I purchased a clipper set for a gift. I needed to return the item because it was not the correct one I needed and before returning I looked up their return policy. All it stated was no returns on final sale items and to click here to proceed with return. As I did. I was supplied with a return label. I then get an email after they have received the item that they cannot accept the return because it’s outside their return window and it’s been used. Sending me photos. Which show nothing. If that’s the case they sold me used clippers. Be careful spending your money with this company. I sent back the package exactly as I got it and now they are playing games.

I got some wahl magic clips and babyliss fx trimmers a few months ago. Good shipping, I chose the free one and they still got here within like 5 days. The packaging was good, still in the manufactures packaging. I also just received my wahl seniors from them today, very nice clippers. Very good website highly recommend buying from them.

Just bought an Andis Professional Master Cordless Clipper online from them. Arrived already opened / clumsily “resealed” / with fingerprints inside the box indicating possible use or handling.Contacted customer support, and sent them the photos, who told me I now had to take time out of my day to print a label and return it before they would replace it.That and a half-hearted apology.Two stars instead of one because there’s certainly lower to go in terms of business practices. But beware.

I bought my barber the new Babyliss GoldFX series 3 piece combo pack for Christmas. He ended up using the clipper and trimmer on my hair, and it was the best cut I ever had!
