They have a great product with Master Force especially with the lifetime warranties but they must have a serious theft problem because they have a lot of fake customers that are just following you around the store and it gets irritating when youre not there to steal something. I have to be very careful in the store because they have so many things as options with each individual item that I tend to buy more than I came to the store for. There are One stop shop and they have prices that match all the other stores with an 11% rebate you cant beat it.

Menards is amazing. This is the first time Ive been in one and I was kinda upset Ive been wasting so much money on all of this stuff elsewhere. The wild bird collection is amazing! Cheaper than home depot, and more thorough than anywhere else Ive looked. I was overwhelmed by the amount of things and size of the store but the employees were so helpful, especially the handsome young man with the beautiful blonde curls and braces. I ran into him 3 different times, in the different areas and twice I needed his help. Great customer service from him!Even the customers shopping were exceptionally nice. Its a store with such good energy, it makes you feel great shopping there. Thats so hard to find. Yall keep up the good work! Ill be back a lot :)

Always a great selection at a great price...and, customer service never disappoints! Today the register price was $10.00 more than the shelf price they adjusted it on the spot! It was also a blessing today that the same item was on the shelf as a special order but they actually had an in-store inventory of 2!

Could not believe all the employees they had. I was looking for several different items. Whenever I had questions someone was there to help. The store is being run very efficiently. It was a pleasure to shop there!

It was very well laid out and marked to make finding what you need a breeze. Jakob working the garden center register was delightful even while working in the muggy outdoors. The line went smoothly and quickly. It was a good experience :)

Menards was so helpful. After going out of our way trying to find the lumber we needed, the associate in the lumber yard was so amazing, Sean was very helpful, and polite. He even made suggestions on how to improve my project. I appreciated his help.

Found everything I needed. Check out was quick. But you have to bag your own stuff. Not a fan of that.

There was nobody around to ask for help locating anything. The chick with braces in paint also switched out paint without my permission, like put back what I chose and grabbed the more expensive paint. Idk. Just seem short staffed.

At this Menards location, the employees are quick to help you find what you need and if they are unsure, can put you with someone who knows and can help.

Menards is great as long as u know what quality you want when you are buying things. From cheap to expensive depending on your taste and budget. I have spent thousands with them remodeling homes and I appreciate the 11% rebate so I can use it to buy more stuff from them.

I like each of the employees I encountered in the3 departmentsi was in. The Pro Desk was Very Helpful with my Roofing questions. Im not in live with Check Out. Check out has a very impersonal feel to it.

Store closes at 8:00 pm Sunday, staff has no problem hurrying to lock the door in my face. My phone didnt say 8:00 yet, but who knows what their clocks are set to. From enter to exit would have taken two minutes or less and my toilet would be fixed tonight. The guy at the other door says If I had gotten in then it would be no problem (captain obvious) well the girl nearly broke a sweat as she scrambled to lock the door... I shop twice a week, not anymore. Stand in their slow lines with miserable cashiers that are constantly different people... Lowes and Home Depot will be getting my business from now on.

Store is always well stocked and it is easy to find whatever you need.

If you cant find it at Menards, it probably doesnt exist. What is this place you ask? Think about Walmart and Home Depot having a baby and then being cheaper and better and you have Menards. I went to Menards today for paint. I was helped by a man named Don. He has been selling paint since 1967! He taught me what kind of paint would be good in my bathroom as well as the different types of base. Once my paint was mixed, he then went out of his way to get me a cart when he saw i did not have one. He was a complete gentleman and treated me so respectfully. Don, thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge.

Purchasing lumber - I had to back and forth to checkout - then directed to construction desk. Then back in long line to pay. I was charged more than what was posted. Had yo go back to construction desk to correct pricing. Then back thru checkout. Bad day. Glad I wasnt on hourly.

The word service is something that is hard to find today, but it is a live and well here. My wife and I love comming here because we know that the people here really know the department that they are in and just how to help you!

CORONAVIRUS HOT SPOT. People just not wearing masks at all, no social distancing. Just business as usual. The employees obviously do not get paid enough to care for anything but their own safety. So why did I go? They have old plumbing technology for replacement parts.

He is very friendly, professional, and quick to help. I had 100 questions on painting cabinets and he answered every one of them, extremely patient with me. He’s now friends with my dad and I after going through this paint project :)Thank you Kenny! We will be back!

Got a fridge from john today. Really my first time at menards. A lot of stuff crammed in there. Anything i needed i got. Super cool atmosphere and staff. Great price on fridge to. Delivery is a little more here but well worth it. Highly recommended.👍👍

I cannot begin to state how dissatisfied I am with Menards. To their employees not being able to tell you how to pick up orders placed online, which I attempted to do what the email told me to. To not giving discounts on display models and then not providing all the parts that were promised, as well as being hung up on several times when attempting to call.There are many other options for your home improvement needs and I suggest going there. I will always shop anywhere but Menards from now on.

My go to place for things I need to fix up at my new house. Easy to find things. Easy to find help when I need it. Plus 11 percent back any things I buy. Cant beat it.

I expect to continue spending a lot of money here, but Im concerned about COVID-19 and they can do better. I dont recall any employees with a mask. The young lady who checked out my items had no mask and handled both my items and the previous patrons money with her bare hands. So, theyll have to do without my business until things get better.

I went in last minute, found some amazing deals! Had a rebate to cash in! The staff was awesome and helpful. Thus is why I love Menards💙

I just moved here from Kalamazoo for work. I love menards and would easily give this place 5 stars. But the last two trips I’ve made here I’ve gotten smart remarks from the younger gentlemen when asking for help. I feel like Hank Hill going to Mega-lo Mart.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I bought a bunch of rock, sand, and patio blocks and three guys helped me load them into my truck in the rain! I didn’t get their names but there were 3 of them who worked in the garden area on 5-17! If not for COVID I would have hugged them!!!
