It was beautiful; I ordered an edible bouquet for a newborn baby (really for her mom and her birthday) and it was excellent! The order was easy to place online, easy to pick up, and it was exactly (if not better) than what I expected.Everyone enjoyed it. It’s just so much better than some dead flowers! I made a purchase for sweetest day. My order was taken, money was taken, then I receive a call saying they are out of product. Typically wouldn’t be a problem had my money been returned however I am now out of the money until it returns if it returns as well as no gift. My order should not have been able to be placed if you had no more product 🤷🏽‍♀️

Unfortunately they delivered the arrangement a week early. And it WAS NOT what i ordered, but nice. But one nice does not make up for two wrongs. On the wrong day they delivered i notified them of their error. I was notified they would take care of it. Well, still waiting for that.

The fruit bouquet was gorgeous but I specifically put in the instructions to “Give to Julie” but they did not so we had a mix up.

Missing the balloon but the guy on the phone was real good and said hed hook me up with some goodies if I swing by another day. Besides missing the balloon my Fiance loved the chocolate covered strawberrys and was very happy with them. Overall Id say good experience and would order again.

The staff put so much love into their arrangements to make them special. Recipients have loved their Edible Arrangement and have ordered for their loved ones after enjoying theirs. GREAT JOB!!

A million stars for Freddie Bills personally! I had jokingly put in my special request memo “if you could please sing Deana Carter’s Strawberry Wine that would be great. She’s having a really bad week.” He called me personally on the way to her house to say he didn’t know that song, but he did listen to it (and he liked it!) and when he arrived he knocked on the door, went back to his car and opened every door (and the trunk!) and played it as loud as possible. He even called me after (I’m in FL, the delivery was in MI). Clearly this location goes above and beyond. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I placed an order three days ago, and although there was a slight issue that caused some confusion Matt, the owner, took great care of me and more than made up for the extra time involved. He was extremely kind and took time out of his busy schedule to make sure that everything was taken care of and that I was happy before I left. AMAZING food as well! Ordered an arrangement and paid a little extra to get it shipped same day. Created the arrangement and delivered it in under 3 hours. Great service and the arrangement looked and tasted great!

I ordered from across the country and my gift was delivered to a patient at Sparrow. I did not lay eyes on the gift, but what I most appreciated was the timely delivery and delivery confirmation. My recipient was being discharged on the same day of the delivery, but there was no issue with him getting his arrangement on time.

Placed an order on 5/8 for a 5/11 Delivery, was not delivered, and no communication. No answer on their phone through multiple tries and their mailbox was full. Had to listen to a 40 second message about all of their different offerings before getting to the full mailbox message every time. Spent 45+ minutes on hold trying to reach corporate customer service 2 days later.

These guys donated arrangements to a very worthy cause for special needs kids (Miracle League). Everyone including my family enjoyed the delicious fruit. The chocolate covered fruits were amazing. Everything was extremely greatful!

Ordered on line. They refunded my money the night it was supost to be delivered with out a call. Tried to call them and I just got put on hold. So the special day was a bust. To bad. Good product just bad service.

I am not impressed. I ordered the Delicious Daisy bouquet large with dipped strawberries. I am so embarrassed. Over $63 and it was paltry, and hardly had any fruit. I am embarrassed that this family got this from me. I tried to call the company and was on the phone for 28 minutes on hold listening to their out-of-date recording about Christmas and New Year bouquets. It is mid-February. This company will hear from me in person because this isnt right.Update - called the company. They admitted they accidently sent a small when I ordered a large. They are sending a large over today for the recipients. The store was very kind and I appreciate them making it right. They will get my repeat business. I so appreciate when a company does right.

Ive received 3 of these gift baskets, and each time I enjoyed them and had no issues whatsoever. Fruit was good quality, vases were beautiful, packaging was solid.

There was a great deal at the time I ordered... I placed my order (last minute) at 8am and the order was delivered just after noon!

I thought the basket was large, and the food was delicious. However, both of the orders Ive placed in the last 6 months did not have some of the items that were listed to be in it. So, in my experience, 100% of the time your order is going to be wrong.
