Love this store. I would stay away from the clothes section cause they are kind of expensive compared to other thrift stores. Like the Halloween stuff and the prices of the book. For 1 book its almost 27¢!

Spent a great time here today looking for anything and everything! The shelves were well stocked and they have a great furniture selection to choose from. Ill be going back to check out their goodies!

Very spacious, good selection of kitchen items, good selection of womens items, good selection of books. Not very much mens or babys items but they could have been better restocks. Great customer service and prices, as always.EDIT: I had to up my score to 5 stars because I remembered I got a copy of Dragons Age 2 here for $3

Nice staff, but the selection is small and the items arent the best. Its about what youd expect this side of town.Dressing rooms still closed as of May 2021, which is especially disappointing.

Used to love this store, but lately I’ve noticed prices of things have shot up. Not sure why but I left without the 2 or 3 small items I liked because I didn’t want to spend $20 on them. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

This may be my favorite thrift (not consignment) shop in the Lansing area. The brands are nice. The quality is a range, but you can find many new items, here too. If you have patience to sift through a lot of items, you can find some real gems. I just cut my Amazon shopping list in half by going there (for a fraction of the price). This store may be slightly higher in price from some of the other GW stores, but it is usually worth it.

My favorite thrift store by far! Clean... super organized, great prices...helpful and friendly staff! Even the manager who introduced herself as Tami takes the time to welcome you to the store with a smile! I am someone that suffers greatly with social anxiety ... the friendly atmosphere at this store puts my anxiety immediately at ease the second I walk through their door! I owe Tami and her staff a huge thank you for that! And I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking a peaceful and friendly shopping experience! ~ THANK YOU!!

The staff here is very friendly, bargains await the frugal minded shopper. Turn a dollar into two dollars! Squeeze coins until they melt! This location is very popular, and is always buzzing with people. Need a photo frame? This is the place folks. Watch out for the resellers, they like to clog up pathways with their loaded carts, snooping on their barcode scanning phones because they never know the price of anything. Bring a sandwich or two, you might be here for several hours.

One of my favorite places to shop. Prices have gone up recently, no longer even numbers like $1.00, new prices system is $1.09, $2.09 etc. Slightly annoying. I liked it better before.

Even though prices are a quarter of Houston and it is full of vintage clothing that sells for $$$ in Los Angeles, I dont like this..the people are awfully suspicious. Dark haired lady refused to believe I left my wallet in my hotel. She wouldnt hold my stuff. So of course I lost my goodies...on my birthday!

Its great for cheaper stuff but this particular Goodwill is best for furniture or clothes maby dishes but as far as other things you expect at Goodwill specifically in the media sect does seem to be lacking some being that I work close by I do stop by often just to see if theres anything of interest there and I find I have to dig to find such stuff where as with other Goodwills its generally there and ready plus its easy to find things such as game controllers at other Goodwills this one you just have to come in and hope youre lucky

Review №32

The prices are outrageous. Five dollars and up for a pair of used and donated jeans. When you can get a brand new pair on clearance for 7 dollars or even less at Walmart. I was able to get a pair of jeans, and three shirts for 20 dollars. They are brand new and look great. For that kind of money at Goodwill you can get maybe three pairs of jeans. Im sorry but that stuff was donated. Come on.

Review №34

This used to be a great shift as they partner with the other Lansing stores to Jeep product fresh. But the prices have gone up. I get it the reason is well everything is more expensive due to gas hour wage etc going up and well when its donated to you and you used programs that only hire special needs who you dont pay its a lame excuse. Skip goodwill and shoot over to veterans of America up the road where if the price to hi just wait a week it comes down fast.

Why did you guys raise prices?? I remember when baby clothes were just $1, and adult clothes were only $2. Now, baby clothes are over almost $3 and clothing is almost $5? And thats only for the crappy clothes. The nice/cleaner clothes at $6.99+. They had a bag of hot wheels (rusty) with about 10 in there posted for $5.99! Atleast have a 50% off day, or deals like the VOA does...

On the past few months this goodwill has raised there prices to almost what there items cost when there new. $50 for used shoes $20 for a used backpack $80 for a baby chair. I have seen this store go from busy with lines to almost no one being here Im sure they will not be around much longer.
