Everytime I do a pick up order they always take 20+ minutes to give me my order. No ones at the counter. No one gives you your order when you do curbside or in store pick up. Im not waiting 25+ minutes standing there or in my car when it should be within five. Today went in for medicine and no one was there, just bought it and left. SO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE YALL DONT KNOW HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS THE ITEMS THEY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Call and no one answers, 9 minutes and they hung up on me so phone wouldnt ring. So professional.
I had a bad experience in the pharmacy. A lady named Sue that was extremely rude, helped me with my Mom’s prescriptions. I drove over an hour to help my Mom out because she is elderly and doesn’t drive. I was told they were ready, and she told me that one was not ready yet. I asked why, and she told me that they have been very busy. I told her that I had called before I came and was told that they were ready. She wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was telling her. She was really rude. Even her look and demeanor were very rude. She really shouldn’t be dealing with customers. I also had to ask for her name, because she didn’t even have her name tag on.
There was a woman assistant in the pharmacy drive in window who obviously does not like her job and wants everyone to know. She was not helpful when it came to getting my wifes first time diabetic supplies.Just sent me away not knowing what I needed. My wife needed the testing supplies and insulin to eat dinner... After contacting the doctor I return to the drive through so the doctor could clarify what was required. The doctor had to call the pharmacist directly.After all of that I called the pharmacist to confirm everything was understood and good. He was very courteous and helpful and confirmed everything. His assistant leaves a lot to be desired.
Im a couponer and my coupons and rewards were not attaching to my transactions. Alex the manager took the time out to make sure that all my coupons and rewards attatched &&&& he was really nice throughout the entire process. He also made sure that the same problem wouldnt happen again. Im extremely happy, thank you Alex!!!
Horrible, drive through closed customers half way through store 1 lost guy cant do his job behind the counter.
If you are thinking to get a Covid test her for traveling, dont. They claim results in 24 hours, but now my wife is stranded in NY, because some 42 hours later her results havent come in yet.Now she is living a nightmare, because of Walgreens ineptitude
