I had to take my next door neighbor there cause she left her hearing aids on in the shower and she made a call and they got her an appointment at 1:30. We got there and were greeted by the Dr. and she took her hearing aids in the back and 15 minutes later we were out of there. She was happy to have her hearing aids again, she could hear again.

Its been a while since I saw a doctor who actually listened to me and say with me in their office to discuss options. It is actually irony that I went to an audiology professional who knows how to listen. Interestingly enough, their recommendation was that its too soon for hearing aids, but we will monitor my hearing performance every couple of years. I am quite pleased with how I was treated here with professional courtesy and respect.

I’m proud to have Dr. Tudor and the Hearing Health Center as a collaborative partner in our National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded research project on hearing in young infants. Dr. Tudor is professional, sensitive to the needs of new parents, and very gentle when examining the babies. Other members of the Hearing Health Center staff are similarly kind and go out of their way to help patients. This office truly a resource to the mid-Michigan community!

Friendly staff. The lady that did the hearing test was nice and very cooperative with our kid. She kept a nice atmosphere. Told us why kid was having problem with the 1 ear. Told us how to correct and if needed to take kid to emergency to help with his ear.

My audiologist and her staff do a wonderful job-- I have gone to her for many years.

I brought my little guy in to see Dr. Tudor after he had learned how to pass his exam at the pediatrician office. The staff was friendly and Dr. Tudor was amazing, taking time to explain things step by step to my son in a way his 5 year old mind could comprehend. She made it fun for him while not letting him get away with any funny business. Thank you!

I went here as a kid and thought it was wonderful until someone else took over. Last time I went in to get my tubes changed and they broke one of my ear molds and just gave it back to me and said I needed to make an appointment to replace it. So I did, when I got there they told me they didnt brake it and they didnt have to give me a discount or anything. Will not be coming back ever. Customer for over 22 years. I want to give zero stars!

Weve taken two of our kids to the Hearing Health Center and everyone we have encountered here has been excellent. They are super nice and very knowledgeable.

Poor experience at this health center. Over the phone they said they would adjust hearing aids to my grandfathers ears. We drove an hour to get there, and then they refuse to adjust the hearing aids. They didnt look at the report they told us to bring until the end, so we left no better off than we came. We drove 2 hours, and they charged us $75 without doing what we asked them to do. Very disappointed.

I had the worst experience at this office located at the Sparrow Professional Building. I’d give it 0 stars if it allowed me to do so. So naturally I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE! The person that took the appt seemed kind but it went down hill from there. The office manager was insanely rude so much that the Audiologist and to come out—reel her in—and apologized for her behavior.

I took my 1 year old here & all of their staff is very kind. The audiologist was very patient with her & informative about her results.
