Clean and spacious location. Very friendly staff. Spent a few hours here while waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby auto shop. Both indoor and outdoor seating (shaded during the morning through at least early afternoon). Good WiFi connection and perfect spot to get some work done.Note: as of 7/27/21, every other indoor table was closed for safety and social distancing. So if you plan to work there for a while, get there early to grab a spot.

Came here with the family after leaving another place that had no high chairs. The service was friendly and helpful as expected from a Starbucks and most importantly they had a high chair (although it appeared to be only 1 which was concerning - hence 4 rather than 5 stars). The coffee and food met standard Starbucks expectations.

I have nothing against Starbucks as a rule. They are generally well run, treat their employees better than most of their competitors and serve a reasonable quality product. Although the corporate recipes can sometimes be bizarre and slightly deceiving, they are generally tasty. So, judging any single franchise really is about some very minor quirky differences. Ive been to this location a total of 3 times. The last time my son and I were treated rudely and is the reason for my negative review now. Maybe it was just a bad day but it left a bad taste with us.

We dont come in often but when we do we are always greeted with a smile and like theyre so happy to see us. Their chai latte is my fave.

My mom loves their chai tea latte so for that I visit them all the time! As always, amazing service and this time tried their white hot chocolate on this cold snowy night and man its awesome! I do admit I have a soft corner for anything white chocolate but this drink was amazing. I think as long as these winters go - I am hooked! None the less; service level and quality level as always 5 star!

You will have difficulty finding location for parking they need a BIG mermaid on the main drag to alert passerby there is a S.B. around back... But the coffee and the counter people were friendly and Great...

Typical Starbucks offerings and prices with friendly staff. Parking lot is a pain and the floors could use frequent sweeps.

So I don’t mean to be too uppity about this but this is the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong! When I pointed out that my hot drink should be well HOT they remade it without a problem but didn’t make it correctly. I’m normally trying to stop only for a few minutes just to pick up my drink on my way to work so I don’t really get a chance to check to see if it’s correct. So I checked the wrong one as well (they just gave that to me) and that one was wrong as well!I’m trying to be really understanding during the pandemic but this is the second (or third if you count their mistake of the correct order) this has happened and I’m really frustrated!I will not be coming back here again!

Of course its a great place where you can enjoy their coffee, and for me, their hot chocolate, which I was introduced to by someone who gifted me with a present of their chocolate assortment. And Ive been hooked ever since. As a Penn Alumni Interviewer, I also use it as a place I interview prospective students who are interested in matriculating at the University of Pennsylvania. The place is congenial, and people friendly.

What can I say... Starbucks COFFEE! Love it. Glad to have this always busy place close to home.

There were 20+ people waiting and only one person making drinks. They did not make drinks in the sequence of the orders come in. I waited for more than 15 minutes for my mobile order and had to ask for progress. Obviously they lost it and eventually made me a completely different one, even after checking with me twice.

Im not gonna obviously talk about menu, it is Starbucks. Decent but slightly expensive. Youll visit it nevertheless.Its the ambience, seating and noise that separates one Starbucks from another.Seating - 6/10Ambience - 6/10Noise - 2/10 (0 being noisy af)

I am a regular customer at this store and every single time I come in here I experience excellent customer service. Im greeted by name, and the service is very fast. The employees are so friendly and Im always leaving with a smile on my face. Ricardo always has a positive attitude which I greatly appreciate. What a great way to start my work day!

Went there to order a drink and everyone was just standing there ignoring me .i had to tell them twice to get my order while they were just talking to themselves. I dont need service like that . Do better for customer service.

Nothing beats that amazing smell of coffee when you walk into a Starbucks. As always the staff was friendly. The line was moving and the team behind the counter was working well to get orders taken and coffee to the customers in a quick manner. Im always happy to be in and out. And even more happy to be enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee.

Every time i have gone in there, there are the same 3 workers who take forever to make the drinks due to them talking. There was only one lady making drinks while 2 others took a break, but before doing so made themselves a drink. After continuously waiting 10 minutes for a coffee when there are only 2 people waiting in line, i can definitely say that i am not going back to that location.

Truly magical place they had Farie women with magical beards on their faces, there was the leader who was talking extremely loud, so his workers could hear of all the names of the people he casually would mention from his stories about the night prior. ( But we all knew the only story there was between him, his right hand, and that bottle of Jergens lotion.)

Ordered a chai tea to go and unfortunately it was horrible. Was not made properly and I was to far away to return for a replacement.

Always crowded. Not enough seating especially when people with laptops take up a whole table for the day! Is Starbucks leasing office space for free??!! About an hour ago there were 2 mini offices taking up 2 tables. Now there are 6 mini offices taking up 3 tables. And counter space. Coffee customers have nowhere to sit. They are standing or leaving. What’s up Starbucks? Way too lenient with all day office space customers. What about your real customers??!!

After 2 years of going to many different franchises and getting the same drink made differently, I will only go to this location. Stephen and John are amazing and ALWAYS make my drink perfectly, everyone here is always kind, always on point and I wont go anywhere else. Awesome job guys

Very grimy and a worker was sick! Fruit flies all over the food and tables and floor very dirty. Bunch of young guys working with plenty of time on their hands to clean it up, but made no attempt. Had to throw my frappuccino out I was so grossed out. Will go out of my way not to have to go back

Service here can be very hit or miss. They are some times short staffed and the baristas will openly complain about it. Nice outdoor seating, bathrooms are generally clean.

Hands down the best staff. They remember me not only by name, but by order to the number of hazelnut pumps I get in my coffee. I honestly go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks.

This particular place has Nitro on draft I think all Starbucks should have Nitro, it is high-test coffee and cold. Every time I drink it I feel just a little bit over caffeinated and extra energized I think its great hopefully they will roll it out to some of the places near me as none of them currently offer it.
