The manager Willie and the clerk Barb are FANTASTIC! Barb was so sweet and helpful, what a doll! Cant thank Willie enough for really helping us to get the best bargain on our new hot tub. He was informative, knowledgeable, and didnt pressure us one bit. He made sure we got what we needed and understood everything perfectly. He helped us get our X-Mas trees and made sure we got the best deals on the X-mas markdown decorations. Couldnt be happier. We even got the information we need to purchase a pool when were ready. I had an awesome experience at the Lansing store with Willie Rogers. He went above and beyond to make my visit an outstanding one. I was there for a bit and watched Willie interact with the workers. I hope Willie is appreciated for the phenomenal manager that he is. I can honestly say that Willie has brought light to my Christmas this year!

We recently purchased a hot tub from this location. Willie provides us with the most professional and informational service! He helped us understand the pros and cons of the hot tubs we were looking at, helped us make a final decision, and even let us try them out to make sure we were completely happy! We wouldn’t shop anywhere else for our hot tub and patio needs!

I originally planned to go to Menards and American Sale before deciding what would be a better fit for my families next Christmas tree. When arriving at American Sale the Manager, Willie, stepped right in to assist William who who was also of great help. They were pretty busy but handled their multifaceted duties with a smile nonetheless. I knew the product and the service had me sold! Everyone in the store was very pleasant and provided excellent service and I left with a great tree.

Willie was fantastic. 5 star service. He was very patient and thorough in making sure we understood everything. We got a great deal on a great pool, and thanks to Wills creativity, I was able to get the hot tub Ive always wanted this year. Definitely recommend trying them out when you shop.

Today was a great day for me @ American Sales in Lansing, IL. The Manager, Will was extremely patient with me as I explained what, why and when I planned on purchasing a hot tub. Will explained each feature and then explained the different features to my other half via cell phone. Our plan was to purchase a hot tub next year. They did a great job...thoughtful, mentioned about how far we shoul be from the walls. My husband and I have different ideas as to the layout...I wanted it on an angle...they were ok with setting the frame and giving their opinions in such a helpful way. We took their advice.

Their variety is whats intriguing about American Sale. They have items that you wont see all your neighbors with! Although initially pricey, if you can find it elsewhere cheaper they do have a price match policy, so I have updated my rating to reflect that.

Bought a 24 foot oval pool from here last fall Willy was amazing new the product and was able to answer any questions about it

Just purchased our brand new hot tub and could not be happier! After our first visit I did some research and saw the great rating that artesian spas had received. Combine that with all the information from Willie it was a no brainer. Alice reviewed all the information with us on this visit and bam! There we go- we own a beautiful hot tub. Alice and Willie are pros and made the process painless.

Built my tree this Sunday morning lights didn’t work! Went to the Lansing store on the chance someone could help me. I had one idea but the gentleman that helped had a different theory. He looked up my tree (I bought at the Merrillville store)and showed me the power cord, how to undo it, clean it and also make sure it was making a good connection. Presto that was the problem! Sure made the stress go away instantly. His name was Willie and I’m pretty sure he was Mgr on duty. I bought some lights while I was there and saw him all over the store helping people.

This has been a nice place but they are closing this location.

Me and my fiancé went to shop around for some appliances for our new house.. and salesman Jose Diaz was very friendly and helpful... he took his time and gave very good customer service skills.. I will defiantly shop with him again. Wish I was able to give him more stars

I wouldn’t give them any stars if that was possible. I went in looking for a pool and get completely ignored. It was an inconvenience for me to ask for the price of a pool and when they finally gave me the price they simply told me what it was and walked away.

It was small did not have alot at all they had cut back . Lots of help but product we were looking for none.

I bought a pool from them 3 years ago. The contractor they sent out ruined my yard and did a horrible job on the installation. So bad, that American Sale made him redo it. It was still bad! Fast forward to today, Im paying over $1000 to have my liner replaced because the terrible installation led to the support banding coming up and cutting through the liner. Theyre nice people at the store, but DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION CONTRACTORS!!!!
