I bought a Enclave not even 3 months ago and its having transmission issues. I was told its under warranty & they cover up to $2000 after having it towed there they still expected $3400 out of my pocket to fix it? Calling around thats the regular price for transmission work...also My oil was also changed when I purchased the car and they put the wrong oil filter in it.🙄If you dont want to pay $1000s to get a car fixed while still making payments I suggest not buying a car here.

Volvo repair experience. Forgot to review a few yrs ago. Had an XC70 with a whining noise from the rear. Diagnosis was part of rear differential needed to be replaced. And probably/possibly the rear axle. New part was abt $10,000 parts & labor; 12 mo warranty. Used part abt $8,000 w/ a 12 mo warranty. Found a Volvo repair shop in a Volvo forum. This place sells rebuilt parts; ships or installs. Located in Virginia. They did the work for abt $2,500; with an unlimited warranty. No axle repair was expected or needed. It was worth the drive. Repair still fine after many miles & abt 2 plus yrs later.Crippen has done other satisfactory work over the yrs. I would get another opinion on any high $$ repair.
We are adapting Matt if thats OK with you. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my life I am 52 years old and will not be buying another new vehicle unfortunately. I have been doing business with Crippen for many, many years now. Yesterday I purchased a new vehicle from Matt Gingras. He was awesome. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got there, and it was in the middle of the worst snow we have had so far this year. He didn’t act bothered by the weather at all, he was there to help me find my new car.I don’t like pushy people, and he was far from that! Brought Miata in for service. Disappointed to find a labor rate of $119/hour! Also, the mechanic demonstrated limited knowledge regarding @ least 2 of the three issues with my car. A replacement key for my 1995 Miata is just a steel key (no chip), yet I was quoted $119 to program it. Huh? Also, reinstalling the center console lock involved 2 simple screws (would take less than 1 minute) and I was quoted $119 for this as well. If you were me, based on my experience, would you ever return for service @ Crippen?

Came in to just show my hubby the Terrain I was looking to maybe replace my upcoming lease end with. Scott B was very nice and showed us the different cars I was looking at. We ended up getting a nicer Terrain than I had expected and Scott was above and beyond of what we expected from a salesman. Since I wanted to pick up my new Terrain that same day he even stayed after to make that happen. The next day when I could not figure out the fancy equipment the new car has he took more time to show me all my new gadgets. Meanwhile, found the new truck for the hubs lease end. Looking forward to doing business with Scott B again in the future. This is my new car after being tinted :)

If you are looking for the Volvo experience look elsewhere. Went there two times first time to inquire and the next for a test drive they were busy and never followed up. Also on first visit tried to sell me on something I didnt want. Listen to your customers when they come in. This isnt the first time I went to this dealer tried them in 2017 and 2021 not good at all.

Rodney put me under such high pressure I felt cornered. Great car ( I think ) but cornering me and making me promise I would buy the car same day or else he is selling to someone else just didn’t feel right. I walked away. Figured if the car was there after I made my rounds ( looking at other cars ) I would purchase it. Well, I found something. Just as nice. No high pressure. Not saying crippen is bad as this is only time I worked with them. But Yesterday gave me a bad taste in my mouth. 1 star ⭐️ rating
Service dept said vehicle would take 1 hr to complete, I am here still waiting......its been 3hrs so far!!! No updates, just lame apologies. Completely unacceptable! I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from crippen, I will not purchase a fifth!

Dealer supposed to rotate tires on complete oil change and multi point inspection on g.m vehicles. Tires did not get rotated. I mark the tires so I know if it was done. This is the second time this has happened.
Mazda service took care of an issue with my key fob quickly and didnt charge for the help.
I worked with Al Travis and Chad and they were amazing! I spent 1 1/2 months searching for cars and working with different dealerships before I finally purchased here. They were prompt with responses, honest with their answers, and worked with me to help me achieve my goal of purchasing a used, but very nice and reliable vehicle! I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership.
Volvo scheduled service drop off was slow and confusing. No clear signage for finding the service writer or employee to check in my vehicle. Although there is a service doorbell at service garage desk, no one answered to it. When a mechanic passing through garage stalh said he would get the desk rep., employee #2 asked if I was being helped... only to inform me he would get me someone else to check me in. Lastly, employee #3 appeared to be in a stressful rush (at 9:30am). She seemed to be guessing g at the routine check in questions such as business name, phone number and address. Organization appears to be lacking in priority, at least on the day of my service.

When I got the vehicle home, I noticed some minor cosmetic issues that you would not expect with a new vehicle. So I let Andrea know and without hesitation she assured me that they would make it right and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Minutes later I received a call from Armando, the sales manager, echoing the same message. Things were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. We all expect a certain level of customer service when purchasing a vehicle but it’s refreshing to see such a high level of customer service and commitment given post sale. The way I was treated speaks volumes to me about Andrea and the type of dealership Crippen is and I’m confident I made the right choice buying a vehicle from them. Disappointed. Not with the type of vehicle that they sell. Disappointed with their customer service and code of ethics. First OnStar delivered my vehicle to the wrong dealership. Then I had to play phone tag for 2 days before I can reach anybody regarding my truck and Im finally getting a hold of someone said already commenced work without my permissions. All I needed done was the gas drained out of the tank. But they said they dropped the tank and washed it out, cleaned the fuel lines and changed the fuel filter. 750.00 was the total. Expected to pay a hundred fifty to two hundred dollars. I could have argued and got the work done for free because I did not give him permission but thats not how I operate. So I went and paid with a check and picked up my truck. I was short $6 in my business checking account and the check did not clear. Christmas cash the check over to the prosecuting attorneys office instead of reaching out to me. Maybe it was easier for them but now I have to pay additional 465.00 and now got me upwards of $1,200 for something that should have been less than 200.00 take your business elsewhere you will be better in the long run
I took my Mazda in for an air bag recall and an inspection recall for a front cross member. The cross member was rusted completely and the front sub frame had to be replaced. The service manager and all of the technicians that I dealt with were awesome. They explained everything to me and arraigned to have a rental car for my wife and I for the duration of the repairs. I feel they went above and beyond in helping us out and would highly recommend Crippen Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

We bought our car at the end of August 2019 and by February 2020 (6 month warranty period) it had been in their shop for the same problem 4 times and still isnt fixed. Was told they would put a new transmission in it but found out it was used . Within the first 12 weeks of ownership they had our car a total of 6 weeks. Never again will I purchase anything from this company nor recommend them to anyone . We have had nothing but a run around .
Gary the sales manager and al sold a vehicle out from under me today...I found a leak they took it into service and let me know there was a leak and they are fixing it and they would call me as soon as its finished, 24hr later I heard nothing so I called 2 times no response finally i got ahold of Gary he told me he was showing the vehicle now....wait wasnt I supposed to get a phone called as soon as it was finished in service his response i have to give the person here first chance and for al he just ignored me and let gary take it all...you can make your own choices, there are plenty of other GMC DEALERS OUT THERE i would use one of them

Overall, I had a great experience at Crippen and I’m loving my new terrain! I worked with Matthew and he really helped me narrow down my decision. He showed me several different models with all sorts of different features that allowed me to figure out what the “must haves” were. Since I decided to go with a lease, he really took the time to explain the ins and outs of it as well as all the options I had.
