I purchased my countertops from GIS and was extremely pleased with their customer service. We primarily worked with the owners wife and she was awesome. She was very flexible and did as much as she could to work around our difficult schedules. Initially I was drawn to a slab that was out of our budget and she did an amazing job helping us find one just as beautiful but in budget. After visiting several other granite shops I can say for sure that GIS is one of the best in this area.

Awful experience. Sure they are cheaper than other places in town. However, be prepared for terrible customer service, lack of follow through and they will leave your place a mess! Would never recommend they to anyone.

Initially we had great communication and liked our quote. Before ordering the countertops, someone came to our house for measurements and to discuss the desired results. Never having a backsplash, I felt like it was important to have one...and stressed this to the worker. After measuring, the quote was less. The install was quick and professional, no mess...AND NO BACKSPLASH! When I called I was told that the second quote was less because the backsplash was not included...after multiple discussions about timing the wall above the four inch backsplash! Not getting any results there, I called the owner. He said because of the miscommunication he would give me the backsplash for half price because he couldn’t do it free. It is now two months later and I haven’t heard from them regarding THEIR ERRORS! I strongly recommend only doing business with them if you don’t mind babysitting the staff to make sure the job is done and get a detailed, written quote not a texted quote. Even if they sound like they understand...THEY DONT!
