Totally awesome service ever from store in Lamar! Fabian was able to get my phone all fixed up.

Viaero has been my go to phone service since 2014, staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about cellar service, I dont think I would ever go to any other phone service company...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not ever get a phone here. They are not that good and they will change your for debt that isn’t even yours. I thought I had my name taken off the contract but they never did it and now are coming after me for debt someone else had accrued. Watch out they are scammers!

My wife and I have been Viaero customers for over 20 years. In fact, clear back to when the company was still known as NE Colorado Cellular. Consequently we have dealt with many, many Viaero representatives during that time period. We updated our phones to new models on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020. We had the pleasure of being helped by Fabian Chavez, who in our opinion, is an exemplary employee! Fabian went above and beyond our expectations and made every effort to insure our satisfaction with our new phones. This was not an easy task as he was dealing with two Seniors, as well as determining how to best pair my hearing enhancement devices with the proper phones. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to deal with. Fabian transformed what is normally a difficult transition into one with a minimal amount of stress. We are delighted with both the product and the service.

Very friendly, easy going, easy to talk to and every question answered is explained and if they some how dont know the answer they are quick to either figure it out, or use the necessary tools to. Switching to viaero was such a good decision for us!

Real helpful and knowledgeable people

The people at the store were great, but please for the love of god go somewhere where you will get decent service. There are multiple towers in our area and the phone service is so crappy, I can barely make a call out of my house. I pay a little less then Verizon, trust me the extra $ is worth better service.

Sleezy telecom doing bait and switch. Free cellphone with lifeline account...They have no free cellphones but are willing to advertise that incorrect statement on their webpage. Its unfortunate that disreputable telecoms can do anything and the FTC does nothing.

Beat phone coverage for my area

Husband has this service up in Cheyenne Wells. We haven’t been in for a couple years but used to work with Hannah & she was amazing & friendly always going above & beyond for us each time, every issue. Today I worked with Lizette & she was very uneducated in what she needs to know. She had no idea on the plans or pricing & seemed out of it. She wasn’t friendly in the least bit & just tried to push new phones on us, but didn’t even know the prices to properly quote us. Very disappointed in the service, recommend any other Viaero BUT this location if you’re wanting a good & honest interaction.

They stated buy one get one free. But was still charging me for both phones es and stated my bill shouldnt be over 100 a month, but in actuality my bill was around 250.00 a month, so I wouldnt recommend, I would suggest pre-pay before this company.
