Jay is one of the best Reps at Verizon! He has helped me and my mom so much with getting new phones to setting up the phone exactly how we want it. No complaints at all! Highly recommend talking to Jay if you ever need anything.

These guys are amazing. They even went out of store to get a model they didnt have in stock and I was able to get it the same day. I know thats not always possible but the effort the manager put into it was impressive. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had.

This is the most trash store ever. I have come here 4 different times for something so simple and they tell me they can’t do it. But the 1 time I come in to buy something it’s no problem for them. I used to manage an authorized retailer and a corporate so I know what they can and can’t do. They only want to help you if you are purchasing. I’ve caught their reps in multiple lies to where they freeze up and don’t know how to respond.

My wife and I were lied to by Felix. We were promised that it was only $45 a line. Come to find out after we got everything set up and got our first bill of $325 that it was actually $90 per line. The $45 per line only applies if you have 4 or more lines. This is a shady Verizon store that tells lies to get you on their service and then when there is a problem they just want to transfer you to the billing department. By far the worst phone store in the area. Spectrum has better customer service than this.

I was greeted and helped right when I walked in this morning. Drew was great! She transferred all my information to my new phone within 10 minutes. If you want real service, this is the place. Another Verizon store (LaCholla and Ina) could not help me. Jay at the Sunrise/Swan location fixed everything with patience, perseverance and kindness...and an offer to come back if everything was not completely fixed by my next invoice. Before this experience I was going to switch from Verizon. Maybe Ill be able to rethink that decision.
