My story is much like Elises story (the last review). We made the first payment to Vision Glass in June 2021. We are now in November and the job still isnt done right. Like Elise, we had delays (understood) and got into the middle of a change in suppliers (understood) and delays due to covid (understood).What isnt understood is poor communication and lack of attention to customer service. We have been super patient waiting on return calls and/or updated information on delivery schedules.When I have finally called, the response is we were going to call you today or you are on the list for our staff meeting today. Our first piece of glass had to be replaced because it was scratched (again, understood). The replacement finally came and was installed late last week. We now have kindergarten grade caulking in our otherwise A+ bathroom remodel. I mean, its horrible...chunky, rough. The coating on the glass also does not seem right. We called several days ago and were told that they needed to check their schedule to set a time to come back out. We are now at the end of business day 3 and we have heard nothing.I am extremely slow to leave a bad review but, since I read reviews before I use someone new, I feel like I have to tell our experience. As many have said, these are the friendliest people and their price was competitive. However, if you cant get a job done well, friendly and price begin to be meaningless.(Its hard to get a good picture of something clear, but this is a fish scale caulk job.)

I first reached out to Vision Glass and met the owner Kris in April. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded and got the work started. Half the work (replacing the glass in three windows) was completed soon after. The other half (replacing the window balances on 6 windows) has still not been done. There were issues with the supplier which I totally understand- they sent the wrong ones, plus there were delays in shipping. Then Vision Glass mistakenly ordered the wrong balances. I also wont fault them too hard for that as everyone makes mistakes. However last I heard from the administrative assistant is that they finally had the right balances and were planning to come out a few weeks ago. She said the previous delays in communication were related to COVID, which I also understand. Then I never heard from them again. I have called and left messages, and Ive heard nothing back. I am giving 3 stars because they seem to have gone MIA without completing the work, but their initial work was good.UPDATE: The owner and two workers came out to complete the job the same day I posted this review. They were super nice and worked fast. Apparently they are struggling pretty hard to find people to work. My windows are now fixed so theyll stay open, but a couple of them get crooked on the tracks when I try to put them down. The owner chalks it up to the type of balances that were installed and did not offer any alternatives to fix the problem. All in all, the finished job is not as stellar as Id hoped, and their communication is spotty at best. 3 stars stands.

Broke my window weed eating. Called several places and they were the best price and the friendliest. They provided excellent fast, friendly service and would recommend to absolutely anyone!

Kris promptly responded to my inquiry. He was very reasonable, and he was very professional. He removed several mirrors from our house with his crew and did a great job. I plan on using him for our shower enclosure.
