Glass Guru installed six Euro shower doors at our student housing facility in June. Two of the doors were not frosted correctly. We reached out to Jamie (the owner) right away and he said he would email the company to make new doors. That was three months ago. I call his cell phone and office number and no one answers. I leave messages all the time. PLEASE REPLACE THE DOORS LIKE YOU PROMISED!

We had a glass pane in our door break in September, called these guys to fix it. They quoted in the $400 dollar range, and wanted half up front to order the glass. After a month they called to say the glass was in and scheduled to come out for the install but never showed. We havent been able to get a hold of them since, theyre website, google, and facebook all list different phone numbers, and the number they called us from to schedule the service is now no longer in service. Do Not Call Them They Will Literally Rob You.

We had the foggy glass replaced this summer and are continuing to find more and more damage they caused to our windows as time goes on. The owner sent out teenagers to do the work instead of sending experienced workers. We are going to have to replace our windows much sooner than we expected and we’re $2000 poorer. I wish I wouldn’t have bothered.

Great service! I called Friday to replace a broken mirror, by the end of the day someone was out to me and said they’d have the mirror done over the weekend. Today, Monday, the new mirror was in place! I even needed the mirror to be moved and the gentleman was happy to do it! Thanks for the great service, speedy replacement and fair price! If ever needed, I’ll be back!

Do NOT trust this mediocre company, They guarantee the big jobs or people with a lot of money above all leaving you waiting forever, it took 4 months to finish a job for me, which was very sloppy because they send to teenagers to do it and I had to call Henderson glass to get it fix . Henderson glass is a better option .

They replaced glass for 1 window and repaired 4 screens. One screen was for a back door. When removing the screen, they clearly had difficulty and 2 pieces of trim for the door came off. I was just told to hold onto it, and they would put it back when they returned. When they returned to install the screen, they claimed that a part on the door was broken. Well, the door was left in the same condition that they left it in. And the upper glass would not close after they removed the screen. So, I paid $25 for a screen to be repaired that I no longer can use as well as left with a broken door that will cost over $300 to replace. Regardless of how much money you save using this company, youll pay more in the end to fix problems they have caused.I just discovered that one of the screens that was repaired, the clips are both gone. Yet another expense to replace the clips in order to install the screen in the window. Doesnt make sense to pay for someone to damage your property and/or repair something which arrives back with other damage.

Awful experience - 3 different times coming out to fix windows, broken glass on driveway in front yard, on carpet. Set dirty windows on carpet causing us to have it professionally cleaned as we were moving. Changed out 2 windows that weren’t supposed to be replaced causing further delays. But don’t worry he charged us the full amount

New to the area I was at a loss of who to turn to when I cracked a custom MCM window. I made the call and someone was out within the hour to ease my mind and take care of everything. They didnt try to sell me new windows. They were up front about how the process would work and delivered on their promise. Highly recommend!
