Cooper did a good job on my Grand Cherokee. Was in on Monday was estimated to be done by Friday. I Had to call to find out that that they may not be done that day. They said they would call to let me know. They didnt call until Tuesday. A little more communication would have simplified my life instead of having to guess when my car would be available.

Great work done in the timeframe I was quoted, job completed as expected. I am extremely picky with my car and Cooper body shop made me feel at ease leaving it with them. Special thanks to Austin L. for great communication and making sure my car was taken care of. Hopefully won’t need any more body/paint work again but if I do, will be taking it here.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - they spike jobs!!! They claimed they could get the part needed “right away,” then told me it would take a month to repair. After a month, I called them to see if my truck was ready. They said they still couldn’t get the part. I called a dealership and got the part THAT DAY. The dealership that is reprogramming my vehicle for them said the same thing - they could have gotten the part right away, if Cooper had called them. Cooper tore down my vehicle so I couldn’t take it anywhere else then let it sit for over a month. I used them for years but no more.

I went in there for an estimate and the staff was very professional and friendly. I ended up having the shop to do the repairs to my vehicle. The overall process was easy and fast. Definitely recommend this place. And they are USAA verified.

Made it to new york after the body work everything seems fine hopefully Ill make it back

Edit: They fixed everything up and now it matches perfectly. It took a few tries, but they picked my car up and dropped it off so while it was a bit of a hassle, I am very please with the final product.They were courteous and friendly. Austin dealt with all the insurance items and I received my quote the same day during the pandemic. However, I had an issue with the lack of attention to detail. They said the car was ready to go, but there was paint or something else spattered all over my upholstery and the car was not as clean as when I dropped it off. Then the radio was messed up, so I had to point that out. When I got home and was finally able to look over the car, the paint at the bottom of the door did not match the rest of the car and there were some obvious paint splotches. It ate up a lot of personal time waiting for them to fix these items. The paint issue has not been resolved, yet as I just noticed this. I do wish that they had inspected my car more carefully before releasing it to me. I do hope that the paint issue will be resolved painlessly and quickly.

Went to get a quote for my broken passenger side mirror. They told me to wait 10 minutes in the lounge while they looked over my car. 30 minutes later, they gave me a $1700 quote that included all kinds of extra cosmetic work claiming my white car would be difficult to color-match. I was polite and told him I would need to think it over as I hadnt planned on spending that much. Right before I pulled away, the same guy knocked on my window and told me that he could probably fix just my mirror for around $300. Something about the whole thing just seemed really shady and wrong.... I didnt end up returning.

Our car was rear ended. The dealer and neighbors recommended Coopers for the body work. It turned out the 5-10 mile bumper hit was much more than the bumper. Coopers did a fantastic job on the fix. When we went to pick up the car, I didnt recognize it because they did such a thorough detailing around the car. Although we paid more than $300 for the car rental thanks to Michigans No-Fault policy, but I feel the detailing itself is already worth the money. Highly recommended.

We have had body work from accidents and parking lot mishaps done on our cars at Cooper Cody Shop for years. The reason many dealerships send their body work to Cooper Body Shop is the workmanship is outstanding. The damage to some of our cars was distressing, but Coopers completed the work matching the paint so closely that it was impossible to tell the car had been in an accident.

Very clean and polite staff. Swear my car came out better looking then when I bought it. One set back the distance from where I lived.

I took my truck in to get work done on my box. Stopped in to check to see how the work is going. Walking around the truck, they put a ding and scuff marks on the side what they are working on. They say they didnt do it but they dont understand that this is my first truck so this is my baby. I go to work and park it away from everyone else and i even look all around it. I know what was there and what was not there. You can even tell that the ding was fresh since the paint is chipping. I would not recommend this place.

What a waste of time.! I felt like I was at some used car b lot. One person tells you one thing and the next guy doesnt know anything. They tell you one thing when trying to get the job but dont honor it or do half the stuff they said they would the first time you bring it in. I arranged rides, pick ups, rental cars etc to drop my car off and when I got there 3 of the 4 things I spoke to the initial guy about werent on the order and now they are charging me almost $400 more. I wouldnt have minded spending the money if I would have know and they were up front and honest about it. Didnt like the feeling I had leaving that place. Oh well, now you and I both know.

DO NOT GO HERE! Took my VW Jetta here after I hit a deer. They completed the body work but left me with a $2500 mechanical repair bill. They had set off the diesel particulate filter while repairing the exhaust system on the car. They said not to worry about it and that it was normal. Spoke to the manager and owner (who was extremely rude), after 2 weeks of leaving a message for a return phone call, and they denied all responsibility.

Needed a quick repair quote. Nothing but professional.

I will never let these clowns touch any vehicle I own or even let anyone I know go here. By far the worst body shop I have ever been to in my life. Color match was not even close, my truck is blue and the repaired part came back purple! I mean a blind guy would have noticed it was so far off, this was acceptable work to them until I complained. The part of all was the replacement of my water pump after hitting a deer and having to do front end repair they had to put a new water pump on the truck since it was related to the accident (though they didn’t want to, my insurance made them!). When I got my truck back and looked it over I found that NOT ONE SINGLE hose clamp had been put back on the water pump. There were 4 clamps and ALL of them were missing, I happened to notice this checking all the fluids as I was leaving town loaded up with a camper and bed full of gear, would have been just great to pop a hose off and lose all my coolant going down the road for vacation. They are rude, do poor work and are reluctant to accept responsibility for their sub-par work. Save yourself a big headache and take your vehicle somewhere else. If you have any doubt in my story please feel free to contact me, this place made me so mad I don’t want to see a single customer walk into their door ever again.

Fantastic experiences. Ive had a gold Mercedes CLK AMG fixed after a student hit the back, a blue Audi S4 fascia and a gold-green Subaru GT door and rust spots (winter car) fixed as well as an MPV sliding door replaced (after getting T-boned in Frandor) and the fixes were so good you really could not tell they had been done.The paint was matched perfectly for both fading and factory spray pattern.The staff is fantastic work work with too and they care about the cars and people.Our 2000 Outback used to have a whistling sound around the drivers window due to the lack of door-frame and periodically wed take it in to be adjusted.Highly recommended!
