I was devastated when my modded BMW was hit. Other shops was reluctant to work on my modded vehicle. I took it to ACS Auto body and that was the best thing I couldve done. Bill assured me that Id be happy with the results and he was right! My car actually looks better than it did before. They really pay attention to detail! Speaking of detail, they gave me my car back with a super clean interior and a waxed and polished exterior that had it glistening. Thanks Bill, thanks ACS team. I cannot say enough about the people who work here. Their kindness took a difficult situation and made it manageable for my husband and me. They not only fixed the outside of the car but they cleaned the inside and made sure it was completely safe to drive. This shop is filled with competent, efficient and truly kind individuals.

ACS Auto Body was recommended by people whose opinion I respect and I wasnt disappointed. I needed body work and the process and costs were carefully explained and when I picked the car up it looked really nice. They even cleaned all the interior carpeting. They seem to go that extra mile and I really appreciated that.

I have had my beloved 2014 Chevy Sonic (named The Witch; garage rock aficionados will get it) with Bill and Kevin twice - once in 2017 when I hit someone head-on (my fault) and recently when someone hit me (his fault).The first accident insurance was handled with insurance. The second accident was out of pocket since the guy who hit me was uninsured and the car was a lot closer to me trading in with nearly 130,000 miles.In 2017 they worked with my insurance company and were able to work with me with the deductible. They knew I was looking at keeping this car for a while and wanted it to be worth as much as it could be when it was trade-in time.Last week they knew I was paying cash (the guy who hit me was uninsured) for a car with 130,000 miles on it. I was on the fence on fixing it or taking the hit and trading it in. They took a $1,600 estimate (which was $500 cheaper than the other company who looked at it), said they could do it for $1,200, and then the bill came in at only $1,100 because they were able to repair a headlight instead of replacing it.The one constant was that they were always professional to deal with and whether working with my insurance companys money or my own, gave me a car that looked like it was never in an accident, let alone two of them.They own a dealership too. When its time to trade it in, I know where I am going first.

After years of wear and tear our car needed significant body work in several different spots. We didnt expect it to look BRAND NEW when it was finished, but it does!! From setting the appointment to picking the car up a few days later, the customer service was top notch. Thanks, Bill and team!

In July we were traveling to North Carolina for our Honeymoon. We desperately needed work done on our vehicle Before leaving. Other shops told us the timeframe wasn’t possible. Bill and the team got us taken care of quickly. They even detailed our vehicle!

Professional service great prices and most important they do excellent work in a reasonable amount of time. I have sent both of my daughters cars for bumper repair we paid out of pocket and the price was very affordable. I sent my neighbor for smashed front end, when the car came back it looked brand new. Again my neighbor was hit in the front and back bumpers ACS took care of all the insurance dealings. My mother in law hit her door, we paid out of pocket, again very affordable. When my windshield was hit by a stone and cracked, was repaired at a price cheaper then the windshield people. When someone hit my husbands Mercedes they took care of the insurance questions, all I had to do was send the adjuster there. All of these accidents were over the course of a couple of years each and every time ASC was consistent with their service and repairs. One last thing, when you are at their shop they have free coffee in a beautiful waiting area.

If you like honesty, integrity, friendliness, and all around great service, then this is the place for you. The mechanics take time to explain what they are doing, create a plan of action that limits your costs, and clearly want to do well by their customers.

Kevin is one of the few people, among body shops and mechanics I talked to over the last decades, that:a) knows what hes doingb) educates you about the problem and possible solutions, together with insights about the industry so you can make a truly informed decisionc) he is honestd) he is passionate about his jobe) he wants you to be happy and find the best solution for youIn my case I had an annoying problem on one of my headlights and parts of my bumper on a brand new lease. He suggested I would not spend a ton of money trying to fix it perfectly as I might get new scratches down the road and it would be better to fix it completely before the end of the lease, if needed. He did the least amount of minimum invasive work on it without giving me any warranties about the final result. The final result is not perfect, but its the best I could get considering the problem I had, and its the best I could have hoped for, after considering all of the other solutions.Kevin is a kind and courteous man who knows what hes doing, has a ton of experience in his field, and makes all of his knowledge available to you, so you can make the right choice.He is the next best thing after you knowing how to fix your car yourself, and he will treat your car as if it was his, or even better, as if it was his wifes car, as he looks like a very selfless man.I could not have hoped to find anything better, and I had not idea we had such a high quality auto body shop in this neighborhood.I am recommending him to all of my friends and family, and without a doubt, Im recommending him to you right now.Even just going to say hi to get a free estimate is a pleasant experience.If you dont believe me, just stop by there, then let me know.Peace.

Top quality body work and very professional. The owner, Bill even offered to have a rental car available for us to rent after dropping our car off for repair. Our vehicle was being repaired due to a no-fault accident. They had our vehicle ready within 5 days of receiving it - our SUV was seriouly damage - the entire bumper corner was destroyed. Vehicle looked brand spanking new after ACS AB worked their magic; the car was detailed like I have never seen before, they even took care of additional scratches that were around the body of the car.

ACS is very professional. I would definitely take my vehicle there again.
