I have a 4 digit pin used for security reasons because of my ex, my ex husband was able to walk in and buy me a new phone without my knowledge and the associate Skylar did not even ask for pin, I was at home when my phone stopped working because they activated the new one, fortunately he showed up few moments later with it... this is horrible customer service for cricket,..... retrain!!!! If ex shows up again.....DO NOT ASSIST HIM WITH MY ACCOUNT!

They overcharged me and refused to reimburse my card I have been to a lot of cricket scores but this one in Lamar is the worst one by far and it was not an employee it was the manager herself
