Great experience with the body shop, and in particular Roy was very helpful. Spent a long time waiting on parts (out of their control) but the second they came in they got me an appointment and things were taken care of ASAP.

John and Joseph in the body shop was so professional. My truck was towed to the body shop after hitting a deer about a month or so ago. They were so helpful with my insurance claim after being under so much stress. The extra time and over the top help was beyond my belief. I would refer anyone to THIS body shop. Give them a chance. They will be honest whether its in their power to take care of a situation. Thanks John and Joseph you both were so understanding and easy to work with.

I hit a deer with my 2018 Ram 1500 Night Edition, LaFontaine Body Shop did an excellent job of getting all parts replaced, repainting my bumper and reshaping around the headlamp. Took a few weeks because it was winter time and turn around wasnt probably as good as summer, but other than that they did a thorough job of getting all things replaced and even detailed my truck! Thank you so much for the great service you provided! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them should you ever need some body work or an insurance claim done on your vehicle. I know if I have issues in the future with anything that they will get it fixed up again... thoroughly! (Front end collision, see before and after photos below)

I had never been in a serious car accident before. LaFontaine Collision Center walked me through every step and made sure I was taken care of. They provided me a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed, and my car was fixed in a very timely manner. Great customer service, I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Highly recommend this body shop. Everyone is professional and friendly. They were the one shop I found that was willing to work with me on what I wanted to fix rather than the all or nothing route; this meant my bid came in at HALF what the other 3 bids were! Laurie was great and got me set up and kept me up-to-date on progress. My car was only in for 2 days (again half what the other bids stated) and then it was done EARLY! Beautiful job by Mark on the repair--vehicle looks good as new (inside and out) and Im confident they will stand behind their work. Would use them again if needed and now I am planning my next oil change at their service shop, hoping to get the same great customer service!

I hit a deer with my new car and was able to get it into the collision center right away . While my car was in the shop I was given a 2018 Jeep Wrangler to drive until mine was done. The staff at Lafontaine was very friendly, professional and kept me informed of everything that was going on. I am very impressed with their work and highly recommend them .

Roy was awesome. He was kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The team did an excellent job repairing my car. They even cleaned it for me, which was nice. I received a loaner car as well. If you want great customer care and quality service, I would recommend getting your car repaired there.

Joseph went above and beyond to get us situated. He made sure to keep us in the loop on every step from insurance to our rental car. He was super helpful and turned a bad experience with our truck into a great experience with his customer service .Best customer service we have received there .

The guys at the collision shop treated us with respect and understanding, when the job took longer than we thought the loaner truck they gave us was a huge help. Took a little longer than we hoped but it was a great job.

Joseph did and absolutely amazing job, again he went above and beyond to make the inside look brand new!! I will never take my truck for repairs or detailing to anyone else.

LaFontaine collision shop was willing to work within my budget. They even were able to replace parts not on the insurance adjustment. I was very pleased with the work and time frame. The office management were helpful and courteous. I will use them again in the future. I highly recommended there services.

Sent our Chevy Cobalt to them after a game of chicken with a deer. Casey and John were spot on with getting it in and back on the road in just a week. Pretty much everyone else would be kept it for atleast 2-3 weeks. Quality of work is spot on and I will definitely recommend people I talk with to use your collision center. Great job guys!

This shop was phenomenal. My vehicle needed the entire drivers side repaired. The repairs were completed a week ahead of schedule and look perfect! John and Casey went the extra mile to ensure the whole experience was pleasant.

My husband purchased our JEEPS in October 2017. Two weeks ago an unkind person scratched my Renegade.I tried buffing, waxing and clay bar. Nothing helped.On a lark I stopped by the collision center. They promptly assisted me with looking at the scratch, assessed what it would take to correct and asked for my keys.Scratch repaired on the spot.No charge.No big deal - to THEM!OH, they were eating lunch when I popped by.Great fellas.Friendly.Professional.Helpful.Attentive.

I am usually very wary about who I take my car to, but I was recommended La Fontaines body shop and Im not disappointed! My car looks brand new. Casey the body tech did a great job on the repair and the manager, John, was extremely nice and seemed to really care about providing the best experience possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for body work.

I dont usually trust businesses with my car, and use friends to fix my vehicle. The guys seemed very honest and talked to me like i was a human being not paycheck. My car is definitely in better shape than when I brought it in. Casey was very nice and I would go back to those guys again and would recommend them to anyone!

Took my Ford Fusion and they left it like it was never in an accident. Lori at the front desk did all the running around and she was very good in communicating with me and the both insurance agencies. I recommend this place to anyone really.
