Bill and his son, Mike are amazing! I am beyond happy with the work performed on my 2020 Nissan. My vehicle looks amazing! The lines are perfect. Everything is PERFECT! I highly recommend Lans City. Replaced my rear bumper and door and painted it. Did a horrible job. I’m just now seeing runs in the paint on my bottom rear bumper and door. Will never go back to this place or recommend anyone.

Towing services were utilized. No one at this business return calls especially after the insurance adjustor and the vehicle owners call. Mind you the requested information provided to someone who was rude and snotty on the phone.

Wowww what can I say. I would first like to Thank Mr.Bill the owner and Mike for the easy process. My car 2019 challenger was hit by someone else and damaged my front bumper, headlights and fender. Those guys did a Marvelous job and only took them a week to finish thanks guys.

Lans-City Auto has helped me out twice already and both times I was treated great and my car looked as if I just got it off the lot. The owner is so kind he makes your experience so simple I really could go on but I know that if I ever need to visit a body shop, Lans-City will be my only option!

The Lansing tow service department that is in the back has terrible customer service

Horrible customer service and they take too long and not even do things right. Had to take my car somewhere else to get it checked and fixed. This other place charge me a lil bit less and did a better job than this guys. I gave this place a chance even though I read they werent good but I regret it. I wont recommend this place at all

They did a great job communicating! Mu car doesnt even look like it was in an accident!

The owner almost begged for me to allow him to fix my car after I had my car accident. I allowed him to do the work, and he did not tighten my radiator correctly. All of my trans fluid leaked out of the car. I called him a week after I got my car back, and he told me to take it to a mechanic. Keep in mind that State Farm paid him for the work already. Long story short, the owner is nice at the beginning, but when he gets paid for the job and something goes wrong he has another mean and sarcastic side to him. I would not let him work on anything of mine ever again and I would not recommend anyone going to this place!

I had an accident & my car insurance paid this place to do the work. Needless to say I have had to take my car elsewhere to be worked on. Poor, shoddy work! Never again will i return to this God awful place!

Awful communication, one of the workers left their glove in the hood of my car. They didn’t completely seal the car back. Never will return again!!
