Best place around for nice tools. I never have any issues at this location. Very nice workers and for any bigger items they bring them out to the car for you.

Love Harbor Freight, wished we had one in Plant City. This store is not as big as some of the others. If you dont see it on the shelf be sure to ask an associate. They keep alot of inventory in the back. Would give 5 stars if theyd enforce the mask requirement and did more to keep patterns safe.

It’s Harbor Freight Tools what else can I say. Most tools sold here are cheap one use tools. Save your money and buy quality tools if you plan on using them often. Sort of like the “dime store” of tool stores.

I will never do business at any HarborFreight again.Stopped in to buy some tools and because I am not a inside track member I had to pay retail price.I walked out.I am not going to pay a tool company to get a discount.Very disappointing.

Due to the Wan virus (covid-19) Harbor freight has an online app only policy now.They dont mail coupon books out anymore.Good excuse but, Ive got enough junk on my systems!Any special items I need will get them thru Amazon.Odd ball stuff Ill get from harbor freight with out a coupon.

What can you add to all that Harbor freight already has?While eating my Chinese dinner to go in the parking lot, I noticed this little guy next to my jeep. Looks like someone took a boot to its head!This is Florida so keep that in mind wherever you may go. I did go into the store for a few items....typical Florida day. :-)

Dont come to the HF in North Lakeland. Drive the extra miles to another one. Ive had nothing but bad experiences the few times I came here. My recent visit, I needed a saw stand, the lady called the person in the back who clearly said they have 2 but tell the customer we dont have any. I could hear the conversation since they were using hand held two way radios...the lady just looked at me and said, Sorry....

The ladies there were helpful and got me the best air compressor for the price which they found ways to make it as cheap as possible also. Much appreciation to harbor freight and its employees.

The place to go for most tools. Use their app for HUNDREDS of coupons. Even if you cant find the coupon on the specific item that youre wanting to buy you can still use 20% off coupon on anything. And then on top of that you can use another coupon to get something free like a tape measure or a screwdriver or a tarp or a flashlight.I found that every hand tool that I bought there works with no problem for me and lasts just as much as any tools I buy any place else.And dont forget about their lifetime warranty on all the Pittsburgh tools no-questions-asked and no receipt needed.I just wish they had one close to where I live.

Not the biggest Harbor Freight. It is not the greatest one either, but like all the others they offer almost anything you need and the staff are willing to help when needed.

Likeable store with their own brands and models of popular hand and power tools. They are beginning to offer better quality tool lines now that can actually compete with leading US and Japanese professional brands in addition to the lower priced products that are mostly good enough to meet most home owners requirements for light-duty use. Ive been pleased with the power tools that Ive purchased for home use. After trying several types of their chisels and hands saws, I would steer away from them, as the steel quality has been substandard and they fail to hold an edge and cut properly.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Harbor freight is great. Quality products and their warranty policy is amazing. I stop here first before going to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Let me Start out this review is not for Harbor freight it is for management.I returned a new and unopened tool. I started NOT to post the credit on the card used When I bought the tool.They posted the credit on the credit card on file and it was a temporary card from the spectrum.The manager said there is nothing he could do. The call he had to do is cancel the sale and re-ring it up.For management skills.Daniel

Always like Harbor Freight. Great coupons in Sunday paper or online. Good location. Wouldnt say that tools are going to last you a lifetime but theyre good enough for average homeowner. We have battery drills as well as a mid-sized gas generator that works well.

Love the store, good prices and lots of inventory however cashiers should not have to answer phones. Waited in line for more than 10minutes with only 2 people in front of me because cashier was on the phone with another customer asking about an item that they might or might not have. They need to have a customer service rep answering phones.

Had what I was looking for at a very reasonable price than other places I had called. But when calling Harbor Freight and asked if they had what I was looking for. Employee apparently had no idea what I was talking about but did find it there after being told no they did not have it. But I dont hold it against Harbor Freight for one bad apple not knowing what they carry and sell at their store. The employee or employees should have better knowledge of they have and what they sell on their shelves

Well stocked, and able to find the items I wanted with very little effort. While they don’t carry TOP OF THE LINE tools, what they do have will get the job done.Friendly and helpful staff, and shopping was a pleasure. I’m sure to go back again

I love Habor Freight I can go in there and look for hours! Its clean. The employees are nice and helpful. And their AC is kicking.

I can always find what Im looking for here. quality is good, prices are good and the place isnt so huge you get lost. The people are very helpful and pleasant. And I always carry my coupons for great deals.

Hard to find help, some items like generators for example you have to buy in separate expensive parts, but overall good place for both inexperienced and experienced.

Harbor Freight is always a good place to go. Much cheaper tools and all kinds of power equipment at reasonable prices. Bought a power washer there a couple of years ago and its still working great. FYI A vegetable and meat market will be opening soon right next to Harbor Freight. 👍☺

I like this store, but they are confusing to navigate while using their confusing ads. It would be nice for them to number each ad with the aisle number.Also it would be great if they would not use discontinued items as loss leaders, when they will never be on the shelves again.There ads show many duplications, and you wont get the better price unless you know the page to find it as you are checking out each item.Certainly does not help them by generating this confusion.I left today, with over 800 dollars in items I had circled in my ad copy, and would have bought if I had found them.Instead there was another ad they were working out of for the same dates.With all the help at the store, it should have been a better experience.I so enjoyed Harbor Freight when they were simply an internet retailer. Even though I like seeing the merchandise, this may be my last rodeo at HF, too many wounds. Hope they can find someone to coordinate their ads with the store aisles for the rest of you.

They didn’t have what I needed because they were out of Stock but the cashier upfront chat for me at other stores and was very helpful. She was working Tuesday night and was Hispanic.

This is the closest Harbor Freight to my house so its the one that I usually go to nowadays the store is extremely extremely small I guess if they have the same selection as you would find another Harbor Freight I dont know how they managed to fit everything into that store because its just like a quarter of the size of the one that Im used to in Auburndale Im always waited on promptly when I go there and I never had any issues with returns anything else the employees AR always very courteous and knowledgeable

Slow slow slow. The upsell process and coupons slow things way down for people trying to get in and out quickly. Cashiers are friendly knowledgeable but seem to get no help from management. ( coupons are nice there just needs to be a faster system.)

I enjoy visiting my local Harbor Freight. The staff is always pleasant and friendly even if an exchange or refund is in order. Ive never had an issue here so I would recommend HF.

The store seemed to be short-staffed today, and I was unable to find a product or someone to help me to find the product. I was greeted when I arrived in the store and was thank for coming as I walked out. I hope next time I stop at this store they will get the staffing issues resolved

You get what you pay for!They have it all bear in mind that these aren’t high-quality tools but for small jobs they get it done!!Customer service is good and there isn’t a time you don’t walk out with something free, flashlight, battery or tool (coupons aplenty).If you looking for something and you don’t want to pay high prices or borrow your neighbors this is the place to come and some tools may last longer than others but at these prices, you won’t mind too much.

Bad, very bad. I bought an 21 gallons air compressor and the cheap plastic cooling fan broke. I called parts department. They said the part # is 50; but they DONT sell it, that Ill have to Junk it and buy another air compressor. A $180 compressor for a $5 part. ABSURD.CHEAP VERY CHEAP!!!

I love harbor freight. The staff is always helpful but the checkout process here is horrible. The registers are too close to the aisles. The store needs to be redesigned to accommodate a faster checkout process

I am not a mechanic or heavy tool user, so the quality might be below national brands. They do have a higher quality set of tools but I am not sure how good they are

If you need it quick, and use it lightly this is the place I for a quick tool fix for value purchases. The quality of many things here is/are actually improving from years past.

The amount of tools here is insane! Got some good cheap tools with lifetime warrantys. I know you heard the saying you get what you pay for but if you arent running a car shop or a contractor the tools should be just enough for you. Honestly I just lived the amount of mechanic tools and construction tools :)

Great place to buy affordable tools and hardware. Always try to get things on sale to save even more. Remember this is Harbor Freight not Snap On Tools. Yes the quality may be not quite as good as some, but the prices cant be beat. Most of the time you wont be disappointed.
