I was going to bleach my hair, and I only knew a little from watching YouTube. the guy who works there, not sure his name, but it was so helpful and literally told me every product that I needed, and what he has used personally. it was such a quick in and out trip, thanks to his help!

This store is okay, at best. Theres always stuff in the middle of the aisles that you need to walk around or move out of the way to get to what you want. The staff are usually nice but even when theres two or three staff there, its like they never finish putting stuff away and just leave the carts in the middle of the store.
Im giving this place 5 stars because Koda was a awesome help to figure out what kind of hair color and bleach for my hair, he actually took it upon himself to write all the directions down for me so I didnt mess it all up! And for anyone that isnt familiar with this area, Google takes you away from sallys to a bunch of houses, so just type in target edgewood lansing, and its connected to target and it will take you to the right destination. 🙂 thank you guys!
This store is extremely hit n miss for customer experience. I go in one time and have amazing service and a person willing to help me find what I need, then I go in another time and have the rudest person helping me, not willing to leave the register area, etc. But I can say that I have had more good experiences than bad so far. Consistency in presenting a good outlook to the clientele would be an improvement. I would like to see more high end mens shave items carried here.
Really excited to renew my membership to find out today it was free as well as I was able to choose a hair care product I love for free as well in addition to a $5 coupon for my next visit... 😁😁
If I could give this location zero stars I would. Tried to call before driving 20 minutes to this location to make sure they had the product I was looking for and was left on hold hearing the employee stand around and gossip. Tried hanging up and calling back and they left the phone off the hook so the line was busy. Wasted entire lunch break driving to the location to find that they didn’t have the product I was even looking for.

Crappy employees. Been a long time customer to Sally Beuaty Supply. But I will no longer be going there. I was at this location 10/30/2018. Bought some stuff. There were a couple items that were on sale. Original price was $6.99. The sign right above said it was on sale for $4.99 so I bought a couple of them. When I went to check out it rung up $6.99 but I didnt look at my receipt until I got home. Well it didnt bother me too much because I was thinking maybe I had bought the wrong items that werent on sale. Well the next day 10/31/2018 I had to get some more stuff that I had forgotten to get. So I go back to the same location and into the same aisle and double checked the sign if the stuff I had bought the day before were really on sale. It was. So I talked to the employee who rung me up. She said, Ok just bring in your receipt and well refund you. The sale is ending soon so dont wait too long. As soon as I got home I found my receipt and realized that I had spilled acetone on it and it made the barcode fade. So I wasnt sure I could still get a refund. I called the store to make sure that I could still get a refund. I was told I could. So I go back to the store and they wouldnt refund me. They had taken the sale sign down and told me that there was never a sale sign up. They said Im making all this up. There was Linda and Jennifer working. They swore they never took no sign down. They said they have cameras and I could watch the video. But i was beyond pissed at this point. There was another customer in there and they made me seem to be crazy. They swore there was never a sale sign. So I called to make a complaint. They then called the store to see what was going on. Well Linda then admits that she took the sign down. Apparently they put the sign up before the sale or forgot to take it down from a previous sale. They couldve been honest with me from the start and told me it was a mistake instead of lying to my face and make me seem like Im crazy. Then I wouldve been totally fine with it.Update: When I talked to CS they said they added $20 to my account. Well I just received an email that i got a reward for Sally beauty. But its not $20. Its $15. Yeah Im so done with this store. All they do is lie!
Never been to this store. I always go to the Saginaw Hwy location... Well, I entered the store and first off the employee didnt welcome me, I still said, Hello! and they were rude. I tried looking for certain products and couldnt find them so I asked for help and all the employee did was directly me in a somwhats rude tone. Didnt take me or show me where I needed to go. Not saying I need someone to hold my hand but as an experienced customer service rep my whole working life, I knew that ur supposed to welcome the customer So the customer knos that u see them and kno ur there And take the customer to the location that they r trying to find (That way u can also point out other products to the customer to make more sales) after u show where the product is located you can explain anything that the customer might want to know about that product or other products similar to it. Anyways, when I went to check out she was rude and barely spoke a word. Didnt even say, Have a good day, kiss my @ss,, nothing! I will give the store a second chance and return but if i have another experience like this I wont b going back to that store ever again.

Charged wrong and some items didnt make it in bag. Assistant Manager was unapologetic, uncaring and even rude. I was a regular customer, but will not be returning. Apparently my ongoing business wasnt even worth the cost of a single bottle of gel nail polish. Truly a shame.
No one in this store is knowledgeable about anything, I also never get any help when I am there. They dont even acknowledge you when you walk in the store.
