I love living here! Joe was very helpful and always on top of things. The apartments are very modern and clean. I love how often the common areas are cleaned, it’s really refreshing. Handicap accessible, bus stop right out front and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Lived here for four years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Close enough to campus to feel a part of the MSU community but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Great mix of graduate students and young professionals. Also, a bus stop literally across the street. Fast response to work orders.

Lived here 2019-20, this was my favorite apartment complex I lived in. All of the staff are very kind and maintenance would always be there within a short amount of time. You are right across from Michigan State but the building is mainly grad students, so it is quiet. I think it’s worth the money, I had a studio and even that was huge for one person. If I ever live in Lansing again I’ll make sure to live here!

Leasing office and maintenance are always super helpful and nice. Built recently with new appliances and have had no complaints. It’s a good walking distance for MSU campus and restaurants around the apartment complex.

I lived here for one year and it was a great apartment. It even had a washer and dryer in unit which other places that cost more didn’t offer. It’s super close to MSU campus and the lease of office is super friendly and helpful.

I have been trying to reach the leasing office for a whole week. I’ve called about 5 times, emailed twice, and have gotten no responses. I even went to the leasing office during their work hours, and guess what? Whoever was supposed to work there on a Thursday was out for lunch for possibly more than 2 hours. I got there at around 12:30pm and went back at 2pm, no one was there! Do you even want people to rent a unit when we can’t even reach you guys? Do a better job on customer service.
