Hardly any good Holloween stuff yet...

Alyssa was great!! Helped me with an issue I had at the Brighton store. Went above and beyond to help me. I had a bad experience with the Brighton store and called the Lansing store for some help. She came through. Thanks again for helping with my Graduation party

They have been run out of kids costumes. used to be it was a good place for Halloween shopping.

I went to Party City to order balloons for my daughter’s graduation open house. The staff was so helpful and took the time to show me different options to help me pick the perfect bouquet combinations. Delivery was on time and great!

Its been a while since Ive shopped in store. However I went on 7-9-21 to hopefully get things for my son birthday party. I was just shocked at how empty select items were for parties. I did buy a pinata that look like it had been sun-faded but my son wanted it for his party. The check out line was long, you had 3 cashiers. I feel too better serve customers you need to have one line for balloon orders only. Half of us in line werent getting balloons we were just waiting to check out because 2/3 cashier thought it was okay to help only those with a balloon orders only.

Love party city! The staff is always busy and working hard. This location though I find is out of stock often on a big variety of items. I dont know if corporate does their purchase orders or if each location manages their own but they could keep it stocked up better, but I have worked in buying and sometimes the stuff isnt available. It is open house season when we came so I understand being busy but they should have bulked up for the season. They probably should have based off 2019 sales instead of 2020 buying sales due to covid. But who knows. Either way I do know the staff there does work hard even when they under staff them and they are busy. Corporate could step their game your to meet their employees level.

Fun costumes and party items. You can get almost any theme you want.

Went to Party City in Frandor today! Love this store. Staff has always been pleasant and love the products. The young man that worked the register was so pleasant to work with. He was very helpful and made my trip there worthwhile!

Over priced and out of stock on pretty much everything. Total waste of my time.

The employees were very helpful and nice in finding items I was looking for. The store set up was easy to find the valentine decorations I was looking for. I was very happy with the amount of space available to socially distance. Will definitely be back!

Balloons are everyones best friend. They are well needed durin any occasion. The staff could use a bit help tho. Because its always busy. And the line is crazy only on certain days tho

We found four outfits for each one of our kids at a good price for Halloween we had a very helpful worker I remember her she was Ace on helping us and on top of helping five other families pick out their outfits for themselves and their children I appreciate everything that party City has done keep up the good work and we will be looking too you guys next year

NOT HAPPY AT ALL. We ordered balloons for a graduation party, they didnt even last a few hours. 9n the floor within 4 hours

Bare bones, not worth the trip this year.

Was in and out really quickly. Found the table cloth we were looking for and had a helpful staff member offer to help us.

I ordered some products online and they were ready when we arrived. We needed to find other items and bumped into the general manager, who asked if we needed help. He was able to take us to the displays, quickly, where we found exactly what we needed.Both cashiers who took care of us were really friendly and personable...the store was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend!

If I could od give it less than one star I would. The selection of party supplies was absolutely horrible. I was looking for decorations for a 7 year olds party & 3 employees could not direct me to the items I was looking for; even with me being the only customer in the entire store.

Even though its waaay late to costume shop, they still had some options and I was pleased.

Have every kind of party thing you want but no more 1/2 off greeting cards. That was my favorite part. Tons of balloon selections though!!!

Went looking for donut themed party supplies. Only found a few things with much of the display out of stock. Employee did finally ask if they could help, unfortunately couldnt tell us when items would be restocked. I love their selection however, especially at Halloween! Overall the store is clean and staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Great selection for party supplies and party favors. They have lots of kids themed stuff almost every show or character you can think of. Free helium with most balloon purchases. Staff is very helpful.

Friendly employees, well organized, and relatively clean. Ive been to this location before. However, I recently made an exchange and found the process to be quick. The employees who helped me were very professional and quickly processed my request.

They had what I needed. The balloons had for balloon animals. The customer service was okay. They pointed to the way that I need it to find. When no one was in the store. Otherwise its fine.

We stopped in for ideas only and this place is full of them! We have several parties coming in our family and just wanted to get a feel for what we could do. We didnt get welcomed in, but we did get approached by the costumes by a friendly employee. I am impressed by all of the options this store has through out.

I never find out what Im looking for here, seems like they focus on birthday parties for kids under 12. Which would be fine if they didnt carry total import garbage. Looking for single use plastic items that will end up in a landfill? Here you go. You want to have a responsible party and not trash the planet, go somewhere else. This place continues the cycle of buying trash to make trash.

This place has so much stuff that its unreal. They even helped me find exactly what I needed. This particular Party City wasnt the best Ive been to, but it was still good.

Buy 1 get 1 on graduation stuff sign me up. My youngest son is having his open house in 2 1/2 weeks so I am loving this place. A little bare, but it is Friday so hey. Staff did have to let me know about the sale though. 8 out if 10.

The gentleman who helped my at the counter was excellent but the two girls blowing up my balloons, a little on the immature side. More interested in gossip than helping customers

The cashiers are very rude. They gave us the wrong balloons and one of the ladies just kept rolling her eyes and acting annoyed. Also when the order was placed the were really rude and would not help us out with how we wanted our order.

Can somebody, anybody tell me why every time I come here they never have all the Mickey Mouse stuff my childs mother wants? They dont even seem to have it in stock, I think its on purpose so I can get mad and put em on blast! Then I spent 42 bucks on balloons and decorations but hey me and my 1yr olds mother spent about $200 all together for his 1st party. No Bueno

We actually found what we were looking for to go with our Santa Claus suit, and it was not that expensive. I like going there, I can always find what I am looking for.

Maybe its due to seasonal changeover for Halloween but this store just looked so empty. I was looking for a basic sign that I could customize and there wasnt much available. They did ask if I needed help which was great but not only did they not have what I needed, it seemed like they didnt have much at all.

This place literally has everything for any party you could ever imagine. Colors,themes, costumes, utensils ( in colors), balloons, etc. The young lady, that helped me, was very polite and helpful, and made our blue and gold banquet awesome. Thanks Party City!

If youre going during a popular party season, like graduation, expect options to be slim, but not nonexistent. Their prices are quite high, I would definitely order off Amazon if you have the option, but the selection for forgetful people like myself, is pretty good.

If you are planning a party this is the place to go! They have everything you need. Plates and silverware to serving dishes. And everything can be color coordinated.

Unprofessional; security guard was looking in on me ever 10-15seconds, hardly anyone there. Felt like I was in jail other than a store. Word of advice; watch mission impossible an learn the ways of being undercover. Other than that great place

They were out of helium, due to a helium shortage, so I went across the lot to Kroger and they had plenty. Something doesnt smell right there, but otherwise it was as expected. Just have a plan b if you are looking for balloons.

Very disappointed in the fact that the reprinted Happy Birthday items stop at age 60! Really???I went in looking for items for my fathers upcoming 90th birthday celebration. The only item I saw, and the gal who was helping me saw, were some beverage napkins....that was it. She said I could buy various banner kits and create what I want, but, who wants to spend a gazillion dollars and then do the work of creating the items? Not me!As I told her many people live past 60....maybe 90 is pushing it, (however, my in-laws are both in their 90s as well!!), but, ending at 60??? Very disappointed. I purchased a few generic items, and will have to personalize....Not a happy shopper! Only time I plan to be back is if my dad is fortunate enough to turn 95....unless I can find items online!My personal suggestion to corporate is, older people like personalized party items, too....think about stocking items, please!
