Nice and big with cool stuff!! But different than other 5 belows...the registers where you pay are round and strange, i felt like I was on a space ship... it was cool, I would definitely go here again. Very friendly staff also!!!!

I hadnt been in a store like this before and I was pleasantly surprised. Well organized, clean and efficient.

Cute sure. They offer lots of stuff but I wanted towels for the beach. Why in July dont they have any. Staff said they just put them up. Friendly staff tho.

Their credit card machine errored out and they re-rang my stuff at another register. It turned out they did charge me twice. They refused to fix it. I’d be really careful about using a credit card with them.

First time here. I was immediately greeted by a csr that told me to let her know if I had any questions, she told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. I was very impressed by the value of the item, especially for the price I paid. Very, very clean store.

L feel really out of place when I come in this store. The security followed me around .One employee even seen me scanning my items n ask me if I needed some help, when clearly I didnt. I was jus getting money out my purse ..Its sad Im not coming there anymore. I felt the employees was judging a book by its cover. The crazy part i stay around the corner.

We came in with some giftcards from a couple of years ago, and they had been used within the past two years, so a balance should not have, by the companys own rules, been deducted from the cards. Staff did not do anything about it. I will not be returning to any Five Below store.

This place truly is the best place around to get a quality product for an affordable price and they have it all...from art supplies and school supplies, to technology with bluetooth capabilites, toys, sports equitment, household decor, animal supplies! They also have great customer service!!

I love coming here. The workers are always SO nice! I came in today and some guys were being creeps...the employee TOTALLY had my back and was watching to make sure I was okay before I even noticed it. Amazing customer service!

The store always has cool stuff and a great place to buy phone cords. The problem comes at checkout. It is all self checkout (not a problem). Its supposed to be touchless and there are survey questions, capturing your email to bombard you with coupons. If thats not bad enough there are questions about the employees on duty. Im not evaluating 5Below employees for free. Give me an employee discount. All unnecessary extra keying for no valid reason.Oh and when i,I, the questions Im informed Im depriving a worth charity of much needed funds. WOW! Just WOW!.

People say they have a better selection. But I can get the same stuff on the Southside. At least people stop and let you walk.

This is a good place to find small gifts for christmas.or when ever. They have new things everytime time I stop in.
