I needed to fix my well.The calf broke the line from the pump to the tank. The lady had me buy an extendable pipe which I didnt need nor did it fit. But she was helpful in finding the other pieces I needed fast.(t connector, 3/4 inch 2 foot pipe, male screw in adapter, pvc glue,primer).

18 months ago we purchased a rheem water-heater 38 gallons with 6yr warranty on 1-16-21 it went out. Instead of repairing they just replacing it with a new unit. Today 1-19-21 we bought 4 new ceiling fans and picked up the new unit and still have to hire professional to install it. Large parking lot. Usually friendly helpful employees.

Horrible. Placed an online order for a washer and dryer. Almost $2,000. Estimated delivery date of Thursday. Called to get it sooner and they didn’t even get the order. Tried to give me a new delivery date of Tuesday. Rep and supervisor stated there was nothing they can do, I just cancelled the order. I really needed it by the original delivery date of Thursday or sooner.

I received the best customer service from Kimberly in the garden center. She was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I have brought flowers from here from over a year and NO ONE has ever offered me plastic to protect my seats.

Helpful and nearly always has the few off the wall items I cant find any place else.

Great variety of succulents, cacti and houseplants! Im always buying something new, even when Im not shopping for plants lol. Purchased a washer and dryer about 2 weeks ago. Stressed to the person helping that we needed a delivery date for a Wednesday. On Tuesday we get a call for the delivery and nobody is able to be home because we are at work… check the paperwork and the wrong delivery date was selected after stressing the need for a Wednesday. Partially my fault for expecting people to do their job correctly and add the correct delivery day. I guess my point is so not trust anybody to listen to you and check your delivery dates before leaving the store. That was my mistake.

Went in to buy new kitchen appliances. A person came over to help. Was friendly then another person came over and ask question about a dryer. He left us never to return. Waited 20 minutes. We went to best buy and order our appliances.

Everything was fine until I was ready to check out. Only one check out had a person at register. How does a company determine if people want to check themselves out. Unless I am getting a discount for doing your job, I want a person to check me out.

I went in to get help with my kitchen paint peeling, and the lady was so informative. Told me all the reasons it could happen and how to fix it. Over all I didnt feel judged for not knowing anything about it. She was very nice and polite, definitely worth the extra drive.

Lakeland N Home Depot is the worst!!!! One employee tells us we can do a store to store transfer of product. The gal at customer service could not be bothered to help us. We had to ask her for help even though she looked right at us. She told us we cant do that and walked away.

One of the worst Home Depots Ive been to. I dont often shop at Home Depot, so I usually need help from an employee to speed up my shopping process. I asked four different employees for help and only 1 out of the 4 actually helped me find what I was looking for. The rest just pointed and kept walking. Also needed a small portion of wood cut and the gentlemen working the saw told me he couldnt cut the wood for me. Went to the Tool Rental department and asked for help there. They too were surprised to hear the guy in the lumber area wouldnt cut the wood for me, so they were nice enough to do it for me.

Very nice. I bought a washing machine and I got excellent service.

They had what I wanted and What I needed,And was in and out in a flash No Wait ing for paying to get What I needed

I needed keys so I went to my local HOME DEPOT. Lucky for me, RAY was working and he knew everything! What a wonderful gentleman to deal with! He cut my keys, helped several others at the same time and managed to keep his pleasant attitude! He answered questions for any one who was walking by, yet he stayed focused on what he was doing! Called ahead to see if they had 12 inch flex duct for a/c on a mobile home. Customer service rep quickly snapped back at me that they do not sell mobile home supplies without even researching it. We were in the middle of a job and the Mobile Home Depot was already closed. We took our chances and drove to Home Depot anyways and found exactly what the associate said they do not sell within a few minutes of walking in the store.

Staff was very friendly but not very eager to assist. Store looked great. Would like to see employees have a greater sense of customer service.

Employees should be trained to actually help customers instead of walking by humming and completely ignoring people who are obviously searching for something.

Best Home Depot in North Lakeland. They have anything you need for construction, plants, furniture, renovation. The staff is friendly and most of the time willing to help if they are available.It is a very busy store inside and out. There is also a Mcdonalds nearby just in-case you want to grab a quick bite before you leave.The flowers are always blooming, but sometimes you can find some dead ones.This is always an alternative to Lowes that is nearby as well.

I was looking for a 3-Prong dryer chord( Pigtail), and a Associate referred me to Supervisor Chasady. She greeted me with a smile, and took me directly to what I needed.She has a wealth of knowledge...Almost like an Electrician.It was a great experience, and very quick.I can see why Chasady is a Supervisor; She is a  great Ambassador for the company and those 27 yrs of experience really show!! This is a great location!!

Offer Curbside Pickup on App but when I get to the store there are no parking spots designated and lady rudely said we dont do that anymore when asked.

I will NEVER use them again, we were suppose to get a Penske rental truck from Home Depot and it was suppose to be a 16 truck, we get there and they say we are at the wrong Home Depot but it is the address they gave us, that store sends us to another Home Depot.. all they have is a 12 truck, we reserved it weeks ago, also it isnt even a Penske truck, it is a Small Home Depot truck, the hand dolly we ordered was broken and we get the truck finally 3 hours later so then when we get to our storage, in Altamonte Springs to move it out they are closing, we had to stay, in a chair in Altamonte Springs and havent even made it to OUR destination( Lakeland) yet...This isnt over, as will be going to CORPORATE WITH THIS ALL...THE ONLY REASON I gave them one star is because I have to in order to go on...DO NOT USE THEM OR TRUST HOME DEPOT CAUSE HOME DEPOT DID THIS!!!

I visit many HD stores in multiple locations, we go where the job take us. This particular store is the only place where they eat you up in questions in the return desk and detail inspect on brand new, very clean items with 1 or 2 days from purchased. It Is like looking for a reason to refuse the return. There is no greeting when you come in and “thank you for shopping” is often missed. After many visits due to multiple jobs nearby, I had an issue with an item price from the HD App vs in store pricing. Then is when I thought “Oh God, it is time to discuss with this store cold blood customer service.” As expected this employee would even listen, but explain his interpretation two times to me and show me the way out of his desk (there was no line), he got a hold of the department manager and she called for me to meet here back there. when I got to this department it was nowhere to find her. After several minutes She finally appears and the answer was the price on the shelve is what it is and there is nothing she can do. I asked for the store manager, at this point she offers a return for the first time, but per the nature if the issue this was not a solution (job was estimated based on the product App pricing). Why wait for the customer to ask for the next level manager for them to start thinking on supporting the issue?... Any ways, it gets worst from here. She claims that the store manager is unavailable in a conference call, you have to wait. -How long?, I said. -I don’t know, she responds. -Can you find out?, -No, you have to wait, she says again.-so you mean to wait undefinably?...then she goes inside the store managers office and the store manager comes out 2 minutes after walking superfast and with same response, “there is nothing I can do. The App pricing is out of my control, she said. So, I asked who can deal with app pricing and in store pricing and she say I do not know, then I asked for the district manager and she give me the 1800 number and flee with same speed she came out to me. I got left by myself., called the 1800# and they said only the store can do price adjustment and provide district manager information. Looked for her again and nowhere to be found. After running out of time to finish my project I finally paid the excessive price and went my way. I do regular visits Home Depot and other building suppliers across the State. I have been offered 10% satisfaction discount, Pricing Match, Customer Satisfaction Store Card, and other solutions when there is an issue (not often). They do not carry plastic cloths hangers. After being told they were on 2 different isles by 2 different employers.When I got back to the front and told the 1st employee not to tell customers that carry plastic clothes hangers because you do not.

I’m from Ohio and this has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever had with a Home Depot store. You see a lot of associates running around but none of them seem to be able to help you out. Some do not know how to use the intercom correctly and others just do not answer the call. Funny thing is the store is not busy but the associates seem to be caring more about stocking and cleaning then helping customers and the only thing I needed was to have a door knob set rekeyed and the guy who was suppose to do it would not even come to explain he sent the guy from early that money who knew nothing about it the first time to explain it to me verses him coming to tell me himself because yes!!!! He was stocking shelves

Funny how when the pandemic started the cutie line you halfway across the front of the store just to get in, had a team of people wiping down carts. Now that the numbers are highest they have ever been they no longer accuse line you around the building and there is nobody wiping down carts. Not hard to wonder why the pandemic numbers are way up. Half the people in the store dont even have masks on. Nobody says nothing to these people.

I would be very cautious about buying appliances from Home Depot. My wife and I bought a set of appliances they told us they had in stock and could be delivered within a month. The day of the scheduled delivery we waited and waited no one ever showed up. We called customer service to ask what was going on, they informed us that our order was out of stock and didn’t have a delivery date. (I guess no one was going to call to tell us) I told them that was unacceptable we need appliances. He told us that there was nothing they could do, only get a refund or come in the store and order in stock appliances.... Fast forward a month we finally received the appliances, no notice at all they call to tell us they were on the way, I’m at work so my wife had to meet the delivery guys. I wasn’t available for a few days. Let’s just say this was the worse installation I have ever seen. Washer and Dryer doesn’t fit, so they put gouge marks all in the drywall, and scratched my brand new hardwood floors! The refrigerator is off level by about 2”, and the dishwasher is so off level the drawers won’t stay out if you are loading they roll back in. They didn’t even hook up the power cord or water lines. Since it was after 48 hours since delivery they told me that there wasn’t anything they could do. You would think spending $6000 with them they would try and take care of the customers who keep there salaries paid. Thank God there are plenty of other places to shop in the future. Home Depot, you scam hard working Americans.

Came here to tool repair for such a simple repair.Get this changing the blades bolt in my Rigid door jam saw and 2 bolts on tje doorjamb saw I also got from here. The guy in tool repair is mentally and physically handicapped and speak Russian I think. Went to Hardware department and he is about 70 years old and keeps saying he kknows nothing. What is it that you people do know how to do?

Went looking for an item that online said that there were 15 available but there was only 1 on the shelve. There were barely any emoloyees available so I flag one and he did not want to look for it just said that if its not there... There is nothing. I explained that online they had 15... Said he would go look for someone and left us waiting for 15 min. When we got tired of waiting and head outside he was at an outside kiosk table while we are waiting for him inside!! Flagged a manager and told her about it. I wish she would have asked why i did not want to article anymore and worked a bit harder to make us happy. We got the item on Lowes... At a lower price.... 🤷

Friendliest and actually the fastest team members Ive ever encountered in a home depot. Very pleasant visit! Stock was not up to par however.

Very nice I needed paint and there was only 1 man there running around trying to wait on everyone. I also needed help loading and they called someone and no one ever came so I ask a customer if he could help me lift.

This has to be my favorite retail store. I love home projects and gardening. This location could stand to have a few more helpful people and people that can lift. I always have to load my own stuff because either they do a terrible job and Id prefer to do it myself or they cant lift 40lbs above their waist. Good customer service though.

Had wire cut, sent me up front with wire numbers, would not show up on check out. Need better system for charging for cut electric wire.other than that ok

We just bought a house and was at this home depot last night and was helped by an awesome employee named George. Turn around today and have to go back. The same gentleman that helped us the night before was there again to help us. He was from the flooring department but helped us with blinds the night before and a refrigerator today. He was extremely nice and professional. Getting everything for the new house has been stressful but he was such a pleasure to deal with and made it a better day.

I bought a hot water heater for my mobile home. After I opened the box I discover that the model they delivered,(at my expense of $79.00), had SIDE water hook-ups and not TOP hook-ups, (which was the model I bought). Now Im going to have to cut away part of the wall where it is supposed to sit. I dont know how far the water connections will stick out once I can hook it up. When I called to tell them, i got transferred several times, then a guy tells me just during it back! Why does he think I spent $79.00 to get it delivered, sports cars dont carry hot water heaters. I will never again buy an appliance there.
