I live out of state and have been trying to get my Fathers date if death put on his marker which is already in the ground. It took over three months to get them to charge my C.C. they finally took the money over two months ago and now I can not get a response when it will be done.

What a loving experience at a difficult time. Lorri Miller was very sensitive and patient with me while I selected the perfect marker for my late husband. With the multiple changes that I kept making, Ms. Miller could not have been more helpful. The marker turned out just perfect.

Lori was just terrific. She modified our choice of monument so that the shape matched our other family members markers. She also matched the color of our monument. She double-checked our names and dates and sent us a diagram showing exactly what the finished product would look like. It is perfect.

Lorri was like family and made everything so easy. Wish she was my sister!

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Sending people samples of their lost ones grave stones... This happened to a relative of mine after losing their baby they received a sample picture of what their grave stone for the baby should look like. A week after they had the funeral. They never inquired at this place about having a service there. They got their info probably from the obituarys page. Im DISGUSTED. and when I called them the lady Lori was so rude to me and was not caring to my concerns at all! Taking a death in a family as a marketing technique to make money is by far the most cold hearted thing you can do. This place should be ashamed.

Great people, they are very respectful and professional.
