Definitely not the lowest prices but its pretty decent quality. Things last for a long time. Most of the stuff is worth the money and the staff is always available for questions.

Our 10 year old dryer quit this morning and I checked all the big box stores to find one we liked and no one had one in stock. LONG POST-Backstory: The day we found out we were getting the house, we ordered appliances from Home Depot. It was May 29th. I scheduled the delivery for August 7th, because our closing was scheduled for July 2nd, and I knew we would have a ton of work to do before we were ready for appliances.Fast forward to last week, Thursday (two days before scheduled delivery), I get an email saying my delivery is rescheduled to August 19th because an item is on back order. I call Home Depot to see which appliance is back ordered, they tell me to call LG support. I call them, they tell me it’s just the dishwasher. I ask if there is any way to cancel just the dishwasher, and they tell me I have to go into the store. I go into the store. They tell me if I cancel the dishwasher, earliest delivery is August 20th. And even then, there is no guarantee I will not be rescheduled because they only delivery if they have every item in the delivery. I call ABC Warehouse and speak to a man named Devan and explain the situation. He calls me back 10 minutes later and has the exact appliances I had ordered from Home Depot, brand new in stock, and I can pick them up next day!!! Mine and I went in Saturday and got the same appliances I wanted, without the headache of the big box store drama!Moral of the story: If you are in the market for appliances, go see Devan at ABC Warehouse!!!! 🙌🏻 he even loaded everything up for us!

I go to ABC Warehouse, Pennsylvania Avenue location for all of my appliances. There is one reason. I feel like Doug Wedleys only customer.Im sure many others feel the same.. I went in to buy a TV stand last weekend, and the service was excellent. Gretchen showed me many options for TV stands for great deals. She helped me through the entire process with enthusiasm and care. The TV stand she helped me find was an excellent product, easy to put together and looks great. I would recommend her as a sales rep and this store to anyone.

If I could post negative stars, I would.This was the single worst retail experience of my life. I walked in to the Pennsylvania Ave. location and spent some time picking out a sofa, and went on to purchase it. The associate (Devin) told me it would be a 3-week wait to get it. This was mid-October, so it sounded like Id get it by Thanksgiving. Perfect. He asked if I wanted it delivered. I have a trailer, so it wouldnt be a problem for me to pick it up myself, however, I left them talk me into the delivery; $40 extra, and I was told the 3-week delivery was guaranteed if I got the delivery option. It seemed strange at the time that I had already been told a 3-week in-store/stock time, but now was being promised the same thing only if I paid for the delivery. Anyway, I opted in, mostly for the benefit of them keeping the deal they had already made with me, but oh well.3 weeks and a day later, with no contact from the store, I called to get a status update. Itll be here in a week, they promised, again. Okay, Im not a big complainer, so I let it go. Wouldnt have it for Thanksgiving with the family, but whatever. I asked that they call me if it would be any later than that.Next week, same story. No call from the store, and when I called, the chains were moved a week down the line. Again. I did raise a bit of a fuss this time, and they said they would refund the $40 delivery fee, after it was delivered. This was good by me, and I again asked for a call should it be further delayed.It was. I waited. Two more weeks, gave them a call, and was given the same excuses. I told them this would be the last time I let it go. Now we were in mid-December, and it was obvious it wouldnt be in time for the holidays. I called the following week, and told them I had reached the end of my patience with their incompetence and I needed my money back. They gave me every line in the book: itll just be one more week, just until after the holidays, if you cancel now, youll have to pay more to re-order, youll be put at the end of the list, etc. On that call, I was done being courteous. I said. Just give me my money back, no more excuses, no more guarantees, no more lies. I know it doesnt matter that much in the big scope of things, but Ill also add, that every time I called, after giving my name, they always asked for the order number. At this point, my name should have been recognition enough. My order should have been at the top of their to-do list, and I shouldnt have needed to give my story every single week. I spoke once to the manager to tell him the saga, and his response was more or less thats between you and the salesman.Anyway, they finally agreed to refund my money, and I thought I had put it to bed at that point. Nope. As a final gesture of utter incompetence, they waited 11 days, until after the holidays, AND after I called to remind them to actually process the refund. Thats right, they thought I wouldnt be watching my card statement for the refund to clear, and that they could walk away from this debacle profiting over $600 for doing nothing but royally screwing up repeatedly.This is one of those never shopping there again, and telling everyone I can to stay away stories, I guess. Ive waited a few months to post this to see if maybe I was being unreasonable. But even after this time, I still cant think of any way they could have handled the situation worse than they did.

I have purchased from ABC in the past and was serviced by Devin on coincidence from my first big screen TV for my first apartment, furnishing my first house, and now years later getting new appliances for said house. I remembered the impression he made with me years ago and the had the best customer service, never pressured me into buying right away but he’d take his time explaining my different options with different products and price ranges. And today he did it again with the best customer service and tentative care insuring we got what we wanting for the right price range we wanted, after having a horrible experience at the west side location and finding out Devin was still part of the ABC team at the Penn location we instantly went there and had an awesome experience.

Kudos to Devon and the ABC warehouse delivery team. Very quick and easy order on a deep freeze and delivered within the week. The delivery team showed up and went ABOVE and beyond to get the freezer in the basement for us. After this experience I will continue to order all appliance needs through ABC going forward. THANKS

You. Are ignored. I put it to the test because twice I went in sweats and hoodie and I was ignored. I went in on a Tuesday. I did my hair and makeup and I wore a nice outfit and I couldnt keep the salespeople away. It Disturbed me. I have money but I dont think I should have to dress a certain way to get service. Ive been a customer for 31 years every appliances I own came from ABC Warehouse.

ABC is great. They have a lot of the same electronics as Best Buy, TVs, Stereo Receivers, Blu-ray Players... But the prices are a lot lower at ABC. And they usually have great customer service.

Every time I go to this ABC it is a positive experience. The employees are always friendly and eager to assist me in finding a good deal for the items that I need. I highly recommend this store! Last time I was in the store, Todd was able to help me with service on my computer, he was extremely friendly and time efficient. Plus, ABC warranty’s are the best warranty’s in the business. I know that whatever I buy is covered!

Very nice people. One guy kinda hooked me up after the first dryer I bought hasnt fit in our house.

Was able to get a stove and refrigerator for about half the price of the other big box stores. The only drawback was I had to bring them home and install them myself. The cost to have do this would’ve been prohibitive. If you can bring the appliances home yourself and dispose of the old ones, I would buy them here. Service was excellent.

Great place to buy TVs, washers, dryers, etc. I love their prices around tax time! The only thing I have to say about them is their salesmen are pushy, like a hawk descending on you the moment you enter the store. Other than that, its a nice place to shop!

Please dont shop at Abc they do not care about your safety and health of there employees or other customers they are not requiring face mask for all there customers I feel unsafe going into the store and i will never give them my business.

Sales people will get you to buy something and if it doesnt work they wont help and dont care. Youll be stuck with an awesome looking LG oven thats nothing other than a boat anchor.
