Third time I’ve been here in the month of December and the person who was supposed to be running the place was in the back room watching shows on their phone and never came out. Yelled “hello” three times, and they never came out. Terrible customer service, just go to a gas station up the road.

Stopped in to get gas at 920 pm. The clerk was standing out side. I asked if he was working and he said yea. stood there finished his cigarette then came in to help me. he was unable to ring me in for gas. he couldnt tell what pump I was at even though I told him I was at pump one he said no thats not right its six I told him you can see my car and pump number! he couldnt get that to work so be made me move my car to another pump and come back in to pay. he couldnt get that pump to work.. spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out. finally told him to give me my money and that was am argument he didnt remember I have him money! best thing I went somewhere else and got gas cheaper!!!

Clark ran my card for gas and never put it on the pump then told me it will go back to my cars and the money never did. They don’t answer the phone so unless I drive back to Lansing from Jackson mi I can not get my money back. The gas attend is stealing people money.

Very helpful and understanding when my tire had a blow-out on my vehicle.

The girl behind the counter appeared to be stoned out of her mind and didnt seem to know where she was, but what do I know. She asked to hold onto my car keys as well? What gas station does not offer a pay at the pump in 2017?
