When the driver got to my home, he was very courteous, professional, Friendly and quick. In no time he had my door open. Just bought a 2012 Toyota Camry LE - Great Car - Great Deal - NO KEY FOB - called several locksmiths - they were all cheaper than Toyota (around $400 for the key and programming). I called Square Deal and they had the best deal - DEFINITELY the BEST PRICE to program my new key fob. Stephan took care of cutting and programming the key; he was absolutely great. Did a good job on my front door. Changed my locks. He couldnt get the lock on my door leading to the garage to work. The door would not close after installing new lock. A truly wonderful experience! Called and made an appointment to have the front door lock replaced with a new electronic lock. As I work during the day, I asked the technician to give me a call 20 minutes prior to arriving so that I could meet them at the house. As promised, the technician called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived promptly. This seems like a small thing, but for some reason very few companies are able to get this right!Once on site the technician diligently and carefully removed the existing lock and began installing the new lock. As the new lock was an electronic lock with a higher security rating, a new strike plate and reinforcement plate needed to be added. This was done as required and no corners were cut by the technician. Additionally, the technician carefully installed the new electronic lock and even took the time to research and contact the manufacturer when questions arose regarding the programming of the lock! Simply outstanding!After everything was assembled and put together, the technician cleaned the area and wiped everything done, leaving the work area in better shape than he found it. All in all a complete class act!

I called numerous locksmiths and found that 1) no one was available in my area or 2) I thought I called a local number but was directed to a third party clearly not from Lakeland, and still had no one available. Its solid wood, all original, beautiful, and older than us both. Wanted to keep the original look with the locks that make it so (antique oak). I have a business with storefront access. The door was not closing and locking correctly. We have an electronic access control system so the door mechanism is more complicated than most front doors.I hired a different company this morning to solve the problem. Their technician worked on one part of the problem but couldnt fully resolve the issue because his company doesnt work on access control systems, despite their website saying otherwise.This afternoon, I called A Square Deal Locksmith and was pleased to learn they can handle the access control systems. Even better, the technician was able to be here within about an hour of the call! He examined the door and determined that the door closer was the issue because it had been improperly installed a couple of years ago. He corrected the placement and the door works fine! And he charged me less than the first company for the same amount of time.Responsive, great customer service, and they know what they are doing. A Square Deal Locksmith is now my go to company for my buildings locksmith needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to the office staff and the tech who came out and serviced our business for a lock change on 12/8/16. Just a few weeks before the holiday and they responded very promptly during this busy time of the year. The tech came out and was very courteous and had identified an issue with one of the mechanisms in the lock. Instead of just saying there was nothing who could do he disassembled the lock and repaired.
