I have a brand new car..this company was sent thru my insurance. .the Tech scratch my vehicle which had 2000 miles on it....said he didnt do it ..but he did...my husband questioned him to why he was on his cell phone as he installed my windshield,he said he was a pro ( lol)..I waited over an hour to drive my car 4 miles home from my office on a Thursday, didnt drive the car for four days, get in the car, drive it and the windshield whistles...hes a pro for sure. NOT

Just got my car window fixed by Jay. He was perfect and so nice. My window is greatly fixed. Thank you so much!!

Was referred to them through our insurance. I had originally asked for a business that I could drive to. This business said we could. So I selected them to do our windshield. Found out their location is over an 1hr away via 95!! So they say oh we can meet near you at a plaza. I agreed. We get there they brought the wrong windshield. So we reschedule the following day at my boyfriend work. They call us and ask me where I was. Turns out the person that brought the wrong shield Never communicated with their company about the new location. So they said they would reschedule again. We said no thank you. It has been miscommunication since the start. These people cant seem to get it together and are willing to stretch the truth just to take other peoples $. The lady in the office didnt seem to care about this when I expressed this to her. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

My friend lives in Lakeland Florida right outside of Orlando Florida he has told me about his grand daughter sitting on a table it broke.the glass was not tempered glass.thank god sh did not get hurt bad.so he just went over to k&K glass in Lakeland Florida they replaced it with tempered glass.add it did not cost him an arm and a leg.not bad,
