Its a Hot Topic. The staff was pretty nice but I think Im just too old for the store, although my teens love it.

I feel so welcome and comfortable every time I come to the store. The staff is amazing oh, and they do their best to use correct pronouns with me and which I especially like.

I shop here mainly for licensed band merchandise and they have a pretty decent selection. Prices arent bad either.

Store is orderly & clean, and staff usually very attentive and helpful. They always point out sales & savings, and have suggestions that help us pick out great items for gifts!

I like the Lansing Mall Hot Topic a lot more than the Meridian Mall. Their staff are always so nice. And the store looks clean and organized, I dont have to push my way through clothes to get to the other side of the store. Will always prefer this store. 10/10.Would rate their prices a little heavy though but thats why google has the $$ by the name. The price range can differ if you sign up with them to get coupons and Hot Cash though.

Really like this store staff is super and good music. Its fun to go see stuff in person. Always go with my kids.

Always cool coming here and the service is..lets just say I havent had any issues and the people are more than happy to help;especially if its for a special occasion they will help match / pair gifts together for that special someone like they helped me pick some gifts for my wife.Its a little stuffy aka cramped but they do have a lot of awesome things so I forgive them haha.

Staff is nice enough but the store is mad crowded; its horrible to navigate through. Store-brand stuff (makeup, pencils, etc) is pretty garbage. Cool place for graphic tshirts and Funko pops.

Great retro/sheek clothing store, some of their stuff is overpriced but occasionally they have awesome sales. Definitely the place to go if you collect PopTM figures.

It could just be the size but Ive seen much better hot topic stores hot topic is known for 2 things 1 goth/emo/punk attire which youll have no problem finding here but most dont come here for clothes most come for the 2nd thing anime/video game/fandom merch at other hot topics pop figures braclets shirts and random other merch are all over the place this one (remember its small) you gotta dig to find such stuff and thats honestly why its a 2 and not a 3 I feel this hot topic could use a larger space as it is mostly clothes here and like I said before thats not the main reason most go to hot topic
