Store is bright and clean. Customer service was very helpful and solved our issue quickly. Bathrooms were very clean and included baby changing station.

So many things in this space. Its hard to look at everything. They will probably have what your looking for. A bit on the expensive side, but its good quality. Sometimes they have something you want thats insanely out of reach. They stack to the ceiling, well close to it anyways. Staff is usually helpful.

Couldnt find what I needed, asked for help and they took me right to what I was looking for. Cashier was soooo sweet!

Maybe this is the new normal, but trying to find something as simple as a car seat cushion turned out to be a half hour ordeal. They were out of stock of the one I wanted, and the staff seemed unwilling to help me navigate their store. I ended up leaving the store with nothing, and will probably have to order it online.

Have good collections. Prices are pretty much higher than other places. I only go when cant find items other places and meed it now. Most items are found online with same price or cheaper . The coupon system is terrible as you force customers to collect a lot of clutter by the 20% off one item only. Unless they have membership or so. Too many hoops. You have a large collection with good products. Matching some prices with the competition without coupons would guarantee great flow of paying customers. I like the place but if feels strange to pay more for any product and i am not a coupon person. Therefore i avoid such businesses

I went there on Friday, March 6th, 2020, and it was my first time ever setting foot in there. I’ve been on the website, but I just wanted to get a better idea on what I needed to purchase for some zero light curtains. To my surprise, there were choices in-store that we’re not available on-line.Further, the colors of everything (the towels, shower curtains, etc.,) were so vibrant that nothing on-line could do them justice.Likewise, the help was phenomenal. An African-American lady asked if I needed some help as I sat on my walker in complete astonishment of all the choices. At the time, I did not. But later a young lady named Chelsea (I think) helped create an invoice for me at the wedding desk because I was unable to walk back through the store due to a health issue. One of the items was unavailable at the store, but she ordered it for me on Friday and I received it today (on Monday, March 9, 2020). That’s how shopping should work!Overall, the Bed, Bath & Beyond, in Delta Township was incredible. The only downside I saw was that it didn’t have any motorized carts for people with ambulatory issues, but if a person uses a walker, he or she should be able to make it through everything just fine because the store isn’t that big.Stellar store and an even more stellar staff!

You need something? This place has it! Great variety! Pricing is slightly higher than some of the other big boxed stores.

It doesnt matter what time of the day or night Im in the store its always clean including the restrooms. The cashiers respond quickly when a line begins to form. Thank you for a job well done@

We had a great experience with our wedding registry!! Wanda and Chelsea were the two ladies that helped us. They made sure that we had all we needed and any help finding anything that wasn’t in the store. We left and decided to go back in after we had dinner to add some other things. Wanda was still there and again was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! Definitely recommend going to this store!!

Okay but not stocked up like they used to be.

The bed was soft the bath was warm and not hot. The beyond is beyond me

They have a variety of household goods and unique gift ideas. Though the items are usually pricey there are coupons that help. The staff, for the most part, a knowledgeable of their products and returns are rarely a problem.

Always has what Im looking for and the bathrooms clean and sanitary.

Neither matches nor buckets did I find. Beyond what else you would journey to this store is beyond me.

This location is big and has a ton of stuff. You will get lost in the towering shelves of bathroom towels and bedroom sheets and blankets. Staff could be a bit more friendly as I had to go searching for them to get something. I have yet to find the beyond section.

Always a good experience to shop here. Great warranty policy and excellent service. And folks here are always courteous and accommodating. Always shop here when I want a fair price and good service.

Nice store, it was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helped me out when I had a question. Only problem I had was with the product I bought, it had a big scratch on the surface when I opened the box. Luckily that part is closer to the back so it is not as noticeable.

A sales gentleman gave me good information about the best knife that I could buy. I purchased a awesome knife for my husbands birthday. Bed Bath And Beyond is a fun place to shop.

First time in this place. I bought a large amount of merchandise. They helped me find a coupon on my smartphone which saved me $40.00. I didnt even ask.

A couple of staff members were fabulous! A few others were so horrible I never wanted to go back :( You would think spending thousands of dollars in a store in one day would at least get you good customer service. Unfortunately this store doesnt know what that means. Very disappointed with my first time purchasing a large amount of items from this store. Go to Kohls they know how to treat their customers!!

I went here today for a bed set. Specifically a nautica bed set. And to my knowledge theres nowhere else that really sells them consistently. I bought my last one from a BBB so I came back and sure enough they were here. They were super expensive so the manager set me up with a mobile coupon. 20% off. I had to wait 24 hours but I saved 36$ off of that. So thanks guys!
