I stated you have one in the store from another customer you wanted me to switch out.Then the response was it was a warrenty issues.If it was a warranty issue why did you want to switch it with mine? This was my second time ordering from AMF. The first time we ordered a bed room set for my son and more recently we ordered couches. Originally, we went to Ashley, whom told us that they would price match competitors. Well, lets just say the couldnt match the offer. The only reason we tried Ashley in the first place was because they were closer. We did get our couches that had some damage and with in two days we had the replacement pieces at our door.I think the other people who are complaining about the delivery time are being unreasonable. Surely, you paid well under MSRP.I recommend these guys. Great prices for the same thing Ashely Home Store tries to bead your head over.

I first called to order a bedroom set from here and Alex helped me out a lot. He was great in the beginning. I had my furniture financed, but the full amount wasnt covered so I had a remaining balance. I spoke with Nicole to and I was told that once I sign the contract, the remaining balance would automatically come out of my account. I signed the contract, and called back to have everything delivered. Alex told me that they had some of my furniture in, but some wouldnt be in until the following week. He suggested that they deliver what they have, and when the rest comes in they will deliver that to me. I accepted and the first shipment was delivered a couple days later. The following week, I called to see if they had received the other shipment. They did in fact have it and I was able to set up the next delivery for the remainder of my furniture. The day that my furniture was supposed to deliver, I got a call from the delivery personnel confirming my appointment. An hour later, I got a voicemail from Nicole stating that my furniture was in stock and to give her a call so that I could pay the remaining balance on my bill and set up a delivery for the items. Im confused now because I thought both of these had already been taken care of. So I returned her call and asked her to explain what was going on since I had already paid the remaining balance and set up delivery. She repeated what she said in the voicemail and said that I would not receive my furniture until I paid the remaining balance that I thought I had already paid. Then she said that what I originally paid was the contract fee, not my remaining balance. (Never once did she ever say I had to pay a contract fee.) From that point on she was so rude and disrespectful that I couldnt even stand to talk to her anymore. She constantly cut me off and when I was explaining that I needed her to elaborate, her exact words after she cut me off were This is the payment. I can send you an invoice. You can pay it if you want. If not, thats fine. Refer us to a friend. Needless to say, she got hung up on and I tried to get ahold of Alex to see if he could explain everything to me. He didnt answer. Nicole calls me back 5 minutes later and her exact words were, I just spoke to Alex and he said that I can send you the invoice, but its a Friday afternoon and we just dont feel like arguing. I was baffled and sat on the phone listening to her accuse me of trying to argue with her and basically called me a liar because she was sure that she told me all of this before. Not saying dont shop here, but the level of unprofessionalism here is too high for my liking. In the end, I won because the first mistake that Nicole made was doing her research before she told me Well youre not getting your furniture until you pay the money. What she failed to do was LISTEN to me as I was trying to tell her that the delivery personnel already called. So needless to say, they got their money when I was ready to give it to them but I got my furniture the day I was supposed to get it :) I tried to get ahold of Alex and he gave me the run around. I figured that he wasnt going to call until he found out that my furniture was delivered even though I didnt pay this remaining balance that came out of no where. And thats exactly what happened. He finally called me back 5 hours later and the first thing he said was Did your furniture already come? He had no remorse nor did he apologize for accusing me of arguing when I just wanted more clarification that his assistant failed to give me. When I told him that it was not professional for you to tell your assistant to tell me that you dont feel like arguing, he replied Im sorry maam that you feel that way. Then at the end of his conversation he says, If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call me anytime. How am I supposed to believe that when I did exactly what you just told me to 5 hours ago and not only did you not answer, you told your assistant to tell me that its a Friday afternoon and you dont feel like arguing. Smh.
