Today I went to QD to git donuts an my favorite apple fritters well I looked for them at first I didnt see them well they changed the shape of them they didnt look like a apple fritter. Well when I went to eat them it did not taste like they use to it has to much Cinnamon an not much Apple so i will have to find some other place to git my favorite. If someone else no war a good apple fritters are at in the lansing area id like to know.

I LOVE QD!! My kid loves their donuts! Theyre made fresh every day! They have a great selection! They also make muffins that I have a preference for :) The blueberry is the BEST!! They have ice cream that you can get by the cone or in a cup. They do have curbside pick up & delivery @ this time.

I just stopped by because I needed to pull money off my card and I walk out side to a manager talking to a man about him being drunk. I was with my 3 year old son and she left me there when I was putting my son in the car. I was terrified he may do something. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. How can you be a manager and be so damn irresponsible.

Has black mold in milk coolers told management they said they knew but dont have time to clean it because of covid they only get 30 hrs a week!! Check it out next time you go gross

There is an ATM that I can use fee free inside. Thats about all I do at this location. There employees seem to be friendly and there appears to be a large selection of goods. The store itself is really old and outdated. I feel like Im walking into an old gas station in the middle of the back woods that never gets cleaned besides the most outward facing surfaces. QD is strange to me as to why it is popular when it is so run down.

Two other reviews rate Lori the Store Manager -poor- . I agree One day I was there and Lori was about two foot away from me screaming at a customer like a rabid dog. Really, no joke, practically foaming at the mouth. Evidently he was a previous shoplifter. I hate shoplifters too, but, screaming and foaming at the mouth in front of other customers is a bit much. Ever heard of calling the police? On numerous occasions I have taken pop cans back and she and some of the other employees pretend they dont see me waiting or DO see me and make me wait as long as possible anyway. You know: tidy up, put some stuff away first, etc. etc. before helping me.... I complained at Lori and Connie as they were the ones ignoring me, the last time this happened and Connie was making snotty comebacks to the things I said and Lori was dismissive and rude. Quality Dairy: Do you want customers? Seems like Lori and Connie dont care if you do or dont. There are many good employees there. They and I know who they are. I hope upper management does too.

I only go here for the ATM. It gives 10s.

I went in there to get Traverse City Cherry coffee and they didnt have much and I asked if they had more and was told no I was unsatisfied with that I had to go to another quality dairy

My fav QD in Lansing. Very friendly staff, clean store & always well stocked!

This is the worst QD I have ever been to. The last 3 times I visited they had no stamps!!! Old run down store with clueless staff!
