Ms. Janice is so super sweet. She has a good eye for fabrics and can talk you into or out of stuff based on reality...not a sales pitch. One of my favorite places to spend in Lansdale.

I have been shopping at West Main consignment since 2012 and I absolutely love everything there! The staff is honest and goes out of the way to make your shopping experience a good one. Their shoe selection is AMAZING, Janice the owner is extremely knowledgeable on all items she consigns. Nice variety of jewelry and wallets, buy its while its there cause chances are it will not be there when you return!Its always a pleasure to shop when Deb and Janice are working together their positive energy and friendly demeanor are infectious!

Good selection of clothes purses coats boots and jewelry. Its a consignment shop not a thrift store so they are not thrift store prices. A little pricier but better quality then a thrift store. Good sales.

I love this place! The women who run this store are excellent always upbeat and eager to help with any of my manic wardrobe needs. I found everything from dashikis kimonos and yoga wear to the finest in mens suits sportswear and casual for any occasion. Even when I find nothing new to add to my wardrobe I go through the rest of my day with a smile from the upbeat chats with people who obviously love what they do every day. The customers and clients of this Boutique always give me insight and an upbeat message to pass on to others

I was at the consignment shop this past Saturday. The clothes were name brand, updated, preppy, and current. The owner was nice as was her assistant.Today I called to setup an appointment to bring in unworn, trendy clothes with designer names. I was met with an attitude of, “I screen my merchandise. What do you have?” The tone was demeaning and snobby. Screened over the phone? I was told they only take vintage clothes and they are overflowing right now. I was asked the names of my clothes and despite informing the owner that tags were still on the items, I was turned away.Well, when I was there, I saw NO vintage clothes. There were name brand clothes, like mine, that I wasn’t even able to bring in to be looked through. Despite my fabulous experience on Saturday, I will not be returning to this shop.

My favorite consignment shop by far. I stop in quite regularly. Not just for the awesome selection of clothing and great prices, but the staff aswell. They are so down to earth and extremely helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

A wonderful selection, curated so that most items are of reasonably good quality; prices range from one dollar (for quite good stuff; silk blouses, paisley shirts) to 300 (for things like new authentic fur coats). Most items are in the 5 to 12 dollar range. When I went in December 2017, she had an entire rack devoted to Chicos. Ive gotten some absolutely wonderful things here, brand new, for 10% their retail value; highly recommended!

I love this shop. Everytime I walk in it is a cheerful and helpful place. Their selection really is wonderful, just what Im looking for and since Ive started consigning it is so nice to get to the register and see if I have and credit. I also really appreciate that when I try things on and ask an opinion that I get a genuine answer. There are small toy for occupying children as well.

Holy moly, my day has been made after visiting this shop. I bought so many inexpensive outfits including J Crew, Lily P, Toms and so much more. The awesome staff helped style my outfits with jewelry and scarves at my request. These items were barely worn and well taken care of. I can’t wait to return.

I am confused that anyone doesnt love this place. Ive been there many times - and every time find AMAZING deals for shocking little. I always feel like maybe Im taking advantage - a coach purse for $24? Feels like cheating. I highly recommend!

The owner knows her stuff. She knows what sells and what does not. I do not know how people can comment on how this is not a good place and the prices being high. My thoughts are that it is their loss, not the owners. Try going somewhere else to find these prices. You are not going to find it! I brought quite a bit of stuff to this shop. I highly recommend West Main Consignment!

You can tell the owner has added quite a few of those 5 star reviews. Why dont you just treat customers with respect instead of writing fake reviews trying to make youlook good. The owner is just selective the owner this, the owner that. Youre the owner!!

I love the displays. The owner is lovely.

The shop is crowded, the clothes are terrible and over-priced, and worst of all, the owner is a snob and has zero personal skills. Do not even think of bringing clothes in to consign, cause she will not take them, no matter how nice, clean or new they are. In fact, she will not even look at them - she will wave them away with her nose in the air and make you feel like you have atrocious taste.I cannot figure how she stays in business....

I love West Main consignment! I try to get here as much as possible because there is so much that gets consigned everyday.This is my go to for funky and unusual jewelry and one of a kind dresses. I have lucked out with some signed jewelry pieces and one of a kind artisan earrings. I found a beautiful capped sleeve DVF wrap dress for less than $30 in perfect condition along with a vintage silk Flora Kung for $15! There was a beautiful vintage Versace LBD and jacket set for also $30 to $40 which I also couldnt pass up.What can I say? I love this place. I spend time here looking at everything when I visit.If you take the time to talk to Janice she is funny, quirky and can point you in the direction for what youre looking for. She has always given me her honest opinion which i really appreciate. She is up front and honest about what she will consign and always seems busy with new merch. Shes been doing this since 1985 so she knows her customer base and what they will buy and for exactly how much. I once asked her how she prices her items and her reply was, I price them to sell. :DIf you have time, stop by here! Dont forget to hit those $1 and clearance racks! One of my favorite finds was a summer dress for $3!
