I went into the store looking for a product I needed but had never used before. I explained my situation to the owner who told me he would have to convince me why something different was what I really needed. The product he was suggesting was double the price of what I went there for I told him I only had enough money for the cheaper one he said dont worry about that I want you to get the best product for what you need. He gave me the better product for half the price. This showed me how much he cared about what I needed and that Id have the best outcome. He was not judgmental he explained how to use the product to have the best results. Ill never go anywhere else. Hes my guy and this is my store. Thank you so so much.

Awesome place to go for supplements. These guys know their stuff and are incredibly helpful. I was having trouble with a supplement bothering my stomach and went and talked to them about it. Their recommendation was exactly what I needed. Still getting what I want from the supplement without the stomach pain. Thanks!

Super nice customer service! Informed me of a sampling event going on nearby for me to try new powders. Worked with me on accessing my GNC account. He knew where everything was, different types of protein, different brands and what sources they use.An overall much better customer service experience I’ve had compared to any other health/fitness shop.

Friendly!!! Knowledgeable!!! Have more supplies and options than any other GNC in Lakeland. Travel north Lakeland to this location just for their service and stock!

Update: I visited again today 9/1/18. Olivia sad very helpful and was able to explain products to me.This store is clean and organized. The sales associate was super helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. I didnt feel looked down upon like I have at other stores or with other associates.

Verry help full clean .But for stuff I buy is alittle expensive. Has I would say all suplments your looking for & may have troble finding at brick & morter store

Best GNC been member for years I buy only in this GNC

I wanted to stay in budget and get 30 day supply of a supplement. To associates talked my into an up sale that was on sale and in my 30 day supply but still double my budget. Later I discovered the dosage they told me is only half the recommended on the label. So I payed double what I wanted for a 15 days supply. My bad. No credibility with me now. Do my own research stick to my budget and dont listen to reps.

It feels strange when you stand outside of the store with no one in it for hours. With other guy starring into your soul as he stands by the cashier. Im not sure what I should be scared of. The over priced products, the strange music that plays softly. Or the man by the cashier. Please bring a friend when going into this store X3

I went in with a small list of things I wanted to get that my trainer/coach and I put together. I left almost immediately after the sale associate tried talking me out of what I came in there to get, called me ignorant, and threw in my face he had a bioscience degree. lol I have a doctorate in the health field and my coach has her masters not that I told him that, or that it really matters. Not going back.

I always get my vitamins here. The staff is very knowledgeable.
